This study compared and analyzed the antioxidant activities of various organic solvent fractions from the leaves and roots of Peucedanum insolens Kitagawa. For this study, the dried leaves and roots of P. insolens Kitagawa were first extracted using 70% ethanol. The extracts were sequentially sub-fractionated in the order of hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, n-butanol, and water. The results revealed that the distribution of total phenolic contents by organic solvent fractions showed the same pattern in both the leaves and roots, with the highest in the ethyl acetate fraction (101.1±1.0 mg vs 71.2±3.4 mg of GAE/mg), but the lowest content in the hexane fraction (9.5±0.2 mg vs 7.5±2.1 mg of GAE/mg). The distribution of total flavonoid content in the organic solvent fractions showed the same pattern as that of total phenolic content. The results of DPPH, ABTS, and FRAP assays showed that the leaf and root extracts exhibited free radical scavenging activity in the same pattern, particularly, the ethyl acetate fraction had the highest activity. These results indicate that not only the roots of P. insolens Kitagawa but also the leaves possess potential substances that exhibit strong antioxidant activity. Significant correlations (R=0.903, p<0.0001, DPPH radical; R=0.891, p<0.001, ABTS radical; R=0.745, p<0.05, FRAP radical) between total phenolics and radical scavenging activities, but also significant correlations (R=0.867, p<0.001, DPPH vs. ABTS radicals; R=0.882, p<0.0001, DPPH vs. FRAP radicals; R=0.973, p<0.0001, ABTS vs. FRAP radicals) between radical scavenging activities were found in the organic solvent fractions. Therefore, as in the roots of P. insolens Kitagawa, the leaves possess strong antioxidant capacity and can be used as the main antioxidant material.
Research on corporate bankruptcy prediction has been focused on financial information. Since the company's financial information is updated quarterly, there is a problem that timeliness is insufficient in predicting the possibility of a company's business closure in real time. Evaluated companies that want to improve this need a method of judging the soundness of a company that uses information other than financial information to judge the soundness of a target company. To this end, as information technology has made it easier to collect non-financial information about companies, research has been conducted to apply additional variables and various methodologies other than financial information to predict corporate bankruptcy. It has become an important research task to determine whether it has an effect. In this study, we examined the impact of electronic payment-related information, which constitutes non-financial information, when predicting the closure of business operators using electronic payment service and examined the difference in closure prediction accuracy according to the combination of financial and non-financial information. Specifically, three research models consisting of a financial information model, a non-financial information model, and a combined model were designed, and the closure prediction accuracy was confirmed with six algorithms including the Multi Layer Perceptron (MLP) algorithm. The model combining financial and non-financial information showed the highest prediction accuracy, followed by the non-financial information model and the financial information model in order. As for the prediction accuracy of business closure by algorithm, XGBoost showed the highest prediction accuracy among the six algorithms. As a result of examining the relative importance of a total of 87 variables used to predict business closure, it was confirmed that more than 70% of the top 20 variables that had a significant impact on the prediction of business closure were non-financial information. Through this, it was confirmed that electronic payment-related information of non-financial information is an important variable in predicting business closure, and the possibility of using non-financial information as an alternative to financial information was also examined. Based on this study, the importance of collecting and utilizing non-financial information as information that can predict business closure is recognized, and a plan to utilize it for corporate decision-making is also proposed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze changes in dental trauma in children under the age of 12 during the period of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). March 2020, when COVID-19 was officially declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization, was set as the starting point for COVID-19. From March 2018 to February 2020, subjects in the pre-COVID-19 period were classified as the Pre-COVID-19 group, and from March 2020 to March 2022, subjects in the post-COVID-19 period were classified as the COVID-19 group. Information related to trauma was collected through electronic medical records. The number of trauma patients before and after the outbreak of COVID-19 decreased significantly. During the COVID-19 period, there was no significant difference in the male-female ratio or the distribution order of age groups. In the COVID-19 group of permanent teeth, the ratio of trauma caused by personal mobility was higher than trauma caused by sports. In the COVID-19 group of permanent teeth, the ratio of crown fracture with pulp involvement was significantly higher than the ratio of crown fracture without pulp involvement. Changes in trauma patterns caused by COVID-19 were observed more clearly in school-aged children than in preschool children. In a pandemic situation such as COVID-19, it is expected to be used as a good educational basis for knowing that frequent diagnoses can change due to changes in the environment.

