One of the most significant changes is the paradigm shift from teacher-centered learning to learner-centered learning. Along with this paradigm shift, understanding of characteristics of e-learners who are both system users and learners is needed. Before suggesting a comprehensive framework, this study proposes research model that can improve a learning performance using the flow theory. The results show that intrinsic interest and focused attention are significant predictors of learning performance. Especially, intrinsic interest is more important on learning performance than focused attention. Information quality and skill are found to be strong predictors of the intrinsic interest. Also, perceived ease of use, skill and computer self-efficacy are strong predictors of the focused attention.

A workplace trainer is required to have profound theoretical and technological knowledge, sufficient experience and problem-solving ability in order to play the role of a competent trainer and assessor for the apprentices and experienced worker students who are participating in the Work-Learning Dual System of the company. This study has introduced a Degree-linked Highly Skilled professional Course in Korea and proposed an optimized standard education model for the training of high-quality workplace trainers. It is expected that this study will contribute greatly to the training of highly skilled professionals for efficient implementation of the Work-Learning Dual System and stable institutional settlement of the Highly Skilled professionals Course as the first empirical study on the training of highly skilled professionals.

In forestry, where improvement of labor environment is quite impossible, improved posture would result in direct effects by preventing waste of physical strength, prevention of accidental injury caused by fatigue accumulated on certain body parts, and prevention of human error by inattentiveness due to weakened body. Therefore, this research carried on analysis of working posture in manual forest work(thinning using chain-saw, salvage cutting using chain-saw, clearing using hand saw, clearance of twiner using sickle, pruning using saw with a long handle, and tending of young growth using sickle) using OWAS analysis system. According to the OWAS method, percentage of OWAS action categories III and IV in the tasks using chain-saw and sickle was higher than another tasks. For the compared middle skillful worker group and low skillful worker group at felling work using chain-saw, percentage of OWAS action categories IV in middle skillful worker group was 5.1%, and low skillful worker group was 14.1%.

젖소로부터 우유를 생산하기 위해서는 매일 2~3회의 착유가 이루어야 한다. 그러나 국내 낙농가는 고령화되고 노동력이 부족해 하루 2회 이상 착유가 이루어지지 않는다. 또한 착유 시 중요한 작업인 유두를 세척하는 작업의 경우 세척자의 숙련도에 따라 차이가 크고 손에 의한 유방염 원인균의 전파 가능성이 높은 상황이다. 이에 농촌진흥청에서는 젖소 유두 세척 장치를 개발했다.

배경 : 음성평가시 그 음질을 파악하기 위한 검사 중 주관적 검사로서 많이 쓰이는 것은 GRBAS 척도에 의한 청인지적 4단계 평정이고, 객관적 검사로서 널리 쓰이고 있는 검사 도구는 CSL 중 MDVP이다. 이중 GRBAS 검사는 평가자의 고도의 숙련도를 요구하며, MDVP에 의한 음성평가는, 나타난 결과에 대한 정확한 해석을 요구한다. 목적 : 이에, 1차적으로 음성과용 환자를 대상으로 하여, GRBAS 척도에 의한 청인지적 음성평가 결과와 CSL 중 MDVP에 의한 객관적 음성평가 결과에 대한 상관성을 비교, 분석해 보고, 이를 통하여 청인지적 음성평가에 숙련되지 못한 평가자가 객관적 검사도구를 통하여 음성평가를 하고자 할 때 주목해야 할 변인들에 관하여 알아보고자 한다. 비즈니스 시스템 분석을 위한 비즈니스 모델링에서 사용자와 개발자간의 원활한 의사소통은 프로젝트의 성공을 결정할 수 있는 중요한 요소이다. UML 기반의 유스케이스 모델링은 숙련자의 경험에 많이 의존하고 있으며, 모델링의 수준을 결정하기 어렵고, 또한 사용자가 쉽게 이해하기가 어렵다. 따라서 사용자의 업무를 분석하여 직관적으로 표현할 수 있는 속성구조 다이어그램을 이용한 정보구조 모델링은 사용자와 개발자 모두 쉽게 이해할 수 있는 구조로 사용자의 요구사항을 직관적으로 분석하여 요구사항 분석에서부터 발생되는 사용자의 잦은 변경을 줄일 수 있으므로 유스케이스 모델링을 보완할 수 있는 효과적인 방법이 될 수 있다.

현재 산업화 사회가 가속됨에 따라 인체에 유해한 물질들이 발생한다. 그 중에서 VOC(Volatile Organic Component)는 인체에 치명적인 해를 일으키는 물질이다. 본 논문은 MOS(Metal Oxide Semiconductor) 센서를 이용하여 인체에 치명적인 유해 물질인 VOC를 측정하였다. 현재 VOC의 측정은 GC(Gas Chromatograph)를 이용하는데 이는 측정 시간이 길며 숙련된 측정자에 의해서만 측정이 가능하고 그 분석이 가능하다. 그러나 MOS 센서를 이용하면 숙련되지 않은 측정자도 측정이 가능하며 인공신경망을 이용하여 그 분석을 함으로서 누구나 쉽게 분석이 가능하고 실시간으로 측정이 가능하다.

많은 인원을 필요로 하는 조선업은 선박을 건조하는 현장의 제품들이 복합 공정이면서도 중후장대한 특성을 가지고 있다. 이러한 선박을 건조할 때는 종사하는 작업자 간의 작업 내용에 대한 의논과 방법의 결정에 따른 경험기술의 활용도가 높다. 그래서 작업자별 작업 방법이나 기능의 차이가 많고 그 차이만큼이나 공정 진척이나 품질에 대한 결과도 다르게 나타나게 된다. 하지만 인력 집약도가 높은 조선소 작업인력이 퇴직이나 이직 등으로 발생되는 공백을 내국인으로 채우지 못하고 경험이 없고 소통도 어려운 외국인 작업자로 대체하고 있는 실정이다. 외국계 작업자의 경우 인건비가 낮은 중소기업이나 대기업의 하도급 업체에 고용이 되는데 중소기업의 특성상 기술력의 축적이나 안전작업을 위한 사전 직무교육 등에는 여유가 없어 제한된 기간 동안의 고용이나 단순 업무에만 종사토록 하는 등의 방법으로 활용해왔다. 그러나 외국계 작업자의 고용 비중이 높아지면서 전반적인 생산성의 한계와 불안전 작업에 대한 우려로 그 관심도 높아지고 있다. 외국계 작업자의 경우 생산 현장에서 이루어지고 있는 각종 안전관련 교육이나 행사, 동료간의 소통등에 소외되면서 불안전이 가중되고있고 비자종류에 따라 체류기간이 한정되어 기술력의 유지는 어려운 현실이 될 수 밖에 없다. 이러한 외국계 작업자에게 안전에 대한 수준을 높이기 위한 방안으로 직무별 위험성평가도 작업자의 논높이에 맞게 해야 한다. 현재 활용되고 있는 4가지 위험성평가 방법을 일부 보완하여 안전수준에 맞게 실시하여 작업자 개인별 직무 수행상의 위험성에 대한 이해도가 안전에 미치는 영향을 최소화 하여 안전을 유지시키는 방안을 연구한다. 위험성평가의 취지가 기본적으로 해당 작업자 전원참여라는 중요 요소임을 감안할 때 외국인 작업자의 직무 이해도 점검은 매우 중요하다 하겠다.
