Even though internet community is becoming the basic communication tool with rapidly changing internet environment, its damage is on the rise due to increasing spam messages of unspecified individuals. Currently, various methods to block spam mails, but studies on block spam messages from being automatically posted in community are still insufficient. This study suggested methods to block spam messages in internet community by collecting spam messages posted in internet community to analyze characteristics and frequencies of the messages and create block regulations. It collects spam messages of all messages saved in database of internet community, analyze the collected messages to create normalized rules that can define spam messages, and inspect spam messages among posted messages by using the regulations to block them. The suggested method has a structure that can block various types of spam messages by using information of spam messages collected and flexibly deal with changing spam message types.

스팸 스미싱 SMS의 차단을 위하여 지금까지 다양한 차단기법이 개발되어 사용되고 있다. 그 중에서도 대부분을 차지하는 방법들이 기계학습을 통한 내용 기반의 차단과 사용자의 스팸신고를 통한 송신자 차단 방법이다. 그러나 이러한 방법들은 공통적으로 스팸 스미싱을 식별하기 위해 학습 데이터가 필요하다는 문제점을 갖고 있기 때문에, 신종 스팸 공격들은 차단이 불가능하여 차단율의 한계를 보인다. 본 논문에서는 오늘날 사용되고 있는 스팸 스미싱 차단 기법들의 근본적인 문제점들을 규명하고, 이를 해결할 수 있는 스팸차단 기법 중 하나인 송신자 자가인증 기법을 소개한다. 그리고 송신자 자가인증 기법을 적용한 안드로이드애플리케이션의 구현 및 동작과정을 설명한다.

최근 휴대전화 문자스팸 차단 강화로 인한 풍선효과로 휴대전화 음성스팸이 지속적으로 증가하고 있고, 2015년 3월부터는 음성스팸 건수가 문자스팸 건수를 역전해서 급속도로 증가하고 있어 효율적으로 음성스팸을 차단할 수 있는 시스템 구축의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에, 음성스팸 신고번호와 음성스팸 가상 트랩(실제 존재하지 않는 가상의 휴대전화번호를 적용)을 통해 탐지된 내용을 기반으로 음성스팸 전화번호 차단리스트를 생성하고 이를 이통사에게 제공하여 일정기간 동안 음성호를 차단하는 음성스팸 실시간 차단시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

전자우편(e-mail)은 매우 편리한 통신수단임에도 불구하고 무분별한 광고성 스팸메일(spam mail)의 침입과 타인의 메일을 가로채거나 변조가능성 등의 부작용 및 역기능으로 신뢰성에 문제가 되고 있다. 특히 기존의 스팸 방지 기술인 발송/수신 단계 스팸 방지 기술은 아직까지 스팸을 완벽하게 차단하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 스팸 방지 기술을 이용하여 1단계 차단을 거친 후 사용자 참여를 이용한 검증 시스템을 개발함으로써 스팸 차단 효율을 향상시키고자 한다.

Even though lots of research have been doing about spam mail blocking technologies and their systems, the emergence of spam mails of new types causes the spam mail filtering rate to decrease and the occurrences of false-positive mails to increase. Therefore, existing spam mail filtering algorithms suffer from increasing load to be processed and decreasing reliability in spam mail blocking systems due to the shortage of newly developed algorithms and their research. This paper presents the Fit-FA Finder which is able to select appropriate algorithms to be applied and their procedures, and the development of the SMBC platform. The Fit-FA Finder is developed and implemented in the SMBC platform in which recovering process based on privacy information is employed for false-positive mails