The aim of this study is to identify the learning performance of online classes using problem-based learning(PBL) for clothing and textiles majors in college with the increased use of online learning tools after the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to achieve this goal, the PBL was developed and applied to the 'Fashion Marketing and Merchandising' class conducted in real-time online at University in North Chungcheong Province, Korea for four weeks. After a four-week PBL class, a survey was conducted on 35 students in the 'Fashion Marketing and Merchandising' class and the 35 completed questionnaires were used for analysis. The measurement tools of this study were self-directed learning, cooperative learning ability, problem-solving ability, and learning achievement regarded as an important learning effect in PBL class. In addition, students' self-reflective essays were also analyzed to examine the educational effect of PBL applying online classes. As a result of this study, bivariate correlations among the four variables, students' self-directed learning, cooperative learning ability, problem-solving ability, and learning achievement were significantly positive. Furthermore, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that the three independent variables had significant effects on students' perceived learning achievement, in the order of cooperative learning ability, self-directed learning, and problem-solving ability. The students' self-reflective essays indicated that problem-based learning worksheet was helpful for identifying problems, and clarifying what they already and what they need to study more. Based on this study, it could be recommended that online class applying PBL could contribute to the improvement of student's learning performance.

This study developed elementary and middle school career education programs linked to science subjects and local natural resources, and explored learning effects and implications for developing and operating career programs. In order to achieve the research purpose, a 10-hour career education program using local natural and social resources was developed and applied to 25 elementary and middle school students in rural areas. As a result of the study, most of the elementary and middle school students who participated in this study were not well aware of the natural and social resource value of the area where they lived. Therefore, when developing and operating a regional-based career education program for elementary and middle school students in rural areas, it is necessary to operate a separate teaching/learning activity time so that students can fully know the natural and social information and resource values of the region. In addition, in order to enhance students' participation and interest in career education programs, it is necessary to organize the operation of the program in groups, not individuals, and to guide students in detail by dividing the program's performance process into several sub-steps. Finally, the core material of regional-linked career education-related programs focused more on their own content, that is, agricultural products grown by parents, and future job settings were higher in start-ups that directly operate companies such as travel agencies and manufacturing companies. Given the recent emphasis on career education in the curriculum, it is suggested that local students should pay more attention to finding materials with local resource value in the field of geoscience, which is closely related to natural resources, and developing and operating them as career education programs linked to local resources.

This study has been conducted to investigate the treatment time and concentration of GA3 solution dipping for labor saving in 'Campbell Early' grapevine. The rachis growth at harvest was reduced by GA3 solution dipping before 5 days flowering, and increased significantly by GA3 solution dipping treatment at full bloom and after 5 days full bloom. GA3 5, 10, 20 mg·L-1 dipping treatment before 5 days flowering and GA3 20 mg·L-1 treatment of full bloom and after 5 days full bloom showed a rachis twist phytotoxicity symptom. The optimum GA3 concentrations for rachis growth promotion without phytotoxicity were 5 mg·L-1 and 10 mg·L-1. The degree of compact berry, bloom, skin color, SSC and acidity at harvest by GA3 solution dipping treatment time between concentration were not different from those of control. But the fruit berry weight was decreased by before 5 days flowering treatment when compared with control. There were no differences in full bloom and after 5 days full bloom treatment. The occurrence percent of berry cracking at before 5 days flowering and after 5 days full bloom treatment were significantly increased by GA3 treatment. The bitter rot occurrence of berry at harvest was not affected by GA3 treatment. Total rachis length of fruit cluster was increased by full bloom and 5 days after full bloom treatment. The length of rachis increased without reference to them position at full bloom and 5 days after bloom treatment. Accordingly, GA3 5 mg·L-1 solution dipping treatment at full bloom and 5 days after full bloom were can be effectively for rachis growth promotion.
The Aim of the this paper is to figure out impetus of the Naeseo Traditional Folk art Conservation Association. This Preservation Society derived from Hogaeri farmers' band. Through aging and hollowing out Hogaeri farmers' band got into a period of stagnation. In order to overcome slump villager and people of a township organized a conservation society in 1994. Members restored and directed folk song which from age to age for performance. are designated as cultural asset in 2017. Sutguldeong song is only song in inland area. This song are worthy of notice in . which is consist of various agricultural work songs experienced two changes. Rice-planting songs are characteristic. Especially, Executive playing a central role harden foundation of the Preservation Society. The mainspring of activity is the sense of responsibility. Preservation Society laying emphasis on recruiting new members. Preservation Society is planning to develop curriculum for Jurisdiction elementary and middle school students. This Preservation Society is made up of First generation members and Second generation members. First generation members who are born and bred in Hogaeri have been good friends both in joy and in sorrow Early days of Preservation Society. So, They has a strong family bond. In order to induce membership Members are practicing Nongak, popular folk songs, dancing program. Second generation members are not conversant with a folk song. Nonetheless They have a strong mind on a member line.
