A video caption recognition system has been developed for broadcasting sport events such as major league baseball. The purpose of the system is to translate the information expressed in English units such as miles per hour (MPH) to the international system of units (SI) such as km/h. The system detects the ball speed displayed in the video and recognizes the numerals. The ball speed is then converted to km/h and displayed by the following character generator (CG) system. Although neural-network based methods are widely used for character and numeral recognition, we use template matching to avoid the training process required before the broadcasting. With the proposed template matching method, the operator can cope with the situation when the caption’s appearance changed without any notification. Templates are configured by the operator with a captured screenshot of the first pitch with ball speed. Templates are updated with following correct recognition results. The accuracy of the recognition module is over 97%, which is still not enough for live broadcasting. When the recognition confidence is low, the system asks the operator for the correct recognition result. The operator chooses the right one using hot keys.

The purpose of this study is to examine how college students' stress coping in the post-corona era affect leisure constraint negotiations. To achieve the purpose of this study, from January 25th to February 19th, 2021, 247 copies were used for this study, excluding 13 questionnaires from Jeonbuk, Jeonnam, and Busan. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, ANOVA and hierarchical regression analysis were performed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0. As a result, there was a difference in leisure constraint negotiations according to changes in the types of leisure before and after COVID-19. According to the stress coping method of college students, it appears that it has a positive effect on the part of leisure constraint negotiations, so it is necessary to consider a detailed approach to the coping plan. In particular, it was confirmed that the active stress coping method(Active problem solving, Social support seeking) had a positive effect on the leisure constraint negotiations. Therefore, future research will require efforts to verify their relationship with various approaches to leisure constraints, leisure constraints negotiations, and stress and stress response strategies with COVID-19.

최근 들어 웨어러블 정보기기 및 기술은 세계적인 IT회사와 스포츠 및 아웃도어회사의 지속적인 투자와 관심으로 급격한 시장파급효과를 나타내며, 사회적 이슈들을 창출하고 있다. 특히, 애플 및 삼성전자의 웨어러블 왓치를 비롯하여, 코오롱과 아디다스, 나이키 등의 전형적인 의류스포츠 회사의 IT융합에 대한 투자와 관심은 새로운 웨어러블 정보화에 대한 사회적 기대감을 한층 더 끌어올리고 있는 실정이다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 아직 웨어러블 컴퓨팅과 정보화의 현실은 배터리, 휴대성, 중복성, 인터페이스 등의 다양한 웨어러블 기술의 한계생과 더불어, 미숙한 시장 환경과 부정확한 고객의 니즈가 웨어러블 정보시스템의 미래를 불투명하게 하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 웨어러블 정보시스템과 사용자 요구사항의 불확실성과 기술의 지속적 변화에 대처하기 위해서, 다양한 솔루션을 담을 수 있는 웨어러블 융합플랫폼과 의류와 IT가 연동 가능한 융합인터페이스 구성을 제안하고자 한다. 본 웨어러블 융합플랫폼은 디지털의류와 IT기술의 인터페이싱(Interfacing), 기술이력축적, 편의성향상 및 개발자확대, 표준 사용자요구사항분석, 기기효율성강화, 경제적인 웨어러블정보시스템 구축 등의 효과를 극대화시키고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to compare the physical and psychological functioning by sex, weight and age in Judo athletes. The 124 participants; high school students, college students, and team players. They used physical tests to measure physical examinations by self-describing Knee injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score test, Foot and Ankle Outcome Score test, and Oswestry Disability Index, and psychological tests such as Profile of Mood Test, Athletes' Self-Management Questionnaire, and The Athletic Coping Skills Inventory-28, to examine the effects of physical and psychological functions of sports athletes. The physical tests of sex showed differences in knee and back, psychological tests of sex showed differences in mood state, self-management, and athletic coping skills. As a result of physical examination by weight, there was a difference in knee pain and sports items, psychological tests showed that there was a significant difference in mood state except for vitality. Physical examination by age showed differences in knee, ankle, and back. As a result of age-based psychological test, mood state test showed difference in all items except tension and vitality. There was a significant difference only in the items of physical management in self-management test. The results of this study are expected to be used as a basic data for sports injury training and medical technology development by sex, weight and age of Judo athletes.

