Since enforcement of the anti-prostitution law, in spite of systematic setting helping escape prostitution of the women who engage in prostitution that they have had the will lasting prostitution. Therefore, this study aimed to devise intervention plan helping their escape prostitution and return to social by examining individual and structural factor obstructing their escape prostitution The data were collected through the in-depth interview and text. And these were analysed according to coding, constitution of concept, matching, construction of explanation on the phenomenon. The nine women who engaging in prostitution were participated in this study. As a result of the data analysis, 46 concepts and 10 categories were generated. By classification of individual and structural factor, the outcomes of an interpretation were as follows: The cause obstructing Prostitutes' escape prostitution were (1) distrust on the policy of the government, (2) life-script was made by reaction-formation, (3) predestined resignation caused by anxiety, (4) body as capital goods, and (5) the commensal model with pimp. Based on this result, we proposed practical and political alternative plans for prostitutes.

The film language is distinguished roughly according to shot angles and size and camera movement. The film language is what the performer should be well-acquainted with in camera acting. Since the most important characteristics of acting in front of the camera lies in being with the camera, the relationship between the camera and the performers is basically mutual communication and is the inseparable relationship in which they should be well acquainted with each other. Understanding of diverse film languages for acting in front of the camera enables the performer to adapt to the media quickly and to concentrate on acting. Performance changes according to the media or environment in which acting is performed. For a good performance, the performers should be able to appropriately express their own acting according to the characteristics of the space or the media in which they do performance. Acting in front of the camera is clearly distinguished from acting on the stage in the aspects of either media characteristics or acting. With the manifestation of extemporaneousness and the discovery of the performers' personality to the extent possible, performers themselves proceed with creative works in collaboration with the director in acting in front of the camera and can attain the development of acting in front of the camera.

Marine Technology is the last hope of mankind for resolving predestined issues of food, resources, and environmental problems. facing and realizing this great challenge, domestic industrial, academic and research institutional experts participated in formulating the Marine Technology development plan, and the national science and technology committee chaired by the president passed this important plan thus setting the foundation for activating and promoting MT development. A project to develop Marine Technology Road Map(MTRM) has been carried out since June of 2005 for effective execution of the plan 1his paper reviewed current issues of MT and contents of MTRM, and proposed alternative measures for MT activation and promotion such as the establishment of special institutes for managing MT research and development and the fund raising for MT budget.

지난해 12월 3일, 금융위원회(이하"금융위")는 금융개혁 정례 기자간담회에서 그 동안의 금융개혁 성과를 발표하였다. 지난 3월 금융개혁 추진방향 마련 시 50개의 금융개혁 실천과제를 선정하고, 규제개혁 과정에서 20개 과제를 추가 발굴하여 총 70개의 금융개혁 실천과제를 선정하였고, 그 중 (1) 제도개선이 완료되어 시행중인 과제가 24건, (2) 일부 시행중인 과제가 17건, (3) 방안은 발표했으나, 법령 개정 등 제도개선 중인 과제가 16건, 마지막으로 (4) 방안을 마련중인 과제 즉 미발표 과제가 총 13건인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 금융개혁 실천과제 중, 핀테크 생태계 구축과 관련된 과제는 5건, 인터넷 전문은행 도입과 관련된 과제는 2건 그리고 빅데이터 활성화와 관련된 과제는 2건으로 직접적인 핀테크 산업 활성화와 관련된 과제는 총 9개라고 볼 수 있다. 이 중에서 6건의 과제는 이미 제도개선이 완료되어 시행되고 있으며, 나머지 3건은 방안은 발표되었으나, 법령 개정 등 제도개선이 필요한 상태이다. 여전히 은산분리 규제 완화를 위한 은행법 개정 이슈, 신용정보법 개정을 통한 빅데이터 산업 활성화 등은 여전히 제도개선 과제나 규제 완화 방안이 구체화되지 않은 단계이다. 금융당국은 금융산업에 대해서 오프라인 산업으로서 규제마인드를 갖고 있다. 국경을 넘나들며 금융서비스가 제공되는 시대에 오프라인 산업 관점의 전통적 금융규제들을 재검토해야 한다. 금융산업에서 핀테크와 쉽게 결합하여 서비스를 창출하고, 시장에서 경쟁할 수 있도록 하는 관점에서 기존의 규제들을 재평가해야 한다. 인터넷에서는 국경을 넘어선 서비스를 막을 수 없으므로 국내형 규제에 얽매인 국내 금융회사들은 혁신적 서비스를 도입할 수 없어 궁극적으로 글로벌 인터넷 거인들이 결국 국내 금융회사들의 사업 기회를 빼앗아 가게 될 것이다. 글로벌 인터넷 기업들이 국내 금융기관을 지배하게 될 것이라는 숙명을 빨리 깨닫고 과거의 관점에서 벗어나 온라인 서비스로 기존의 서비스를 변경하는 노력이 필요하다. 결국 금융산업은 핀테크 기업들과 협업하여 기존의 규제를 완화하거나 서비스에 맞게 변화시키고, 과감하게 폐지하는 것이 필요하다.