In this study, succession aspects of direction structure and dancing were reviewed in Moondoong drum dance succeeded by Yong Bae Cho of Goseong Ogwangdae. Sung Rak Hong who succeeded to Moondoong drum dance before Yong Bae Cho directed only 'drum dance' mainly with Goodguri rhythm. While Sung Rak Hong succeeded, the drum of Moondoong Gwangdae became smaller, which was changed from drum before 1965, to semi-drum in 1966 and tabor in 1967 and thereafter. Yong Bae Cho succeeded to Moondoong drum dance since 1970, adding 'Moondoong dance' directing tabor at the floor together with 'drum dance' before August 1972 and directing Dutbaegi rhythm. From the first succession of Goseong Ogwangdae since the winter in 1974, obscene movements were disappeared, and the setting with Yangban and contents to sublimate resentment were added in Moondoong drum dance. These changes seemed to be affected by succession format of Tongyoung Ogwangdae Moondoong drum dance and Ok Jin Gong's idiot dance. There are succession patterns when reviewing Moondoong drum dance directed by Yong Bae Cho. In case of 'Moondoong' dance, repeated forms were succeeded including 'fixed dance'->'impromptu dance'->'jump' in center of three fixed dances. In case of 'drum dance,' repeated forms were succeeded including 'fixed dance'->'rolling tabor'->'concluding' -> 'impromptu dance'->'jump' in center of four fixed dances. In 'drum dance' by Yong Bae Cho, many parts of succeeded dance by Sung Rak Hong who was a prior successor were remained. After Yong Bae Cho's death, Jong Bok Heo summarized the dance with more completed order focusing on the structure of Moondoong drum dance succeeded by Yong Bae Cho. Since then, multiple scenes were added continuously including hobbled appearance by Jong Won Heo, happy scene eating barley and scene to catch tabor stick difficultly, by Chang Ryol Heo. Yong Bae Cho added 'Moondoong dance' to the prior works only with 'drum dance' and started adding the story with resentment. The direction structure summarized by Yong Bae Cho became the basic framework in which the following directors added the scenes very easily. Like this, Yong Bae Cho was an excellent director of Goseong Ogwangdae who inherited Moondoong drum dance from the previous generation to establish and develop to hand over the next generations.
In this study, conductive polymers and the enzyme tyrosinase (Tyr) were deposited on the surface of a screen printed carbon electrode (SPCE), which can be fabricated as a disposable sensor chip, and applied to the detection of bisphenol F (BPF), an endocrine disruptor with proven links to male diseases and thyroid disorders, using electrochemical methods. On the surface of the SPCE working electrode, which was negatively charged by oxygen plasma treatment, a positively charged conductive polymer, poly(diallyldimethyl ammonium chloride) (PDDA), a negatively charged polymer compound, poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate) (PSS), and another layer of PDDA were layered by electrostatic attraction in the order of PDDA, PSS, and finally PDDA. Then, a layer of Tyr, which was negatively charged due to pH adjustment to 7.0, was added to create a PDDA-PSS-PDDA-Tyr sensor for BPF. When the electrode sensor is exposed to a BPF solution, which is the substrate and target analyte, 4,4'-methylenebis(cyclohexa-3,5-diene-1,2-dione) is generated by an oxidation reaction with the Tyr enzyme on the electrode surface. The reduction process of the product at 0.1 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) generating 4,4'-methylenebis(benzene-1,2-diol) was measured using cyclic and differential pulse voltammetries, resulting in a change in the peak current with respect to the concentration of BPF. In addition, we compared the detection performance of BPF using an ionic liquid electrolyte as an alternative to phosphate-buffered saline, which has been used in many previous sensing studies. Furthermore, the selectivity of bisphenol S, which acts as an interfering substance with a similar structure to BPF, was investigated. Finally, we demonstrated the practical applicability of the sensor by applying it to analyze the concentration of BPF in real samples prepared in the laboratory.
