The purpose of this study was to investigate the most optimum way of performing the bandal chagi during Taekwondo Kyorugi competition. By analyzing the EMG data and the kinematic data it was hoped that scientific data would be provided to instructors and players about the optimization of the Bandal Chagi. The results of the analysis are as follows: During competition while performing the Bandal Chagi the most important factors that affect the impact point are the range of motions of the upper body hyper extension and knee joints. Through the measurement of the muscles EMG activity of a well performed Bandal Chagi with the right leg it was observed that the left side erector spinae muscle was highly activated and so it was concluded that this muscle should be trained to improve the performance of the Bandal Chagi. Likewise it was observed that for the right side of the abdominal muscle's EMG there was a high activity level and thus showed that there was a large contribution of this muscle for the optimum performance of the Bandal Chagi.

This study is mainly focused on objective evaluating the influence of the e-NIE activities on the elementary students' ICT competence which is considered as a critical feature in contemporary society. An e-NIE site which is covering 5 domains of ICT competence was constructed to support the students' e-NIE activities. An ICT competence evaluating questionaire was made to confirm the result of the e-NIE activities and the evaluation and the analysis were performed before and after the e-NIE activities. The result shows that the e-NIE activities can enhance elementary students' ICT competence.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of simulation integrated with problem based learning(SIM-PBL) on nursing students. A non-equivalent pre-post test of quasi-experimental design was used. 37 were assigned to an intervention group and 41 to a control group. SIM-PBL was applied to intervention group and simulation was applied to control group. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 program. There were significant increases in system thinking(t=2.14, p=.036), proactivity in problem solving(t=2.07, p=.042), and performance ability for medication(t=5.26, p=<.001) in the intervention group compared to the control group. However, there was no difference in learning flow between the intervention and control groups. In order to adapt to the clinical setting, it is necessary to consider the SIM-PBL needs to be considered in the curriculum of nursing students.

Language is connected with culture, and have a function of social and cultural integration. Also social participation is known to conduct an important role in promoting identity of immigrants. This study aimed to investigate the effect of variables such as the level of proficiency in Korean language, and experience in local society activity on community sense of married immigrant women in Korean rural areas. The result showed that the level of proficiency in Korean language had the greatest effect on their sense of community, and experience in local society activity seemed to have intermediation effect on it. In conclusion, based on results of this study, plans improving proficiency of Korean language of the immigrants and participation in local society activities were suggested.

The lock-in mode infrared thermography (IRT) technique has been developed to improve the detection capability of defects in materials with high thermal conductivity, and it has been shown to provide better detection capability than conventional active IRT. Therefore, to investigate the application of this technique to nuclear piping components, lock-in mode IRT tests were conducted on pipe specimens containing simulated wall-thinning defects. Phase images of the wall-thinning defects were obtained from the tests, and they were compared with thermal images obtained from conventional active IRT tests. It showed that the ability to size the detected wall-thinning defects in piping components was improved by using lock-in mode IRT. The improvement was especially apparent when detecting short and narrow defects and defects with slanted edges. However, the detection capability for shallow wall-thinning defects did not improve much when using lock-in mode IRT.

SPICE 모델은 조직의 프로젝트 수행 프로세스들에 대하여 능력 수준을 결정하여 각 프로세스의 개선을 위한 활동을 제안하여 최종적으로는 제품에 이르기까지 품질을 향상시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 논문은 한국의 19개의 피심사 조직의 189개의 프로세스에 대한 실제 심사 데이터를 통하여 심사 수준과 프로세스별 상관관계를 분석하여 특정 프로세스간의 능력수준의 변화가 타 프로세스에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구한다.

