This study was done to investigate the enzyme-histochemical localization and characteristics of alkaline and acid phosphatase related with metabolism in sparganum and adult of Spirometrn erinacei. By the enzyme-histochemical assay, the alkaline and acid phosphatases were localized in the tegument and subtegumental musculature of sparganum and adult, but not in the parenchyma. The activities of alkaline phosphatase were stronger in the tegument than in the subtegumental musculature, and activities of acid phosphatase were stronger in the tegument of adults than those of sparganum. The 2 isozymes of alkaline and acid phosphatases were separated from s-sparganum (from snake) and r-sparganum (from experimentaly infected rats) respectively but 4 isozymes of Alp and 3 isoxymes of Acp were separated from adult worms by electrophoresis. In isogyme Alp, the 661)a was the common isozyme, but 130 kDa isozyme of Acp was the common isozyme in spargana and adult worms. By isoelectrofocusing, 4 isozymes (PI 7.9, 7.7, 6.5 and 6.3) and 2 isozymes (PI 7.9 and 7.7) of alkaline phosphatase were separated from adults and spargana respectively. In the stability against heat, activity of alkaline phosphatase was denatured perfectly after heating at 90℃ for 40 seconds. The optimum pH and temperature for activity of alkaline phosphatase were about pH 10 and 50℃, respectively. The maximum activity (unit) of alkaline phosphatase was 22.0 in s- sparganum,25.0 in r-sparganum and 215.0 in adult worms, so that the maximum activity was revealed higher in adults than spargana. As the result from above, we observed that alkaline and acid phosphatases were functioned mainly in the tegument and subtegumental musculature , and the isoxymes of phosphatase were activated differently according to habitat of the parasites. The spargana and adult worms carry out the pafasitism by adapting thenlselves to parasitic circumstance loth these emxymes.

본 논문은 스파스 매트릭스 컨버터(Sparse matrix converter)의 단일 스위치 또는 두 개의 스위치의 개방 사고에 대한 진단 방법을 제안한다. 스파스 매트릭스 컨버터는 단방향 전력용 스위치의 개수를 줄이면서 기존의 매트릭스 컨버터와 동일한 성능을 갖는 새로운 토폴로지이다. 제안된 기법은 입력과 출력의 전류를 이용하여 만든 패턴을 비교하여 고장 진단뿐 아니라 고장 난 스위치의 위치까지 식별할 수 있다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 제안한 기법의 타당성을 검증한다.

저항용접은 에리후 톰슨(Elihu Thomson)이 1877년에 처음 개발하였으나, 1920년 이후부터 보급이 시작되어 1935년경부터 수요가 증대되었는데, 초기에는 Butt용접을 이용한 전선접합과 넓게는 레일의 용접에까지 보급되었다. 스파타는 전극이 하강하기 이전에 전류가 흐를 때, 용접 모재에 충분한 가압이 이루어지지 않은 상태에서 전류가 통하므로 발생하는 초기 스파타와, 전극이 상승할 시에 전류가 끊어지지 않은 상태일 때 발생되는 통전후기 스파타가 있는데 이때 용접모재는 불량이 된다. 이와 같은 불량을 감소시키기 위한 일환으로 용접작업 후의 자료관리를 시행함으로써 불량품 해소에 응용하고자 한다.

항로표지는 선박의 안전한 통항로 확보를 위한 필수적인 항해 보조시설이며, 세계 주요 5대 항만에 포함되는 부산항은 2006부터 입 출항 항로표의 정확한 법선 표시를 위해 스파부이(LSP-28)를 설치 운영중에 있으나 매년 선박 충돌 및 자연 유실로 2~3기의 유실사고가 발생하고 있다. 항로표지의 국제적 신뢰성 확보 및 관리 효율성을 강화하기 위하여 원인 분석과 기능 개선방안을 모색하였다.

A 45-year-old man was referred with symptoms of cough and chest pain for 3 days and small amount of hemoptysis. He had no history of pulmonary tuberculosis. Chest CT showed 2 cystic lesions with air fluid level ill right lower lobe. We performed posterior basal segmentectomy and found 2 cysts with white long parasite in each cavity. We experienced a case of pulmonary sparganosis and report it with references.

Since Ion sputter machining can perform removing processing in atom or molecule units in vacuum state, it has the merit that high precision processing is possible. In this study, therefore, the effect of incidence ion beam is certified to processing amount and surface roughness when longtimed processing is applied. As a result, processing amount is made almost constant with time and the best processing condition is achieved when the incidencial angle of ion is 55.deg.. In addition, processing time for the good surface roughness is different respectively to the quality of material and longtimed processing has some defect for achieving good surface roughness.

아스파탐(N-${\alpha}-L-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine-methylester)$은 아스파르트산과 메칠 페닐알라닌의 펩티드결합 화합물로서 설당의 $180{\sim}200$배의 감미도를 가지고 있으며 감미의 성상이 비교적 설탕에 유사하고 충치원인균에 의해서 발효가 되지 않으므로 새로운 설탕의 대체품으로서 국내외적으로 그 소비량이 급증하고 있다. 본고에서는 아스파탐의 감미도와 감미성상, 화학적 안정성과 위생적인 안전성에 대해서 살펴보고 각종 식품에서의 이용현황을 조사하였다. 그리고 현재 사용되고 있는 화학적 합성법을 소개하고 아울러 생산수율이나 제조공정상 화학적 합성법보다 유리할 것으로 생각되는 효소적합성 방법에 대한 연구현황 및 가능성에 대해서 개략적으로 서술하였다.

스파르가눔은 사람의 어느 부위에서든 피하의 결체조직이나 지방조직내에 주로 기생하는데, 많은 경우 복벽 음낭, 서혜부 (사타구니), 대퇴부, 흉벽, 안와부 등에 엄지손가락 끝마디 크기 또는 달걀 크기의 몽우리를 형성한다.

Spirometra mansoni plerocercoid (sparganum) was incubated in saline at $4^{\circ}C{\;}or{\;}37^{\circ}C$ up to 100 hours. Protein contests in the excretory$.$secretory product (ESP) were rather constant (mean 7.7 mg of protein/gram of sparganum) in the preparations. Reducing SDS-PAGE of ESP showed similar protein subunit compositions with those in crude extract. Antigenic 36 and 31 kDa Proteins were major bands in ESP. ESP exhibited specific activities of protease(2.9~5.3 units/mg) at pH 6.0 and pH 7.5. Presence of protease activity in ESP may be a supporting evidence that hitherto known cysteiRe protease of sparganum is possibly secreted.
