A novel diagnosis scheme PCADP(personalized computer aided diagnosis probability) is proposed to overcome the problems mentioned above. PCADP scheme is a personalized diagnosis method based on ontology and it makes the bio-data analysis just a 'process' in the Smart healthcare service system. In addition, we offer a semantics modeling of the smart healthcare ontology framework in order to describe smart healthcare data and service specifications as meaningful representations based on this PCADP. The PCADP scheme is a kind of statistical diagnosis method which has real-time processing, characteristics of flexible structure, easy monitoring of decision process, and continuous improvement.

Smart contract based on the blockchain technology can be applied to the real estate registry including transactions. The Ethereum coin using multi layered protocol is widely accepted as the token for the smart contract. Block chain smart contract using SOLIDITY or PYTHON can mediate transactions auch as sale or lease, creating various scenarios in the property market. Those smart contract can construct the basis for the blockchain real estate registry, which is expected to overcome conventional transaction costs concerning the national law system, the asymmetric information and the currency exchange. The advantages of blockchain technology, namely security, decentralization, global transparency and openness can be applied to the smart contract system on the property registry. Several countries have advanced such blockchain real estate registry project recently, but no actual implementation has been reported for years, owing to institutional and technological impasses.

Due to advances such as photovoltaic power generation and energy storage system, energy self-consumption smart home system in which energy management system is built and energy is generated in house has been actively researched. In particular, due to the instability of the grid after the Fukushima nuclear accident, home system in which generating electricity from photovoltaic, storing and using it in energy storage system was commercialized in Japan. While subsidizing renewable energy projects through a combination of solar and energy storage systems in North America and Europe has expanded home installation. In this paper, we describe development of self-consumption smart home system which is connecting photovoltaic system and energy storage system in home area network and operating it based on real-time price. We implemented automated self-consumption home in which optimizing the use of energy from the power grid with minimal user's intervention.
Variability management is the foremost criterion that defines the extent to which complexities can be handled in a system. Predominantly, the requirements' engineering (RE) study overlooks, or speculates a consistent behavior of, the environment in which a system functions. In real-time systems it is vital to observe and adjust to an intrinsically changing context. Therefore, in this work we identify the requirements of the system in various contexts by recommending a framework using i* goal model, problem frames, use case maps and live sequence charts. The framework is illustrated using a case study of the smart grid RTP system. In the case study, elaboration of scenarios using use case maps and live sequence charts proved beneficial as they assisted in early analysis and validation of contexts. In addition, the elaboration of requirements for obstacle and conflict analysis assists the requirements engineer to increase the robustness of the system. The proposed framework is evaluated theoretically and by empirical study.

The industrial control system (ICS) has operated as a closed network in the past, but it has recently been linked to information and communications services and has been causing damage due to cyber attacks. As a countermeasure, the Information Communication Infrastructure Protection Act was enacted, but it cannot be applied to various real control environments because there is only a one-way policy-from a control network to a business network. In addition, IEC62443 defines an industrial control system reference model as an international standard, and suggests an area security model using a firewall. However, there is a limit to linking an industrial control network, operating as a closed network, to an external network only through a firewall. In this paper, we analyze the security model and research trends of the industrial control system at home and abroad, and propose an industrial control system security model that can be applied to the actual interworking environments of various domestic industrial control networks. Also, we analyze the security of firewalls, industrial firewalls, network connection equipment, and one-way transmission systems. Through a domestic case and policy comparison, it is confirmed that security is improved. In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, the proposed security model can be applied to security management measures for various industrial control fields, such as smart factories, smart cars, and smart plants.
This paper describes the development of a smart advanced metering infrastructure(AMI) architecture and services for using smart metering in gas industry. A general gas AMI system is composed of a smart gas meter, IoT network, the AMI platform, and an operation management system with security functions. The proposed gas AMI platform supports two-way communication between smart metering devices and AMI services and is applied by oneM2M standard to support interoperability between various types of metering devices and heterogeneous IoT networks. To demonstrating AMI system with the proposed platform, we installed about 2,900 smart gas meters in real environments and operated AMI systems for one year. We verified that about 94% of gas meters are normally worked and AMI services are stably operated without error or malfunction.

This paper is about the design of flowerpot management system which allows you to manage the flowerpot more efficiently and conveniently using Internet of Things when you start to grow plants. IoT connects all things to the network to provide various services to users, it has recently been focused on the center of the IT convergence techniques. So by using the realization sensor based IoT technology the need for research and development of IoT technologies were designed for the system. Basically, Device is using soil humidity sensor and Arduino, Android smart phone and smart light bulb. Transmit the humidity value of the flowerpot that measured by the sensor in a wireless communication, by controlling the state according to the value of the humidity, users can be provided a visual information and set up a flowerpot management and plan.

Recently, Light Emitting Diode(LED) light is changing the light equipment, which was considered just as a power-controlled device in home-network, into a IT convergence device by combining illumination function with wireless communication. As a result, Visible Light Communication(VLC) becomes a more practical solution to ubiquitous networks due to the more spread of LED light. One of representative applications using VLC is a VLC-based indoor navigation system which can provide high-accuracy indoor localization. In this paper, we model and implement a VLC based-indoor navigation system in which a fluorescent light type of LED lamp, which is normally used in large buildings, and smart devices, which are usually used by users, are utilized as main components for indoor navigation. Subsequently, it is expected that the paper can contribute to make VLC applications be more active.
In this paper, we propose an IoT based smart outlet system for one-person household with electric safety, electric energy consumption management and transmission of messages to the reserved contacts by connecting the emergency network. The proposed smart outlet system is implemented by parsing packet data and protocol between server, module, application and WiFi AP receiver. The WiFi AP built for communication can be used not only for the outlet but also for the gas barrier, the door lock and the like. In addition, the proposed method can provide the remote monitoring function by receiving the amount of power of the receptacle received through the AC current sensor (SCT-013) in real time. The smart outlet system is expected to be capable of automatically shutting off the power in case of emergency through automatic power use analysis in addition to the standby power cutoff function.

In this paper, implementation of a wireless video security system relates to a situation outside of using infrared sensors to detect changes when using Zigbee network security in the area of the sensor sends information to the server. The server can judge the situation if an emergency situation through the IP network security camera shot of the area to be transferred command to pantilte. The camera images and information in the security area, sent to administrator's smartphone users to control the camera can see the situation and More than a small video security system was designed so that user can monitor the security zone. Finally, for real-time to identify and respond to emergency situations based on the available wireless networks for video surveillance systems were verified through research and implementation.