Statement of problem: The high melting temperature and chemical reactivity of titanium necessitates casting machines different from those used in conventional casting. Despite the new developments in Ti casting systems , inadequate mold filling and internal porosity are frequently observed casting defects. Therefore, the study on the fabrication technique including sprue design to solve these casting defects is still necessary. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of sprue design and cross sectional area of sprue on the internal porosity. Materials and methods: 30 simulated cast three units titanium crowns were prepared. 5 cast crowns for each with different sprue design(sinlge sprue, double sprue and plate sprue) of two cross sectional areas (small and large cross sectional areas) were fabricated. The sections of titanium castings were photographed in a microscope at ${\times}100$ magnification to record internal porosities. Results and Conclusion: Within the limits of this study, the following conclusions were drawn: 1. There was a significantly lower in internal porosity of titanium castings for large cross sectional area of sprue group than the small group (P<.05) 2. There was no significant difference in internal porosity among sprue designs in similar cross sectional area of sprue (P>.05).

In Seoul, skyscrapers are built in commercial zones known as residential-commercial complexes, which cause such environmental problems as urban heat islands(UHI) and air pollution. To investigate air temperature differences in areas near skyscrapers at Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea, fixed air temperature observation and traverse observations were performed from March 16, 2008 to March 15, 2009. The annual mean air temperature at Tower Palace(TPL) was higher than that at Sookmyung Girls' High School(SMG) by $0.7^{\circ}C$, although the distance between the two observation positions is only 200m. The number of tropical nights at TPL was 13, while that at SMG was 5. The higher air temperature at TPL was due to a significantly lower sky view factor(SVF), which prevented long-wave radiation from emitting into the sky. The highest air temperature increases near TPL occurred on summer nights because of the high-electricity consumption value of $70.22Wh/m^2$ for the TPL block in August due to air conditioning for cooling. It is concluded that the warm air pocket centered on TPL.

The purpose of this study is to examine the validity and reliability of the Parental Satisfaction Scale for Child Care Centers, which modified the Client Satisfaction Scale (CSS; Kim, 2009). The subjects of the study were 652 parents of children who were between the ages of one to five and who attended child care centers. The five-point rating scale consisted of 21 items with two sub-dimensions. The results from an exploratory factor analysis identified that there are two dimensions in this scale. Thus, in terms of the face validity of this scale, a two-dimensional scale with 21 items is found to be appropriate. However, the items that consist of the two sub-dimensions are found to be different from that of CSS. The concurrent validity and internal consistency reliability of the revised scale are relatively high. Also, the mean between the upper and lower groups with regard to item discrimination show significant difference. We conclude that the original CSS with minor revisions can be used as a valid and reliable instrument to assess parental satisfaction on child care centers.

The operation theory of the Wittgenstein's Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus is the essential basis of the philosophy of mathematics of the Tractatus. Wittgenstein presents the definition of cardinal numbers on the basis of operation theory, and suggests the proof of "$2{\times}2=4$" by using the theory of operations in 6.241. Therefore, in order to explicate correctly the philosophy of mathematics, it is required to understand rigorously the theory of operations in the Tractatus. Accordingly in this paper, I will endeavor to explicate operation theory of the Tractatus as a preliminary study for explicating the philosophy of mathematics of the Tractatus. In this process, we can ascertain Frascolla's important contributions and fallacies in his reconstruction of 6.241. In particular, we can understand the background that in 6.241 Wittgenstein made mistakes and that there he dealt with the addition operation of the theory of operations, and on the basis of this, we can reconstruct correctly 6.241.

Wittgenstein presents so-called picture theory in the Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus. What is, then, the point of the picture theory? What are the philosophical problems which the picture theory tries to solve? In this paper, I will endeavor to show that the object of a picture is different from the sense of a picture, that the representing relation is different from the projective relation, that picture theory is applied to composite propositions as well as elementary propositions and that on the one hand the basic problems that picture theory tries to solve are problem of theory of meaning and that of theory of truth, but on the other hand the more important problem is what Wittgenstein calls "the mystery of negation." From these discussions, we can see that it is not correct at all to interpret that the picture theory in the Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus is nothing but an analogy which does not have a significant content.
