  • 최근 스마트폰이 크게 활성화됨과 동시에 요금이 저렴하고 인터넷망을 사용하는 인터넷전화가 급부상하고 있다. 개방형 플랫폼인 안드로이드기반의 스마트폰에서는 응용프로그램의 사용이 자유로움에 따라 인터넷전화 응용 프로그램을 탑재할 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 안드로이드기반의 모바일 인터넷전화 시스템의 구현을 위한 요구사항을 분석한다.

  • Recently, with the advance of Ubiquitous era, the types of services become diverse. Especially, due to the rapid development of mobile technology, the new functions of mobile phones are added and the new applications of mobile phones are developed actively. Among the various applications related to mobile phones, 2 dimensional barcode-based applications are increasing. 2 dimensional barcode is mostly used for the management of past record. However, by combing 2 dimensional barcode with mobile phones, the application areas of 2 dimensional barcode are expanded to the means of publicity for education, tourism, and festivals. In this paper, we develop a QR code decoder running on smartphones, which connects on-line and off-line. In addition, we modify our decoder by detecting the point for performance enhancement based on TRIZ. We compare our decoder with an open-source based decoder in terms of the code size of decoding and the speed of decoding in order to prove that our decoder has a better performance than the other. Finally, we introduce two applications: u-map and u-pamphlet as QR code applications.

Home Network Application using Android Mobile Platform (안드로이드 모바일 플랫폼을 이용한 홈 네트워크 응용)

  • Recently, there are many home network applications using the convergence between mobile platforms and home network system. As smart phones which are called small PC in the hand becoming popular, the development of home network application beyond the one of cellular phones is required. Android mobile platform of Google includes OS, middleware and primary applications. Also, in addition to smart phones, it can be mounted on various devices such as set-top box and household appliances. In this paper, home network services on smart phones of Android platform are designed and implemented. The services provide real-time monitoring information (temperature, humidity, real-time video) of rooms and appliance control in a house.

  • As smartphone use has been steadily growing over the past year, social networking on the mobile phones appears to be increasing. In this paper, we propose a cross-platform mobile architecture for supporting social applications. The key design objectives for developing the proposed system include: 1) providing personalized data through filtering information which is supplied by various social applications, 2) providing a cross-platform architecture for adapting various smartphones such as Apple iPhone and Google android. We verified system design by implementing a smartphone application which displays the filtered pictures from social network services such as Flickr and Picasa.

  • Recently, rapid innovation of Smartphone is changing the paradigm of our daily life. Smartphone users, opinion experts more than 99 percent of the economically active population is using, it has reached the saturation past the early stages of formation. Smartphone is equipped with a general purpose OS possible the implementation of high performance environment similar level as a personal computer. Also, it is a mobile communication terminal scalable which can be removed or installed various applications. Such extensibility, it is possible to use different applications through the Apps store. In addition, it is also possible various services which are location based service. However, these services also benefit many but it also has a disadvantage of invasion of privacy and disclosure of personal information. In this research, we aim to analyze factors influencing on perceived value and risk in location based service of Smartphone. In addition, we aim to analyze the causal relationship with perceived value and risk in satisfaction and recommendation intention. This study suggests practical and theoretical implications based on the results.

  • 본 연구는 간편하게 스마트폰에서의 전력 소모를 분석 할 수 있는 프레임워크를 제시한다. 스마트폰은 제한적인 전력 공급을 가지기 때문에 개발자와 사용자는 전력 소모에 최적화된 응용프로그램을 개발하고 선택할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 전력소모 분석 프레임워크를 제공 함으로써 전력 모델 생성, 전력 소모 추정, 추정 데이터 분석 기능을 제공 한다. 본 연구의 프레임워크를 이용해서 Nexus one, Desire, Galaxy S의 전력 소모 분석을 한 결과 평균 80% 이상의 정확도를 얻었다.

  • 본 기고에서는 최근 스마트폰에서 요구되는 다양한 멀티미디어 어플리케이션을 embedded GPU(Graphics Processing Unit)를 이용하여 고속 병렬처리하기 위한 GPGPU (General-Purpose Computing on GPU) 기술 및 영상처리 분야의 응용 사례를 소개한다. 일반적인 데스크탑 컴퓨팅 환경과 달리 제약사항이 많은 embedded 환경에서의 GPGPU 응용 기술은 아직 초기단계이다. 그러나 급격히 발전하는 embedded GPU IP와 OpenCL과 같은 API의 등장으로 embedded GPU를 이용한 고속 병렬처리 환경이 수 년 이내에 일반화 될 것이다. 본 기고에서는 그 가능성을 점검하기 위하여 embedded GPU에서의 영상처리를 위한 최신 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 환경의 발전 동향을 소개한다. 더불어 최신 스마트폰에서의 GPGPU기술을 사용한 영상처리 사례와 영상처리 알고리즘의 GPGPU 알고리즘 구현시 고려해야 할 주요 사항을 정리한다.

  • 마인드맵은 사고의 정리, 확장에 도움을 주는 노트법이다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 간 정보 공유와 실시간으로 정보를 받아 사용할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 사용자는 스마트폰 응용프로그램을 통해 웹서버와 데이터베이스 서버의 정보를 사용할 수 있게 된다. 이러한 기능들은 안드로이드(Android)기반의 스마트폰 응용프로그램과 리눅스(Linux)기반 서버의 연동으로 구현한다.
