본 프로젝트는 고객과 택배기사가 배송과정에서 겪는 불편함을 해소하기 위해 App과 IoT센서를 연동하여 배송과정의 편의성을 제공하는 무인 택배함이다. 기존 택배함의 비밀번호를 사용하는 방식이 아닌 택배함에 부착되어있는 NFC 태그 스캔을 통하여 편리하게 물품을 배송 및 보관할 수 있도록 하였다. App은 택배기사와 고객으로 나뉘어 있으며 택배기사 App의 주요 기능은 운송장 번호를 스캔하여 물품을 보관할 여러 택배함 중 하나를 선택하여 해당 택배함의 도어락을 제어하는 기능이 있으며, 고객 App의 주요 기능은 NFC 스캔을 통해 물품이 보관된 택배함 또는 보관할 택배함을 선택하여 도어락을 제어하는 기능이 있다. 그 외에 택배기사 App은 배송 목록 조회, 내 정보 확인 등의 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 고객 App은 택배 예약, 예약 조회 등의 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 택배함은 와이파이 모듈을 통해 서버와 통신할 수 있도록 하였으며, 충격센서와 Mp3 모듈을 사용하여 택배함에 충격을 가하면 경보음이 울리도록 설계하였다.

The commonly used delivery system for online merchandise has potential problems, not only missing but also criminal case. Also, the contemporary Kiosk type approach for delivery system has some problems in an initial installation cost, expense of management system and especially security weaknesses in the wireless communication. To resolve these issues, this paper is proposing a securely unmaned smart locker system that can handle up to 64 parcels. This is easily controlled and monitored by a smartphone. In addition to the system, an algorithm is proposed to make the security of wireless communications better. Finally, a method is proposed to minimize the cost of delivery by using centralized server.

최근 택배산업의 급격한 성장과 모바일 웹앱 환경의 급격한 발달 및 택배물량이 증가하면서 택배 피해 사례도 증가하고 있다. 현재 택배서비스 이용시 피해 발생시 책임소재 입증불가 및 책임회피의 문제점이 대두되었고, 택배기사를 사칭한 각종 여성 범죄 사고가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 환경에서의 택배정보 및 위치정보를 확인할 수 있도록 음성을 저장 및 인식할 수 있는 안심택배 관리 시스템을 연구하고 설계하였다.

In existing public parcel locker, if there is not an empty storage box, it is not used. In existing private parcel locker, because it is a lock-based locker, there is strong weak point in security. To prevent these drawbacks, the proposed private parcel locker has a menu-driven remote control application which is operated on smartphone. The lock release and the security number change by the security number which is stored in the Electrically erasable read-only memory, are possible. As a result, the proposed method has better advantages than the existing methods in terms of unnecessariness of empty storage box check and security by the security number accumulation function and the automatic SMS transmission representing parcel locker operation result.

People can easily use a shared economic service system based on ICT technology. Most of the shared economic services are provided by private companies, and discussion on public goods is insufficient. If we look at the current shared economic service from the point of view of courier service, $\ddot{U}ber^{\prime}s$ system can be an alternative. The post office courier service uses ICT technology but differs from the service of the shared economy. This study uses Delphi analyzer method and AHP methodology to derive important factors in introducing shared economic system. As a result, socioeconomic characteristics were found to be the most important in the upper tier, and the shared economic platform, sharing of idle resources, popularization of smartphone, and increase of e - commerce were the four important factors in the lower tier. In order to maximize efficiency, which is the essence of the shared economy, the necessity of introduction into the shared economic system and important factors in the introduction of public goods are presented.

In Korea, the parcel delivery service is showing a high growth rate every year thanks to the activation of e-commerce, but the courier unit price continues to drop. Due to the low cost of parcel delivery, there is a need for improvement to normalize courier rates due to deterioration in profitability for couriers, deterioration in service for consumers, and overwork and accidents for workers. In this study, a rational rate system model and a systematic approach were presented. The study method modeled the chargeable weight by reflecting the voulumatirc weight and revenue ton by the volume and weight of the cargo, and presented a new parcel freight charge model based on the cost of delivery. In addition, a rate-determining support system was developed that can be easily, conveniently and reasonably determined on-site. In the demonstration, the rate difference was determined by relying on weight rather than volume, and 63.5% for personal courier and 40% for B2C courier were found to be inadequate. This study could be used as an alternative to solving side effects and problems at the delivery site, in the urgent need for research on ways to improve delivery prices.

In this study, I discussed the overview of smart phone and the direction of the development, and analysed the case study of the smart phone application which is recently developed in domestic and international door-to-door service company. Through this analysis, I suggest the main topic of the vitalization of smart phone and the strategic direction of the practical use in logistic industry.

스마트폰으로 불가능할 일이 없는 오늘날이지만 여전히 고속버스 화물택시 서비스는 직접 접수표를 작성하고 교통정보를 반영하지 못한 채 정해진 시간에 버스가 오길 기다린 후 받아야 한다. 본 논문은 이를 해결하고자 BLE 기반의 비콘 기술을 사용하여 고속버스 화물택배 서비스의 전산화 시스템 개발에 관한 연구로 사용자와 관리자의 편의를 증대시키기 위한 여러 기능들을 제안한다.

사회가 발전함에 따라 사람들의 의류 소비 패턴 매장 매출보다 모바일 쇼핑몰 매출이 늘고 있다. 스마트 뱅킹, 쇼핑몰 애플리케이션 등 모바일 서비스가 일상생활로 스며들면서 모바일로 의류를 구매하는 것은 쉬워졌다. 하지만, 온라인이라는 특성상 옷을 택배로 받고, 입어야 옷이 어울리는 지 아닌 지를 판단할 수 있다는 고질적인 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제점은 반품 또는 교환으로 이루어지고 이는 쇼핑몰과 소비자 모두에게 굉장히 낭비되는 비용이다. 본 논문에서는 사람의 사진에 옷을 입힌 사진을 제공함으로써, 사람이 옷을 실제로 입지 않더라도 그 때의 fit 을 제공하고자 한다. 이때, 단순한 합성이 아니라, 딥러닝 중 GAN(Generative Adversarial Network)를 사용해 기존 기술의 문제점을 해결하고자 한다.

With the 4th industrial revolution, the traditional logistics is shifting to the smart logistics, and it has led to rapid growth of logistics startup companies to support smart logistics. They build their mobile applications and customize their services in the areas of freight transport, parcel delivery services, freight tracking, on-demand logistics, transport intermediary platforms, online-to-offline business, and last mile delivery. In order for logistics startup to be successful, it should lead to sales and profit through customer satisfaction and continuous use by developing highly usable mobile applications. The evaluation of usability of mobile application should use different evaluation criteria from Web based applications because of the inherent characteristics of mobile phone. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usability of the mobile application provided by the logistics startup and to draw out implications and improvement plans. Through the literature review, we will review the concept of smart logistics. Thus we derive the usability criteria suitable for mobile applications and perform usability testing.
