Systematic information protection education is necessary to evoke the importance of information protection to the students and to provide them with alternatives to cope with malicious attacks. However, there have been too little development of the methods of systematic education and teaching materials to allow an effective education of information protection in the classrooms today. In this paper, we developed principle-oriented visual learning materials using UCC (User Created Content) for an effective education of information protection and evaluated the effectiveness of our approach with independent sample t-test method after being used in two classes, a test group and a control group. In particular, using UCCs, which have become the most frequently used contents in the Internet, as visual material for the education of information protection, proved to be effective in promoting the interest of students in classes and highly useful in education.

To investigate the business corruption, the obtainments of the business data such as personnel, manufacture, accounting and distribution etc., is absolutely necessary. Futhermore, the investigator should have the systematic extraction solution from the business data of the enterprise database, because most company manage each business data through the distributed database system, In the general business environment, the database exists in the system with upper layer application and big size file server. Besides, original resource data which input by user are distributed and stored in one or more table following the normalized rule. The earlier researches of the database structure analysis mainly handled the table relation for database's optimization and visualization. But, in the point of the digital forensic, the data, itself analysis is more important than the table relation. This paper suggests the extraction technique from the table relation which already defined in the database. Moreover, by the systematic analysis process based on the domain knowledge, analyzes the original business data structure stored in the database and proposes the solution to extract table which is related incident.

본 논문은 H.264/AVC에서 사용하는 기존의 SVC 알고리즘에 추가적으로 인간의 시각적 중요도 정보를 활용하는 기법을 제안한다. 이 접근방식에서 기존의 SVC 알고리즘을 수정하기 위해 사람의 시각 체계가 균일하지 않게 표본화를 하는 정보가 이용된다. 우리는 각각의 화질계층에서 가장 중요한 지역의 크기를 조절함으로써 효율성과 공정성 모두 강조하는 새로운 자원 할당 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 효율성은 제안하는 SVC의 낮은 화질계층에서, 공정성은 중요한 지역의 크기를 크게 하는 높은 화질계층에서 강조된다. 실험결과는 제안하는 SVC 알고리즘이 압축된 비디오의 주관적인 시각적 화질을 개선하는 것을 보여준다.

수학 학습에서 컴퓨터와 계산기의 활용은 시각화의 강화로부터 직관력과 사고력의 향상을 가져왔다. 컴퓨터 대수체계(Computer Algebra System)가 탑재된 수학 학습용 컴퓨터 프로그램과 계산기가 활발히 사용되고 있으며, 교수매체로서의 활용은 지식 정보전달 체계와 학습자의 지식 구성방법에 새로운 패러다임을 형성하였다. 특히 수학학습용 그래픽 계산기(Graphing Calculator)는 휴대형(Hand-held Technology)으로 학습공간의 이동(Mobil Education)이 가능하며, 수학학습 전용기라는데 의미를 둘 수 있다. Symbolic Graphing Calculator를 활용한 수업에서 학습자는 계산기를 가지고, 기호연산 실행 조작을 통해 자신의 사고과정을 표현하고, Symbolic Graphing Calculator는 실행 조작에 즉각적으로 과정과 결과를 제공하며, 다른 표상과 상호작용을 함으로써 학습자 스스로의 규제가 강화된 과정을 통해 지식을 구성하게 된다. 이때 교사는 지식 정보전달 체계인 대화형 실행매체(IMTs)를 작성하여 학습자의 지식 형성에 안내자의 역할을 하게 된다. 이번 워크샵에서는 CASIO fx 2.0을 활용한 교실 수업모형을 그래프 표상과 연계한 방정식의 풀이과정을 통해 알아본다.

이미지 데이터베이스를 구성하여 사용자가 원하는 정보를 추출하는 의미 기반 검색을 지원하기 위해서는 이미지 내용에 관한 의미 정보들이 데이터 모델로 구조화되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 정적 이미지 내용 정보들을 분류하고 그를 체계적으로 표현하기 위한 이미지 데이터 모델을 소개한다. 특히 본 이미지 데이터 모델은 그래프 이론을 이용하여 이미지내에 포함된 시각 객체들의 내용 정보를 표현하고 객체들간의 의미 관계를 정의한다. 이는 이미지 내용에 대한 정확한 정보 표현과 질의에 대한 이미지 검색 효율을 향상시킬 수 있으며 객체들간의 의미 관계를 이용한 질의와 검색을 가능하게 한다.