This study conducted social network big data analysis to investigate consumer's perception of Japanese sporting goods related to Japanese boycott and to extract problems and variables by recognition. Social network big data analysis was conducted in two areas, "Japanese boycott" and "Japanese sporting goods". Months of data were collected and investigated. If you specify the research method, you will identify the issues of the times - keyword setting using social network analysis - clustering using CONCOR analysis using TEXTOM and Ucinet 6 programs - variable selection through expert meetings - questionnaire preparation and answering - and validity of questionnaire Reliability Verification - It consists of hypothesis verification using the structural model equation. Based on the results of using the big data of social networks, four variables of relevant characteristics, nationality, attitude, and consumption behavior were extracted. A total of 30 questions and 292 questionnaires were used for final hypothesis verification. As a result of the analysis, first, the boycott-related characteristics showed a positive relationship with nationality. Specifically, all of the characteristics related to boycotts (necessary boycott, sense of boycott, and perceived boycott benefits were positively related to nationality. In addition, nationality was found to have a positive relationship with consumption behavior.

주5일제의 시행 및 국민소득의 증대, 스포츠 레저 및 여가생활에 관심이 집중되면서 여객선을 이용한 관광이 많이 활성화 되고 있다. 입소문을 통한 홍보 뿐만 아니라 인터넷, 스마트폰등을 통한 정보의 공유 및 대중매체를 통한 홍보로 인하여 구석구석의 명소들이 많이 소개되고 있으며, 이를 위한 여객선 사업이 빠른추세로 증가하고 있다. 이처럼 여객의 수요는 증가하고 있으나 그에 맞는 서비스의 개선, 터미널의 보안시설, 선박 및 접안시설의 노후화 및 수송능력의 부족, 여객선 승무원의 고령화, 급작스런 기상악화시의 대처요령, 여객선사의 안전불감증 등은 많은 문제점을 야기하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 최근 5년간의 우리나라의 여객선 사업의 현황을 분석하고 여객선 사업의 문제점에 관하여 다루어 보도록 하겠다.

In the paper, we propose efficient article and scene change detection algorithms to make the index of sports news compressed in MPEG-2 domain. In the proposed algorithm, the information in MPEG-2 compressed domain is directly used without decoding to save the computation time. The scene change detection algorithm is constructed in an hierarchical method so that the time for detection can be greatly reduced. Also, the algorithm can provide the robust detection against abrupt illuminance change because the luminance and chrominance components are simultaneously considered. Also, the scene change caused by special effect such as dissolve and wipe can be detected in the compressed domain. In the article detection, the algorithm is constructed for robust detection of the anchor frame using the concept of CCV(Color Coherent Vector).

South Korea is entering an aging society, and since the musculoskeletal system directly affects elders' daily life, muscle exercise and flexibility are required. In particular, yoga relaxes the mind and the body and heightens stress coping ability. To investigate keywords about yoga, news articles provided by BIGKinds, a news analysis system, was applied to collect articles from January 1, 2019, to December 31, 2021, and an analysis was conducted about the monthly keywords and the relationship followed by the weighted degree. Based on the research findings, first, it showed that there is high interest in yoga during the spring and autumn seasons. Second, yoga is offered in non-contact methods nowadays, and various social network services are applied for the operation. Third, there was high public attention to articles on yoga instructors and trainers, and this revealed the importance and interest in online coaching. It is anticipated to apply it for the development of yoga workout programs and base data to develop sports for all.

NSW in Australia is famous for beautiful beaches and water activities. There are now almost 450,000 people who hold a NSW power boat driving licence and 200.000 registered boat owners. The popularity of boating continues to grow with licence and registration figures increasing by 3-4 per cent each year. This is a survey about the guide book for boating licence in NSW. This study outlines the essential information such as the types of licence, registration of vessels, choosing the right boat, maintain vessel, safety equipment and preparing for a safe boating trip. In addition, it touches the technical side like boat handling, water traffic rules, navigation markers, emergency and the ways to avoid them. Recently, more and more people are interested in boating. It forms an important part of recreational and tourism activities. To manage these demands effectively and to provide the orderly and safe leisure hours, it is necessary to induce more organizational and serviceable boating licence system.

The private military company(PMC) or the private military industry may be one of the most important, but little understood developments in security studies to have taken place over the last decade. This new industry, where firms not only supply the goods of warfare, but rather fulfill many of the professional service functions, is not only significant to the defence community, but has wider ramifications for global politics and warfare. The private military industry emerged in the early 1990s. Its underlying cause was the confluence of three momentous dynamics - the end of the Cold War and the vacuum this produced in the market of security, transformations in the nature of warfare, and the normative rise of privatization. In order to introduce MPFs(Military Provider Firms) into Korea, where in principle private citizens are prohibited to own a gun, unlike the United States, a special law should be enacted which allows them to possess weapons and fight in combat. Therefore, the National Assembly of Korea has been submitting and discussing "the Act on the Prevention and Conduction of Practice of Piracy" since 2014.
