The global surge in maritime traffic has resulted in an increased number of ship collisions, leading to significant economic, environmental, physical, and human damage. The causes of these maritime accidents are multifaceted, often arising from a combination of crew judgment errors, negligence, complexity of navigation routes, weather conditions, and technical deficiencies in the vessels. Given the intricate nuances and contextual information inherent in each incident, a methodology capable of deeply understanding the semantics and context of sentences is imperative. Accordingly, this study utilized the SentenceBERT model to analyze maritime safety tribunal decisions over the last 20 years in the Busan Sea area, which encapsulated data on ship collision incidents. The analysis revealed important keywords potentially responsible for these incidents. Cluster analysis based on the frequency of specific keyword appearances was conducted and visualized. This information can serve as foundational data for the preemptive identification of accident causes and the development of strategies for collision prevention and response.

This study aims to present the need to supplement the driver's license renewal test for elderly drivers. In Korea, the proportion of elderly drivers is increasing as the elderly population increases rapidly. Overall the traffic accident rate is decreasing but the traffic accident and death rate from traffic accidents are increasing in older drivers. In this study the assessments and education conducted when renewing the driver's license for elderly drivers conducted in Korea were conducted to find out the necessary tests compared to the current situation of foreign countries. Although it is appropriate to evaluate the three key functional areas of vision, cognition, motor and somatosensory, we currently evaluate visual acurity in vison area. While MMSE-K and Clock drawing tests are not recognizable for mild cognitive impairment in cognitive areas. The motor and somato sensory function to perform driving are not evaluated at all. Therefore for safe driving of older drivers, the test to be conducted during renewal of the driver's license will need to supplement that the visual field and contrast sensitivity in vision area, cognitive function from mild cognitive impairments, and the endurance, functional range of motion and proprioception in motor function area.
This paper reports the process two 11th grade students went through in reinventing derivatives on their own via a context problem involving the concept of velocity. In the reinvention process, one of the students conceived a tangent line as the limit of a secant line, and then the other student explained to a peer that the slope of a tangent line was the geometric mean of derivative. The students also used technology to concentrate on essential thinking to search for mathematical concepts and help visually understand them. The purpose of this study was to provide meaningful implications to school practices by describing students' process of reinvention of derivatives. This study revealed certain characteristics of the students' reinvention process of derivatives and changes in the students' thinking process.
In this study, experimental guide materials for teachers were developed so that algorithm expression, the core of computational thinking, can be applied to experimental activities. The experimental manuals presented in text was converted into an algorithmic form with a linear, branched, and repetitive structure according to the information visualization process using flowchart symbols. As an example, an experiment guide materials was developed by applying an algorithm expression to an experiment to find out the properties of a magnet. The developed experiment guide materials is different from the existing experiment guide materials expressed only sequentially in that it has an algorithmic structure of branching and repetition in which the suitability and judgment of information are expressed, and that the experiment process is visualized and expressed. It is expected that the experimental guide materials developed in this study will help teachers to understand algorithmic thinking and to implement experiments using it.
This study aimed to examine the effects of a science-learning program based on data visualization on the science inquiry and creative problem-solving abilities of elementary school science-gifted students. Accordingly, this research developed a data visualization science-learning program using Tableau, which had twelve sessions. The subjects encompassed 61 students in three gifted classes taught by the researcher. The scientific inquiry ability test and creative problem-solving ability test modified to suit the environment and situation were given to the subjects before and after the treatment. The results confirmed that science learning based on data visualization had no significant impact on basic science inquiry skills. Among the subdomains, significant results were obtained only in the reasoning subdomain. Moreover, integrative inquiry ability was significantly affected, unlike basic inquiry abilities. Among the five subdomains, significant differences were observed in three subdomains (data conversion, data interpretation, and variable control). However, concerning the generation of hypotheses and the control of variables, students exhibited confusion regarding the process of variable control and the exact concept of hypothesis development. This study also evaluated the effects of the program's application on creative problem-solving abilities and found a significant impact. Additionally, it was significantly different in all four subdomains. The results were interpreted to be owing to the students' mastery of Tableau's features, collaborative learning through discussion and debate, and the thematic impact of the data visualization program emphasizing procedural thinking. Finally, this study presented implications for science learning based on data visualization and the future direction of education.

In order to make new productions; first of all, a creative idea is necessary and significance. For developing new production, a creative thinking must be a first step. In other words, a creative thinking can be a solving a problem. Better education for the formal and unformal education, various information and using space are able to develop ability of problems. Group study can students can find their talents, capacity, gifts, and ability. Also, students help to develop ideas of an individual. Therefore, through an effort to advance computer technology, developing food models in creative ideas for formal and informal education. As a result. good efforts and aspects can be produced.

In the proposed system. the driving time of ad ballon is increased by adopting the mercury battery and light weight. An ad ballon with camera is easily controlled by Graphic User Interface using Linux based embedded system.
Purpose : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the image quality, contrast characteristics, and possible clinical utility of Medium Tau Inversion Recovery(MTIR) sequence with white matter suppression in patients with brain cortical lesion. Materials and methods : Two normal volunteers and twenty-one patients with cortical lesion were scanned with MTIR as well as other MR imaging sequences. Gray-white matter contrast was evaluated objectively using region-of-interest calculations, including percent contrast and contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR). MTIR sequence was visually compared with other sequences in 21 patients with cortical lesion including conspicuity and detection rate. Results : MTIR sequence had the highest present contrast and CNR between the gray matter and white matter. In twenty-one cases of cortical lesion including cortical dysplasia, MTIR sequence improved delineation and conspicuity of lesion, but MTIR sequence could not detect new lesions. Conclusion : The MTIR sequence well delineated the cortical lesions, particularly in including cortical dysplasia. It may be used as an adjunctive imaging sequence in case of poor gray and white matter differentiation with conventional T1-weighted sequences.