In order to prevent indiscreet urban growth and harmonize urban development with environmental preservation, it is strongly required in Korea that urban planning should be reasonable and transparent. From this societal demand, the urban planning system was changed to be strengthened for the establishment of harmonious land-use order in urban space. However, implementation of the urban planning system demands a lot of information to analyze and estimate the present condition and problems of urban area. For this purpose, the information should quickly be collected, managed and analyzed. The urgent demand of information in urban planning field is able to be fulfilled with recent GIS and its relevant information technique, which can quickly, accurately and conveniently collect various spatial and statistical information, systematically analyze and manage them, and visually present the result of spatial analysis. This study suggested a urban planning information system and its basic implementing scheme to support the urban planning system with GIS and presented a development model of the urban planning information system using the recent GIS and its relevant information technique.

한국 수화는 한국어에 대한 기본적인 유사성을 가지고 있지만, 교착어이자 청각-음성 체계 언어인 한국어와는 달리 고립어이자 시각-운동 체계 언어로서의 특성을 동시에 나타내고 있다. 그러므로 텍스트 형태의 한국어 문장으로부터 수화를 자동 생성하기 위해서는 한국어를 위해 미리 정의된 문법에 수화 표현을 무리하게 연계시키려고 하기 보다, 수화 고유의 의미 전달 체계를 분석하고 활용하여야 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 수화 표현상의 언어학적 특징을 재현 생략 변형 이동의 네 가지로 구분하여 분석하고 결합범주문법을 이용한 이 같은 형상의 처리 방법 및 구현 방안에 대하여 논의한다.

The current virtual reality(VR) simulation functions in construction project are focused on the construction phase. This study attempts to extend the application of VR functions to the design phase. This study suggests various VR functions such as earthwork simulation by road alignment, alternative route selection simulation, structure type selection simulation and underground structure visualization simulation. These functions can visualize road route and earthwork condition and select an optimal design route by simulating virtual placement of alternative route. This study configures systematic methodology for suggested VR simulation functions and develops VR system by the functions. Finally this study suggests an improved design process of road construction project by using the developed VR functions

In this paper, we proposed the novel digital watermarking for color still image using the characteristics of human visual system and the distribution of DCT coefficients. We insert watermark signal in the chromatic components of YCrCb color space according the characteristics of the human visual system that chromatic component are less sensitive than achromatic components. In order to extract the watermark signal, we use the relationship among the DCT coefficients of watermarked image without using original one. Simulation results show that the proposed watermarking method is better quality on invisibility than the conventional methods.

정보화부문에 대한 투자가 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 그에 따라 투자한 데 대한 평가에 대한 수요도 급증하고 있다. 평가는 사업추진에 대한 책무성을 높이고 투자대비효과에 대한 검증과정으로서 정부부문에서는 필수적이다. 평가는 그 목적이나 활용에 따라 다양한 시각에서 주체가 다양할 수 있다. 그 어떤 정부기능도 배타적일 수는 없고 오히려 기능간에 어느정도의 중복성은 서로 다른 정책적 지향성을 갖는 현재의 정부조직의 편제에 비추어볼 때 평가도 다양한 시각에서 시행될 수 있다. 그러나 현재 정보화부문에 대한 평가는 지나치게 그 주체가 다기화되어 있고 다양한 주체가 시행하는 평가임에도 불구하고, 그 차별화는 명확하지 않아 평가중복에 대한 불만이 팽배하고 있다는 점이 문제이다. 뿐만 아니라 최근 국내외적으로 관심이 고조되고 있는 성과관리의 개념을 평가 제도가 갖는 한계를 극복하기 위한 방안으로 어떻게 도입할 것인가에 대한 방안 모색이 시급하다. 이 연구는 이러한 취지에서 현재의 정보화부문에 대한 평가제도를 고찰하고 문제점을 도출하여 정보화투자의 실효성을 높이기 위한 평가체계 및 제도화 방안은 무엇인지 그 방향을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
