  • 1. 배경 최근 IoT 기술이 발전함에 따라 각종 전자기기에 들어가는 센서들이 점점 늘어나고 있다. 특히 사용자 중심의 기기들은 기술이 발전함에 따라 집적화가 이루어지면서, 하나의 기기에서 온도, 습도, 조도 등의 다양한 정보를 처리하고 있다. 이에 따라 더 많은 기능을 사용하기 위해, 소모 전력 또한 점차 증가하고 있다. 그러나 부피는 한정되어 있어, 기존 배터리만으로는 증가하는 소모 전력을 모두 보완하기 어렵다. 또한 대표적인 사용자 중심 기기인 스마트폰에서는, 가장 많은 전력을 소모하는 부분이 점점 커지고 있다. 이에 대한 대책으로 버려지는 에너지를 수확하여 전기적인 에너지로 바꿔주는 에너지 하베스팅 기술이 각광을 받고 있다. 에너지 하베스팅 기술은 바람, 진동, 인체의 움직임 등의 기계적 에너지, 태양광, 실내등의 빛 에너지를 전기적인 에너지로 바꿔주는 기술을 말한다. 본 연구에서는 강유전체 고분자 내부에 양자점이 임베딩된 박막을 이용하여, 스마트폰에서 발생하는 빛 에너지와 손가락으로 디스플레이를 터치할 때 발생하는 기계적인 에너지를 모두 수확할 수 있는 새로운 소자를 제시하였다. 소자 내부에 있는 양자점은 빛 에너지를 산란 혹은 흡수하여 발광한 후, 고분자 내부의 전반사를 통해 양 옆에 있는 태양전지로 빛을 전달한다. 또한 컴포짓의 매트릭스를 이루고 있는 강유전체 폴리머인 P(VDF-TrFE)는 강유전 특성을 통해 마찰전기 에너지를 효율적으로 전기 에너지로 전환할 수 있다. 강유전체 특성에 의해 P(VDF-TrFE) 내부에 정렬된 Polarization은 퀀텀닷에 양자구속 스타크 효과(Quantum Confined Stark Effect)를 일으켜 더 긴 파장을 방출한다. 이렇게 바뀐 파장은 실리콘 태양전지에서 더 많이 흡수할 수 있는 영역으로 방출되어 태양전지 출력의 증가를 일으킨다. 마지막으로 실리콘 태양전지의 출력 증가를 보여줌으로써 이를 실험적으로 입증했다.

  • The widespread use of smart home appliances with smart home networking is leading to a next generation of a new technology that exploit user contextual information to provide a richer experience. However, in the most part of home networking systems the intelligent personalization services between user and home appliances have not been adequately supplied in respect of the long lifespan of the legacy home appliances. In addition, without installing smart home appliances when constructing new building the users can not use this service. To use this service, the legacy home appliance need to attach enabler equipped with the various sensors just as it is smart home appliances. The goal is to create a service that enables appliances to exchange information and control their actions through the IoT gateway to achieve nonintrusive behavior and customized services without human intervention. In this paper, we propose a ontology model to represent the user context to be able to induce right service automatically and use it to discover, utilize and enhance different services in real time that the user may be interested in.

  • While on-line shopping markets are growing, consumer's procurement processes are being confused regardless of on or off line market and, smart consumers who want intelligent tailored services have emerged. Depending on the changeable pattern of consumer, most of related companies provide various Omni channel and O2O service. However, reactions of the fashion companies are tend to be late. Recently, the IoT environment has changed to standards-based open platform and it requires a variety of intelligent services depending on the type of environment and objects. This thesis proposes fashion O2O system using smart fitting display that is adaptable to fashion companies. This proposed system provides fitting information which is performed on off-line by users after constructing the database, it also support the works as on-line status, thus, it makes users' procurements to maintain continuously. For the more, customer oriented intelligent fitting service would be expected by the information connection with the shop and delivery systems.

  • Is the Fourth Industrial Revolution a revolution for cities only? Through the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Korea has entered quickly in the influence area of intelligent information technology such as IoT, AI, Big data, Cloud, ICT, Digital twin. However, as the information gap between the rural zone and the urban zone worsens, a policy was needed to reduce such a gap. Therefore, this research analyzed EU's smart village project, and investigated the problem and improvement of the actual smart village through the interview and field study with the person in charge of the actual smart village project in Korea. Based on the analytic result, 5 plans were deduced to improve Korea's smart village project. First, make the realistic adjustment of project period to assure the sustainability of smart village; second, make the new establishment of the department in charge of smart village project; third, construct the system of integrating and cooperating the policy that can embrace all the rural zone and the urban zone; the fourth, expand the application area of customized ICT technology according to the new rural policy environment; and finally introduce the residents' capacity development project through the rural guidance project.

