This study was conducted to establish a strategy to improve the grafted cacti export which has been stagnated in these year. To promote its exporting, first of all, Korean cactus producer needs to save the cost of labor by using bottom nutriculture system for the greater national competitiveness. Second, it is desired to diversify the export cactus items such as a new variety of Epiphyllum truncatum, big size of perfect brand, a finished package production to satisfy foreigner's demand coping with international market change of grafted cacti. On the other hand, Korean cultivar protection and national negotiation for a reducing tariff rate or an efficient plant inspection system are also needed.

정부는 지난 1월 19일 원활한 돈육 수출을 통한 돈육의 수급조절과 농가소득증대를 위해 외국으로 수출하는 원료돈의 사육 및 출하조절에 관한 지침을 제정.고시했다. 한편 정부는 지난해 12월 20일 수출 검역업무의 공신력을 제고하기 위해 "대일본 수출돈육 유해 잔류물질 검사지침"을 고시한바 있다. (월간양돈 89년 1월호 참고). 정부가 고시한 "수출용 원료돈의 사육 및 출하조절 지침"은 다음과 같다.

인터넷 및 전자상거래의 확산과 함께 국내에서도 인터넷을 이용한 수출에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷 전자상거래에 관한 문헌연구와 다수의 수출기업들을 대상으로 이들의 인터넷 전자상거래의 도입 및 활용실태에 관한 실증분석을 통해 인터넷을 이용한 수출을 촉진하기 위한 방안에 대해 검토한다.

Forfaiting is a trade finance facility whereby financial institution purchases accounts receivable from exporters, on a without recourse basis. After the adoption of K-IFRS in 2011, accounting for simple borrowing as usual negotiation increases debt ratio which in turn, worsens financial soundness of a company. Hence, exporting companies have their interest in forfaiting that enables book-off in order to decrease the borrowing. Along with the execution of URF 800 at ICC and increasing the interest of exporting companies into forfaiting, foreign exchange banks in Korea expand the development of products related to forfaiting. Upon surveying all these national banks of this matter, this paper identified an appropriate solution for the forfaiting practice.

In this paper, we explore the effects of Korean Wave (Hanryu) on the Korea's export by using the gravity model in which we use independent variables such as real GDP, population, distance between the two nation, and Korean Wave. Among these, the Korean Wave can be classified into 5 categories according to the progress stage of Korean Wave which was analysed by KOTRA(2011). The data set has covered 67 countries in 2010. The results show that the Korean Wave has the positive impact on Korea's export. Also, that impact is getting bigger to the Korea exportation as the stage of Korean Wave spreads to the world. These results implies that the Korean Wave plays an important role to promote the Korea's exportation. Therefore, the Koreans should do their best to continuously expand the Korean Wave for the purpose of increasing Korea exportation.

우리나라 기계기술은 완제품의 가공조립에 의한 수출확대로 산업의 급속한 외적 성장을 가져왔 으나 수출을 증대시키기 위해서는 기계류의 수입이 증대되는 수입 유발적 특징을 가지고 있으며 기계기술의 질적수준을 가늠하는 기반기술을 축적할 수 있는 기회를 살리지 못하여 원천핵심 기술 및 설계기술과 부품기술수준의 낙후, 첨단기계기술의 개발 부진으로 주요부품 및 설비의 국산화가 지연되어 우리나라 경제발전에 커다란 제약요인으로 작용하고 있다. 특히 최근에는 엔고로 기계의 수입이 급증하여 '94년에 기계류의 대일무역적자가 125억불에 달했으며, '95년에는 기계류 대일무역적자가 더욱 커질 것이라는 우려가 중폭되면서 기계기술이 국가경제의 핵이라는 국민적 인식이 확산되어 기계기술을 육성해야 한다는 필요성이 제기되고 있다.

주요 선진국에서는 전통적 생산요소인 노동이나 자본에 비하여 기술 진보가 경제성장에 더 큰 기여를 하고 있다고 판단하고, 기술개발을 위한 R&D 투자를 적극적으로 추진하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 IT부문 R&D 투자액이 IT부문 수출 실적에 미치는 효과를 분석하는 한편, 회귀분석 결과를 활용하여 2020년 우리나라 정부가 목표로 하고 있는 수출 1조 달러 달성을 위하여 IT 부문에서 어느 정도의 R&D 투자가 이루어져야 하는 지를 분석한다.