본 논문에서는 유전 알고리즘의 성능 향상을 위해 교배(Crossover) 기법의 중요 매개변수인 교배 교차점(Crossover Point)의 수를 개체군(Population)의 진화 과정 중에 적응적으로 변화 할 수 있는 자기-적응형(Self-Adaptive) 교배 기법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 제안 교배 기법은 전체 개체군을 다수개의 작은 개체군들로 군집화(Grouping)하여 일차적으로 서로 다른 교차점을 갖는 교배 기법을 적용시키고, 그 후 각 군집의 개체(Individual)들의 선택률을 기반으로 군집들간의 경쟁을 수행한다. 이는 유전 알고리즘이 개체군의 진화 과정 중에 문제에 적합한 교차점을 갖는 교배 기법을 적응적으로 사용할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 제안 교배 기법은 진화 과정 중에 교차점이 지속적으로 변화되므로 알고리즘 초반에는 높은 탐색 능력을 보유하게 되고 후반에는 높은 부분-해(Building-Block) 보존 능력을 지니게 되어, 최적 해(Optimal Solution)로의 수렴 능력이 향상된다. Deceptive 문제를 통해 제안 자기-적응형 교배 기법과 기존 (고정 교차점) 교배 기법의 성능을 비교 하였으며, 실험 결과로부터 제안 교배의 성능 우위를 확인하였다.

건설산업의 경쟁력 제고를 위해 건설산업에서 기획${\cdot}$설계${\cdot}$시공${\cdot}$사후관리단계에서 엔지니어링분야에 대한 고도의 기술력과 함께 이들을 총체적으로 관리할 수 있는 사업관리능력의 향상이 매우 중요하다. 최근 SOC사업이 대형화, 복잡화됨에 따라 전문 기술과 경험을 보유한 전문 건설사업관리 인력이 필요하고, 대형 사업의 사업관리수행방법의 형태가 발주 직영에서 사업관리 대리인인 CMr 체계로 바뀌어 가고 있다. 이와 같은 배경아래 대형 민자유치사업의 성공적인 수행을 위해서는 통합 CM/PM능력을 구비한 전략적 건설수행체제 구축이 필요하며, 이를 통해 사업비의 감소와 공기단축을 이루어 궁극적으로는 국내 건설업체의 경쟁력강화와 전문화/특화화를 이룰 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위해 본고에서는 민자사업에서의 CM의 역활을 중점적으로 논하고져 한다.

A lack of basic academic skills of junior college students has negatively impacted on the quality of vacational education and student dropout prevention, and yet it is true that there still are unclear alternatives or solutions to come up with that concern. As a way to find out the actual levels of basic academic skills of junior college students and educational efforts to improve these skills, the study investigated prior studies and benchmarked strengths and weaknesses of the related educational programs and supporting systems operated by ten junior colleges around the nation. Further, the study addressed emerging issues and challenges related to basic academic skills, based on the case study of D college. Major research methodologies included literature review, surveys for students and faculty members and focus-group interviews of faculty members in order to examine the states of students' basic academic skills in the area of language, in particular. Accordingly, the study proposed several suggestions with which educational practitioners could assist in supporting students to acquire improved basic academic skills(such as the development of a competence-based curriculum, implementation of reliable diagnosis tools and supporting educational systems for evaluating students' basic academic skills and upgrading of diverse teaching and learning resources and methods).

학습자들은 소양교육으로 정보통신기술에 대한 기초적인 지식과 활용 능력을 습득하고 이를 토대로 각 교과에서 정보통신기술을 활용할 수 있어야 한다. 이 두 가지의 교육이 서로 연계하여 이루어질 때 정보통신기술 활용 능력은 가장 효과적으로 신장된다. 이러한 소양교육과 활용교육 연계선상에서 이루어지는 교육이 바로 웹 신문학습이다. 그러나 웹 신문학습이 정보통신기술 소양 능력 향상에 영향을 미치는지의 검증 연구가 진행되지 않아 교육효과에 대한 불확실성을 갖고 있었다. 이에 컴퓨터 교육의 목표를 효율적으로 달성할 수 있는 교수 학습 방법인 웹 신문학습을 수행한 후 정보통신기술 소양 능력을 측정하여 객관적인 수치로 교육적 효과를 검증하였다.
