In order to prevent indiscreet urban growth and harmonize urban development with environmental preservation, it is strongly required in Korea that urban planning should be reasonable and transparent. From this societal demand, the urban planning system was changed to be strengthened for the establishment of harmonious land-use order in urban space. However, implementation of the urban planning system demands a lot of information to analyze and estimate the present condition and problems of urban area. For this purpose, the information should quickly be collected, managed and analyzed. The urgent demand of information in urban planning field is able to be fulfilled with recent GIS and its relevant information technique, which can quickly, accurately and conveniently collect various spatial and statistical information, systematically analyze and manage them, and visually present the result of spatial analysis. This study suggested a urban planning information system and its basic implementing scheme to support the urban planning system with GIS and presented a development model of the urban planning information system using the recent GIS and its relevant information technique.

Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS) enables road users to enhance efficiency of their trips in a variety of traffic conditions. As a significant part of ITS, information communication technology among vehicles and between vehicles and infrastructure has been being developed to upgrade current traffic data collection technology through location-based traffic surveillance systems. A wider and detailed range of traffic data can be acquired with ease by the technology. However, its performance level falls with environmental impediments such as large vehicles, buildings, harsh weather, which often bring about wireless communication failure. For imputation of vehicle trajectory data discontinued by the failure, several potential existing methods were reviewed and a new method to complement them was devised. AIMSUN API(Application Programming Interface) software was utilized to simulate vehicle trajectories data and missing vehicle trajectories data was randomly generated for the verification of the method. The method was proven to yield more accurate and reliable traffic data than the existing ones.

전술 항공정찰 임무는 20세기 후반부터 모든 주요 분쟁의 정보수집 활동에 절대적 요소가 되어왔으며 미래에도 그 역할을 계속 담당하게 될 것인바 정보화 시대에는 수집 장비인 카메라와 감지기의 주된 발전이 전통적 정찰 임무수행 방법과 운용 전술을 변화시킬 것이다.

최근의 인터넷침해사고는 개별시스템에 대한 침입이나 바이러스 등에 의한 파일의 변조 등 개별적인 시스템에 대한 공격보다는 인터넷 기반 등에 대한 직·간접적인 공격으로 진화하였다. 이와 같은 공격의 변화에 따라 인터넷 기반에 공격의 의한 피해가 발생할 경우 막대한 경제적 피해는 물론이고 사회적인 충격 또한 클 것으로 예측된다. 인터넷침해사고대응지원센터는 이와 같은 인터넷 침해사고를 신속히 탐지하고 대응하기 위한 능동적인 정보수집 및 대응체계를 구축하였다. 인터넷침해사고대응체계는 침해사고관련정보 수집, 인터넷의 상황 분석, 상황 전파 및 대응, 복구의 4단계로 구성된다. 이러한 대응체계 구축을 통해 이전에 확인할 수 없었던 인터넷 상황에 대한 정확한 측정 데이터를 확보하고 신속한 침해사고탐지 및 효과적인 대응이 가능하게 되었다.

최근 소송에서의 디지털 증거의 비중과 수사과정에서의 디지털 포렌식의 중요성과 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 미국을 포함한 여러 국가들은 이러한 추세를 반영하여 효과적인 디지털 증거 수집과 분석을 위한 법제들을 마련하고 있는 상황이다. 국내의 경우도 디지털 포렌식 기술에 대한 관심과 실제 사건해결에 있어서의 이용도가 높아지고 있음에도 아직까지 관련 법제들은 미비한 상황이다. 본고에서는 먼저 '국가 디지털 포렌식 법률 체계'를 제시하고 각각의 구성요소들에 대해 살펴 본 후, 국가 디지털 포렌식 법률 체계에 기반하여 미국의 법제 현황과 국내 법제 현황을 비교한다. 또한 디지털 포렌식 수행 절차에 따른 법적 요구사항들을 정의해보고, 국가 디지털 포렌식 법률 체계 완성을 위한 추진방안을 제시한다. 마지막으로 효과적인 디지털 증거의 수집 분석과 디지털 포렌식 기술 활성화를 위해 국내 법제들이 나아가야 할 방향과 추진방법을 제시한다.

대한결핵협회는 지난 1965년도부터 매년 5년 간격으로 우리나라 결핵문제의 크기 및 추세를 파악하기 위해 표본조사통계방법인 전국결핵실태조사를 실시해 왔으며 이어 2000년도에는 인터넷 웹 기반의 전국결핵정보감시체계 구축을 통해 현행 결핵관리체계 안에서 공공의료부문과 민간의료부문을 통합 연계하는 정보수집 및 감시체계를 구축, 새로운 패러다임의 2000년대 결핵관리 정보체계를 개발 실시하고자 한다. 이에 올해 실시되는 전국결핵감시체계에 관해 살펴보고자 한다.

현재 차량 항법 장치는 최근 급속하게 발달한 전자기술을 활용하여 단순한 차량의 자유이동 기능에서 운전자에게 안전성, 효율성, 편의성, 가격 등을 보장할 뿐만 아니라 운전자에게 경로를 안내하거나 교통 정보를 제공하는 정보 제공 장치로 도약하고 있다. 그러나 앞으로 이같은 단순 정보 전달 기능을 초월하여 보다 효율적이고 안전한 운행이 가능한 지능적인 기능을 수행케 될 것이다. 즉, 도로상의 센서와 같은 교통 정보 수집체계와 통신체계 등을 활용하여 실시간 교통 상황 정보를 제공하여 쾌적한 추행환경 및 차량 제어 시스템과 연계하여 안전주행에 기여할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 생산현장에서 시시각각으로 발생하는 생산정보를 그 발생원 인 기계, 설비, 작업자, 워크 등에서 직접적으로 수집하고, 정보처리하여 실 시간으로 관리측에 제공할 수 있는 POP(Point of Production) 시스템 개발을 목표로 생산정보발생원과 인터페이스되어 실시간적인 정보수집, 처리를 지원 하는 POP 터미널의 기능을 설계하였다. 또한 통합생산시스템을 유연하게 최 적화 운영 할 수 있도록 계획사이드와의 정보통신 등을 제공하는 모듈화된 POP시스템 운영체계의 설계와 Firmware화를 실시하였다.
