This study is for a search for methods of development of marine leisure sports. As worldwide trend of marine leisure sports is developing rapidly and people more concern about their quality of life and leisure in Korea, the ear of marine leisure sports should be coming in Korea soon. This study is for a search for methods of development though the SWOT analysis. The results of the study are as below. First, the Strength of enlargement of the base in Korea are elation of concern of government and local governments, expanding local event of marine leisure sports with existing facilities and various programs. Second, the weakness of enlargement of the base in Korea are lack of awareness of marine leisure sports, frequent accident occurrence and lack of experts of marine leisure sports. Third, the Opportunity of enlargement of the base in Korea are more budget due to elation of concern of government and local governments and more preference of people in Korea. Fourth, the Threaten of enlargement of the base in Korea are low efficiency of high cost investment construction from government and local governments, huge fee of using facilities due to high cost investment construction and requiring treatment improvement of instructors of leisure sports facilities.

The purpose of this study is to explore the feasible policy directions for sports welfare that can not only improve the standard of living through health but also ensure a happy and enjoyable life for the people of Gangwon Province. For this purpose, I have conducted studies such as the analysis on the sports class voucher project being implemented by the South Korean government and the case analysis in sports welfare, and present policy directions as follows. First of all, it is about upgrading the sports class voucher project. And as its implementation plans, I suggest ① increased publicity, ② the earmarking of the province's own budget for the sports class voucher project, ③ the establishment of a system for cooperation for work implementation between the related organizations and their staff in charge with a view to activating the sports class voucher project, and ④ the upgraded services for the sports class voucher project and the upgraded access to the life cycle-based universal welfare. Second, it is about using public sports facilities and developing various programs. I suggest the active utilization of the public sports facilities that enable people to learn the skills for such sports disciplines as baseball, badminton, ice sports, and golf and the development and distribution of distinctive educational programs for dance for media entertainment shows for female youths, climbing, cheer leading, fencing, surfing and horseback riding. Third, it is about nurturing the human resources and networking. For this, I suggest the creation of 'Sports Welfare Specialist Training Program' and the training of the college students majoring in sports science with the aim of creating a number of jobs. Fourth, it is about refurbishing the system and establishing the support system. I suggest the dismantling of the partitions in the welfare policy related to sports activities and the formation of (tentatively named) 'Gangwon Province Sports Welfare Implementation Committee', and the creation of (tentatively named) 'Sports Welfare Project Support Team' in Health, Welfare & Women's Affairs Bureau or Culture, Tourism and Sports Bureau in the short term and then its long-term expansion into (tentatively named) 'Gangwon Province Sports Welfare Support Center' in responding to the needs that reflect the provincial demographics, with a view to establishing a single lineup for the administrative support system. Furthermore, as budget and manpower are needed to realize customized sports welfare that suits the characteristics of the province and in which all the provincial residents can collect benefits, I suggest that the province provide the legal basis through creating 'Ordinance Promoting Sports Welfare in Gangwon Province' and pushing forward with (tentatively named) 'Gangwon Province Sports Welfare Competition' as what revises the sports class voucher project for the purpose of broadening the basis for sports welfare promotion.

서울 잠실에 건설업계의 시선이 집중되고 있다 그 이유는 바로 롯데건설이 시공하고 있는 '롯데월드타워' 때문이다 지하 6층~지상 123층, 높이 555m 규모로 지어질 롯데월드타워는 국내 최고의 마천루 자리를 예약해 놓은 상태다. 전 세계적으로도 아랍에미리트의 부르즈칼리파(163층, 828m), 중국 상하이타워(124층, 632m)에 이어 3번째로 높다. 면적도 거대하긴 마찬가지다. 대지 면적이 8만$7182m^2$며, 연면적은 78만$2497m^2$에 달한다. 이 어마어마한 건물에는 전망대와 최고급 호텔 오피스텔, 사무공간 등이 들어선다. 또 연계된 저층부에는 명품 백화점, 패션 전문관, 스포츠 레저 시설 등이 입점할 예정이다. 실로 롯데월드, 올림픽공원 등 주변 관광자원과 연계된 국내 최대 관광클러스터의 등장이 임박한 것이다. 때문에 이곳 현장 임직원들의 자부심은 남다르다. 빈틈없는 안전관리로 역사에 기록될 작품을 만들겠다는 의지를 불태우고 있는 것이다. 안전으로 우리나라를 넘어 동북아시아의 랜드마크를 만들어가고 있는 이곳 현장을 찾아가 봤다.