  • 본 논문에서는 화력을 이용하는 대형 파워 플랜트 설비의 미세먼지 발생량을 저감시키고 능동적으로 제어 할 수 있는 효율적인 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 기존의 고정형으로 설계된 집진기 방식의 고정부하량 한계점과 극복하고 초미세먼지 PM2.5, 미세먼지 PM10의 발생량에 따라 IoT센서 감지에 의해 지능형 알고리즘으로 효율적으로 저감 제어 처리량을 극대화하고, 미세먼지 발생량을 최소화한다. 또한 이 시스템의 차별성은 기존의 집진기에서 잡혀지지 않는 초미세먼지를 새로운 형태의 물질인 FAA(Fine-dust Adsorption Agent)를 통해 연료 연소 시 발생되는 초미세먼지 미세입자 자체를 크게 만들어 기존 설비 집진기 필터에 포집되게 하는 혁신적인 방식이다. 이번 연구를 통해 350도~1000도 열원에서 작용할 수 있는 화학물질 FAA 용액(Agent)을 개발 하였으며 지능형 AI 분사장치를 통해 연료에 첨가되어 연소 시 미세먼지를 20배~50배까지 볼륨을 확대시켜 기존 집진필터에 포집될 수 있게 동작된다. 이때, 기존 설계된 집진기의 한계(부하)용량에 상관없이 미세먼지 발생량을 상황인식 반응형 알고리즘(AI제어) 통해 분사량을 능동적으로 조절하여 미세먼지 발생량을 저감하는 진보적 혁신성을 지닌다.

  • It seems that the hottest UAV drone market shows a similar move to that of smartphone. Depart from a communication medium, smartphone incorporates the role of cameras and game players. Likewise, drone will be versatile in the future. For example, drone was developed as war weapons but now it is getting close to our real life as toy or tool for aerial photography. In this paper, we studied how to bring the aging population to drone industry. Previously, controlling skills and taking aerial photography seemed to have nothing to do with citizen seniors. However, we try to show any positive relationship between those, thus creating more job opportunities in this paper.

  • This study tries to grasp the factor that affects the acceptance of beacon as an O2O marketing tool. This study examined whether there is a difference between beacon accepter as a means of marketing communication and non-accepter in terms of related variables. As a result, there were significant differences between beacon perceiver and non-perceiver in 'smartphone usage' and 'brand consciousness'. In order to understand the predictive variables influencing beacon acceptance as a means of marketing communication, this study used 'perceiving beacon as a marketing communication media' as a dependent variable to perform logistic regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that 'smartphone usage' and 'brand consciousness' were the predictive variables affecting beacon perceiving. This study tried to analysis the results in the viewpoint of perceived usefulness and ease-of-use which were insisted by TAM.

Active Phased Array Antenna Control Scheme for Improving the Performance of Monopulse Tracking Algorithm (모노펄스 추적 알고리즘 성능 향상을 위한 능동위상배열안테나 제어 기법)

  • The monopulse tracking algorithm can estimate the location of a partner station based on an RF (Radio Frequency) signal. The location of the partner station is estimated based on the monopulse ratio curve (MR-C), which is calculated based on the sum and difference signal patterns of an antenna. Therefore, the range in which the estimated location can be calculated with high accuracy increases in proportion to the linear region of MR-C. In this paper, we proposed a method to extend the linear region of the MR-C curve using the beamforming technique for the tracking antenna system using the active phased array antenna. Simulation results based on the same antenna system, it was confirmed that the linear region of MR-C was enlarged by about twice as much as the general case where the proposed method was not applied.

  • As the IOT technology has developed, it becomes more big issues about IOT device security. An account management is a nerve-in-the-box routine job for the system administrator and users who manage the several hundreds IOT devices(IP camera, Home IOT, the various measuring equipment). This study is to propose the account management system by the hierarchical design and it is efficient for the user to manipulate the account management. The designed system supports 6 functions for the account management and apply the advanced technologies for the existed system. After the performance of the designed system is validated successfully by the authoritative test, the designed system is applied for the relative fields. And it is on going for the development of the smart account management system by applying the AI technique.

An Analysis of Policy and Technology Status of Smart City for Revitalization of Smart City Industry (스마트도시 산업 활성화를 위한 스마트도시 정책 및 기술현황 분석에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, Korea is promoting cooperation with various countries, centering on ASEAN countries, with the aim of exporting Korean smart cities for the globalization of smart cities. The purpose of this study is to select excellent smart city technologies through analysis of smart city technologies owned by domestic companies and company status, and to prepare a plan for revitalization of companies with smart city technologies. Through prior research, the implications were derived through research on the existing smart city. Next, established a smart city policy analysis and smart city technology classification criteria through Korea and Overseas smart city policy and Korea smart city technology status DB. And the big data of smart city technology possessed by Korea companies and a plan for selecting a smart city export technology was prepared through analysis by region and company. As a result, to activate the technology possessed by Korea companies and to export overseas, it seems to need financial support and tax incentives that secure a pathway to export specialized smart technologies of SMEs, along with citizen participation and institutional supplementation. The smart city technology fields with the highest utilization in Korea were traffic, green energy, e-government, crime prevention, and construction, and the service types were platform, IoT, AI, big data, and GIS/GPS. These technologies are expected to contribute to building a platform for overseas smart city technology exports.
