  • The risk mitigation service based on network provides monitoring of the risk event data to be inputted and analyses its big data to be stored in real time. Furthermore, it performs the analysis of the plant disease risk such as a red tide, and livestock disease risk such a food-and-mouth disease, avian influenza, and rinderpest, and provides the mitigation service. The application model for risk mitigation is the real time acquisition monitoring of risk events, and mitigation service for the risks.

  • IT convergence with agriculture and livestock farming are expected to bring more efficiency and quality improvement in producing, distributing, consuming of agricultural products with the aid of information processing and autonomous control technologies of the IT area. The standardization work for smart farming and livestock farming based on networks is just at the beginning stage. And also, it is capable of coping with environment and technical problems with the actualized IT convergence case for agriculture. Hence, more studies on each point are required to finish the works including amendments and enhancements. More interests are expected to attain the successful results that ultimately contribute to innovate in the lifestyle. In this paper, it is analyzed strategy item and consider the actualized IT convergence case for agriculture and livestock, namely Smart Farming and Smart livestock Farming as a solution to cope the presented problems. In addition, suggest to ICT standardization road map for future planning.

  • In this paper, we present a standard model of livestock epidemic service in the field of smart livestock, which is emerging as an important issue in smart agriculture. By using the network to identify the global livestock epidemic disease risk and provide relevant models to service users, it is expected that it will actually provide economic benefits to livestock owners and ultimately help the national livestock industry economy. In order to apply the standard livestock epidemic service standard model and the livestock infectious disease crisis mitigation standard model sharing method that is presented in conjunction with ICT to the standards in the domestic and international agricultural and livestock industries in the future, continuous research will be carried out.

  • Through reorganization in 2008, The ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs integrated management of the food industry by transferred functions which was scattered in the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and established comprehensive policies covering the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. In the agricultural industry sector, new business concepts such as smart farm and food tech have recently emerged alongside the fourth industrial revolution. In order for the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs to develop appropriate policies for the fourth industrial revolution, it is necessary to accurately estimate the size of agricultural and livestock-related businesses. In 2017, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs initiated research for the agriculture, livestock and food industry's special classification, which was approved by the National Statistical Office in 2020. The estimation of the agriculture, livestock and food industry's size based on special classification is crucial because it has a substantial impact on the formulation and significance of policies. In this paper, the appropriate rate was derived from samples extracted from the special classification and the Korean standard industrial classification. Proposed are a method for estimating the population of the agricultural and livestock food industry, as well as a method for calculating the appropriate rate that more accurately reflects the population than the method currently in use.

  • Korean agriculture is currently experiencing difficulties as a cause of rural depopulation, aging of rural population, grain self-sufficiency rate decline, and deepening of climate change. It is necessary to ensure our country's agriculture industrial competitiveness in accordance with opening of FTA imports expanded. To ensure the underdeveloped competitive, Korean government defines the 3rd generation model from 1st generation model to extend the smart farms of Korean types. The agriculture smarting overcomes the growth limitations of agriculture, and efforts to develop 6th + ${\alpha}$ industry. In this paper, We define and verify the IoF(Internet of Farming)-Cloud based substantial services about 2rd generation model, and propose a greenhouse of IoF-Cloud testbed.
