The National Institute of Environmental Research (3rd KONEHs) conducted a survey of 280 residents in Ulsan, Suwon and Asan, and the concentration of heavy metals in the blood and urine were also analyzed. In case of blood lead concentration, Ulsan $2.27{\mu}g/dl$, Suwon $2.08{\mu}g/dl$, and Asan $1.75{\mu}g/dl$, the high peak in Ulsan, and the low peak in Asan. In case of cotinine concentration, Ulsan smoking($609.16{\mu}g/g{\_}ct$) is higher than nonsmoking($74.07{\mu}g/g{\_}ct$), as Suwon and Asan smoking($416.72{\mu}g/g{\_}ct$, $903.21{\mu}g/g{\_}ct$) is higher than nonsmoking($72.72{\mu}g/g{\_}ct$, $18.06{\mu}g/g{\_}ct$), smoking group is higher than nonsmoking group in all areas revealed statistically significant correlation(p<0.01). In considering results synthetically, these study results are an aid to constructing environmental health science-side heavy metal management measure education programs for normal residents.

Smart HACCP is a system that can check the monitoring of critical control point (CCP) in real time to implement improvement measures immediately after departure from limit criteria and prevent falsification of data by digitizing handwritten records. In this study, we developed the analysis model for the effectiveness ofsmart HACCP to compare and analyze with existing HACCP. By introducing of smart HACCP system, the evaluation index value of HACCP effectiveness for HACCP-certificated companies on a small scale increased by 9.25 points, corresponding to 11.52% of increase rate. General HACCP-certificated companies showed 4.52 point and 5.00% of increase rate by introducing of smart HACCP system. Thus, it was confirmed that the introduction of smart HACCP system contributes to the improvement of food safety management and especially it would be more effective for HACCP-certificated companies on a small scale than general HACCP-certificated companies.

As a result of analyzing the domestic and foreign HACCP systems, advanced countries mandated HACCP system on all foods to strengthen food safety management and USA, EU and China do not apply small-scale HACCP system. Looking at the cases of food safety accidents in Korea and the non-compliance rate of HACCP certification evaluation by size, the accident rate of companies without HACCP certification was 31.2% higher than that of companies with HACCP certification. The nonconformity rate of food inspection standards was analyzed to be 89.0% higher than that of HACCP certification companies. Based on the international trend of food safety management and the frequency of food safety accidents, it is proposed to gradually expand the mandatory application of HACCP system in Korea to all foods, and to change the small-scale HACCP standard from less than 500 million Korean won or 21 employees to less than 500 million Korean won.

It is important to distinguish uterine lesions from other lesions occurring in the pelvic cavity for the proper management. The primary radiological evaluation of uterine lesions is performed using transvaginal ultrasonography, and if the lesion is too large or shows atypical benign imaging findings, magnetic resonance imaging should be performed. Analyzing radiological findings of uterine lesions through a pattern recognition approach can help establish the accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. In this pictorial assay, we describe imaging characteristics of various lesions arising from the uterus and evaluate them based on the pattern recognition approach.

The dependency of the chemoselectivities with Lewis acid on the reaction of O,S-acetals with phosphites is described.