This paper intends to contribute to the understanding of customer repurchase by studying the relationship between correction of postpurchase dissonance and intention of customer repurchase. Previous studies have broadly speculated on the relationship between the intensity of dissatisfaction and repurchase; few empirical results have, however, been reported. This study is based on a convenience sample of 257individuals who reported intensity of dissatisfaction and type of responses to dissatisfying retailing service situations. The results of an empirical study, the relationship is found between correction of postpurchase dissonance and intention of customer repurchase. And it examines the relatively important marketing factors influencing customer repurchase.

This study examines the competitiveness of Korean golf industry and forecasts the demand for golf tourism to diminish the deficit of tourism revenue through revitalizing domestic market for golf. A comparative investigation of the golf expenses shows that the price competitiveness of golf fee and equipments is significantly lower than the competing destinations. For instance, a price of golf tourism package in South east Asian countries, that includes accommodation for three nights and a round-trip airfare, is even lower than the price of three sets of rounding during the weekend in Korea. Plus, the economic impacts analysis shows that if the current regulations regarding domestic golf industry are to be maintained, the competitiveness of Korean golf industry is likely to get worse due to an excessive tax burden, which may result in the increased deficit of tourism revenue. It is expected that the enhanced competitiveness of Korean golf industry will help overcome the current economic crisis of Korea.

본 연구에서는 문화관광부의 2008년도 스포츠연구개발사업의 취지에 맞게 소형선에서 가장 중요시되는 경량화를 위한 신소재를 적용하여 구조적으로 충분한 강도를 가지면서 아마추어들이 편하고 안전하게 모터보트 레이싱을 즐길 수 있도록 안전성 및 성능이 우수한 아마추어용 경정 보트를 개발하였다. 본 연구개발에 있어서 목재 및 FRP등 선체재료에 따른 구조해석을 수행하여 구조강도특성을 분석하고 워터제트형 경정 모터를 개발하여 경정 보트 시제품을 건조하여 시운전을 실시하는 등 안전성 및 성능을 확인하였다.

This study has a main purpose that closely examines the structural relationship among A Study on the Structural Relationship of Achievement Goal Propensity, Sports Confidence, and Perceived Performance Using the Mentoring System of High School Leaders. In order to achieve it, the sample from high school student participants were accumulated by using convenience sampling that chose taekwondo championship in national. The samples were 500 people. and we excluded unsuitable sheet like that were decided as untruthful one and an omission and unclear. So the final samples were 465 people. On the basis of that, The statistical techniques, spss 24.0 and amos 24.0 program have been used for the analysis as per research purpose. The statistical analysis used in the research for a data analysis includes frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structure equation model analysis. The research has drawn the following conclusions, based on the above mentioned research method and its procedures: First, The mentoring influences the achievement goal orientation. Second, The mentoring influences the sport confidence. Third, The achievement goal orientation influences the perceived performance. Fourth, The sport confidence influences the perceived performance.

This study was carried out to demonstrate how realistic any action that causes the selection criteria for new members to join the decisions of the general public about the growing recreational sport of golf to the present day. Though expandeding rapidly in recent years in smart content market, it has been limited utiliztion of smart contents due to limitations of duration and characteristics in the host country. In the past two Olympics, it tried but is lack of leverage. In this study, we suggest the utilization of smart contents of Pyeong Chang Olympic Winter Games held in South Korea in 2018. It is expected to be a unique opportunity enabled the advent of smart content worldwide coupled with Tokyo, Beijing Olympics.
