향후 변화될 해양 4차 산업시대에 대응하고 상호 정보 공유를 위해 외부 시스템과 연계할 수 있는 기반환경 마련이 필요한 바 관제센터에서 수집되는 정보를 활용하기 위해서는 관제정보 관리 및 공유 체계가 필요하다. 하지만 정보의 보존 기간이 짧고 접근에 제약이 많아 기술개발에 활용될 관제 정보의 빅데이터화가 어렵다. 또한 정보를 관제 센터 내 독립적으로 보관하고 있어 연구 개발 목적의 접근이 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 민간 클라우드를 활용한 관제 정보 관리 및 공유 체계 방안을 살펴보았다.

In this paper, we proposed and implemented web robot using active script engine with internet explore to process javascript function link, which is not processing in conventional web searching robot. This web searching robot is developed to measure collecting amount of web searching robot with processing of javascript function link. We analysed the architecture of web searching robot with google and naybot to develope web searching robot, implemented element of configuration applicable to searching robot and designed with distributed processing type. In addition to, we estimated the proposed web robot employing javascript processing model and analysed the comparison of collecting amount of web site board using javascript. We obtained the result of 1,000 web page collecting compared to conventional method in case of 1,000 web site board.

현재 업체에서 제공하고 있는 반도체 정보의 수집 및 가공이 모두 수동으로 이루어져 있어 많은 시간의 노력과 인건비가 들어가고 있다. 현재 개발되어 있는 에이전트는 범용적이고 일반적인 형태의 에이전트로 특화된 반도체 정보의 수집 및 가공에는 부적합하다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 반도체 정보 시스템에 특화된 웹 에이전트를 개발하여 현재 수동으로 이루어지고 있는 반도체 정보 시스템의 정보처리 과정을 자동으로 수행하는 웹 에이전트를 개발하여 인건비의 절감과 정보 시스템의 신뢰성 향상 및 정보처리 과정의 자동화, 체계화를 이루고자 한다.

This study is the most important component in establishing the court library as the best legal library in Korea responsible for professional legal services. A perception survey was conducted on the target. As a result, first, looking at the collection direction based on the needs of general users, in the case of collection types, preference in the order of books, electronic materials, and non-books should be considered. It seems to be necessary to plan a collection development policy reflecting the high preference for books. In addition, in the non-books section, the preference for non-book materials in the form of video rather than audio is much higher, and in the case of language, domestic books should be collected mainly. Second, looking at the collection direction based on the needs of experts, the satisfaction of experts is generally low, so it seems that a collection development policy should be established to improve this. As for the type of information source, preference was shown in the order of electronic materials, books, and non-books. There is a need. The future collection direction should be based on the preference shown in the order of procedural law, specialized field, basic substantive law, and legal series. Also, when collecting the same book, electronic form of legal data should be considered rather than printed. In addition, it is necessary to collect collections mainly from domestic books, and then, it is expected that the scope of collection should be expanded to prioritize English and American books, Japanese books, and German books.

In this paper, we present design and developing method for EMS(environment monitoring system) of micro data center. This developing EMS monitors operating environment of micro data center and analyze sensing data through IoT(Internet of things) sensors in real time. Firstly we present configuration method of IoT sensing package and design method EMS hardware platform. Secondly we design data collector software for data collection of IoT sensor with different protocol and develop monitoring software of EMS. The data collector software consists of sensor collector module and collector manager module. Also we design EMS software which has micro service architecture structural style and component based business logic.

도로 이용자의 교통정보에 대한 수요 증가와 효율적인 도로 이용을 위해, 또한 지능형 교통체계(ITS, Intelligent Transport Systems)의 기본 기술로서 교통정보를 수집하여 제공하는 시스템에 대한 개발과 요구가 지속되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 고속도로에서 가장 많이 사용하는 교통정보 수집도구인 차량감지기(VDS)를 활용한 교통 정보 수집 시스템에 관하여 조사하였다. 이러한 차량 검지기를 활용한 교통정보는 차량의 속도와 교통량을 산출하는 데에는 효율적이지만, 공사와 수집 장비 불량으로 인하여 모든 교통 정보를 수집하는데 어려움이 있다. 이로 인해 전체적인 교통상황을 파악하기 위한 새로운 시도와 알고리즘 개발이 요구된다.

국내 외에서 잘못된 생활습관으로 대사증후군 환자가 급증하고 있다. 최근 대사증후군 환자들을 위한 웨어러블 디바이스를 이용하여 생활습관정보를 수집 분석하여 피드백하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 생활습관 정보를 수집하는 대표적인 방법은 온라인/오프라인 설문지 또는 웨어러블 디바이스를 활용하여 수집하는 형태로 구분된다. 그러나 기존 설문지 방법은 연속적인 데이터를 얻기 어렵고, 웨어러블 디바이스를 이용하는 방법은 신뢰성 있는 데이터를 수집하기에는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 대사증후군 환자를 대상으로 생활습관 정보 수집을 위한 병원의 설문지를 앱을 기반으로 개발하여 수집하고 스마트 폰과 밴드와 같은 웨어러블 디바이스를 이용하여 실시간 활동정보를 수집하여 환자 생활 습관에 따른 맞춤 별 예방정보를 제공하는 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

This study aims to provide the efficient sharing and utilization method of disasters scattered by each institution and develop automated collection algorithm using web crawler for disaster information in deep web accounts. To achieve these goals, this study analyzes the logical structure of the deep web and develops algorithms to collect the information. With the proposed automatic algorithm, it is expected that disaster management will be helped by sharing and utilizing disaster safety information.

본 논문은 경량항공기에 사용되는 MFD의 판독성 및 가시성을 비교/분석한 것이다. 설문조사를 통해 현재 경량항공기 Cessna Citation Mustang 및 Cessna 172에 사용되는 Garmin사의 G1000과 개발 MFD와 비교/분석 하였다. 설문의 신뢰를 높이기 위해 항공 관계자들을 통해 데이터 수집이 이루어졌으며 정확성, 신뢰성, 적절성, 접근성, 주목성, 분별성, 사실성, 효율성, 디자인 등의 평가요인으로 질문을 작성 수집된 데이터를 통해 평가 및 비교/분석이 이루어 졌다. 수집된 데이터를 통해 기존의 상용 MFD와 개발 중에 있는 MFD를 비교함으로 개발 중인 MFD의 장단점을 분석하여 개발에 더 나은 방향을 제시 할 것이다.

CrossRef provides a various queries(OpenAPIs) which can be used for DOI & meta data lookup. CrossRef encourages publishers and library societies to develop diverse system by using the queries. In this thesis, CrossRef's queries are analyzed and DOI Lookup API which could automatically lookup the DOI by various methods was developed. I proposed that how institutions having their own meta data can use the developed API.