인터넷 환경에서 무차별적으로 유통되는 스팸 문서로 인한 사회적 문제가 커져 가고 있는 가운데 스팸문서를 차단하기 위한 활발한 연구들이 이루어지고 있다. 이 가운데 대표적인 연구는 자질어를 이용한 기계학습 기반의 스팸 차단 기술이다. 그러나 이 방법은 미리 선택된 자질어로만 구성된 분류 모델을 사용하기 때문에 Term Spamming(단어 조작에 의한 스팸 차단 행위)에 취약하며, 스팸 차단의 성능과 학습 소요 시간이 선택된 자질어의 품질과 수에 민감하게 영향을 받는다는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 스팸 문서에서 등장하는 특수 문자의 빈도와 반복되는 단어의 특징을 이용한 스팸 탐지 방법을 제안한다. 제안 방법은 각 문서에서 등장하는 특수 문자의 비율과 최다 출현 단어의 반복 패턴을 정의하고 기계학습 알고리즘을 적용하여 스팸 분류 모델을 생성한다. 제안 방법의 성능 평가를 위해 E-mail 데이터와 블로그의 Post 데이터를 사용하여 자질어 기반의 스팸 차단 방법과 비교 실험을 진행하였다. 실험 결과 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법이 분류 정확도와 학습 소요 시간에 있어 우수한 성능을 보이는 것을 확인하였다.

본 고는 ITU-T SG17 Q.5 "Countering spam by technical means"에서의 스팸 대응 기술 표준화 현황을 정리한다. Q.5/17에서의 스팸차단기술 표준화는 주로 이메일 스팸, IP 멀티미디어 스팸, 모바일 단문메시지서비스 스팸을 대상으로하며, 스팸 차단을 위한 상위 수준의 개요 표준, 기술 프레임워크 표준 및 기술 기법에 대한 표준 개발이 이루어지고 있다.

While E-mail has become an important way of communications in IT societies, it creates various social problems due to increase of spam mails. Even though many organizations and corperations have been doing researches to develop spam mail blocking technologies, more cost and system complexities are required because of varieties of blocking technologies. In case of adopting spam blocking technologies, system reliability largely relies on the False-positive error rate with the order of employing spam blocking filters. In this paper, a False-positive mail recovery technique based on privacy information is proposed and implemented in order to improve the reliability of spam locking filters. Through the implemented prototype, recovery procedure for False-positive mails is verified and the results are summarized and analyzed.

이메일 서비스 사용자들은 스패머가 무차별적으로 발송하는 스팸메일에 의한 정신적 경제적 피해를 입고 있다. 이러한 피해를 막기 위해 필터링, RBL (Real-time Blackhole List)과 같은 스팸차단 기법이 등장하였고 많은 메일서버에서 사용되고 있다. 그러나 이는 스팸메일의 근본적인 원인은 해결하지 못하며, 높은 차단율을 유지하기 위해서는 지속적인 관리 및 업데이트가 필요하다. 이러한 한계점을 극복하기 위한 기법으로 송신자 자가인증 기법이 있다. 본 논문에서는 송신자 자가인증 기법을 적용하여, 스팸메일을 근본적으로 차단하고 지속적인 업데이트가 필요 없는 스팸차단 서버 및 애플리케이션을 구현하였다.

본 논문은 유해콘텐츠를 접속하는 동기를 통하여 이를 효과적으로 차단하기 위한 전체적 방법에 대한 제시를 행하고자 한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 인터넷 유해 콘텐츠의 접속 동기를 분석한다. 또한 인터넷 유해 콘텐츠를 접속하는데 있어 가장 큰 요소인 스팸메일에 대해 실태 파악 및 분석을 행하고자 한다. 이를 위해 우선적으로 스팸메일이 증가하는 이유, 스팸메일 발송자가 전자우편을 수집하는 방법 그리고 각종 스팸메일 방지 방안 및 스팸 방지 기술에 대해 기술하고자 한다. 또한 수신측에서 행해지고 있는 스팸메일 차단에 대해 여과를 안 하는 이유 등에 대해 조사함으로써 스팸메일 차단에 대한 연구 방향을 잡기 위한 기초 자료로 삼고자 하며 이를 기초로 이메일을 수집 단계에서부터 차단이 이루어 지게 하기 위한 종합적 차단 방법에 대해 제안하고자 한다.
