Silk Finishing with Polyurethane Resin used for the Linen-like Finishing (의마가공용 폴리우레탄 수지를 이용한 견직물의 가공)

  • 본 연구에서는 견직물에 강경한 촉감을 부여하여 한복지 뿐만 아니라 현대의 패션경향에도 부합되는 소재를 개발하고자 하였다. 견직물에 강경성을 부여하기 위하여 의마가공용 폴리우레탄 수지를 이용하여 수지농도와 큐어링온도에 따른 수지부착율을 조사하였고, 여기에 수반되는 물리적 특성의 변화를 살펴보았다. 또한 가공된 견직물의 세탁에 대한 내구성도 살펴보아 동시에 실용가능성도 검토하였다. 이상의 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 의마가공용 폴리우레탄 수지를 견직물에 처리할 경우 수지 농도가 증가할수록 수지 부착량이 증가하였다. 2. 열처리온도를 변화시켜 수지부착량의 변화를 살펴본 결과 열처리 온도가 증가할수록 수지의 부착량이 감소하여 본 실험에 사용된 수지의 적정 열처리 온도가 160-18$0^{\circ}C$인 것을 고려해 볼 때 견직물의 경우 17$0^{\circ}C$의 열처리 온도가 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 3. 수지 처리된 견직물의 역학적 특성치의 변화를 살펴본 결과 RT, EM, MIU값은 감소하는 경향을 가지며, LT, B, 2HB, G, 2HG, 2HG5값은 증가하는 경향을 나타내어 폴리우레탄 수지처리로 의마가공 효과를 갖는 견직물을 얻을 수 있었다. 4. 수지 처리된 견직물의 역학적 특성치는 물세탁 후에도 크게 변화가 없어 세탁에 대한 내구성을 지니고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Mixed-bed ion exchange performance was studied experimentally with variations of cation to anion resin ratio, resin weight and temperature at ultralow sodium chloride solution concentrations of less than $1.0{\times}10^{-4}M$. Analyzing the effluent concentration histories the performance test was examined as a function of tested solution volume for a laboratory-scale continuous flow column until both the cation and anion-exchange resins were exhausted. Initial leakage was observed for both cation and anion breakthrough curves, but serious at cation breakthrough curve because of low selectivity coefficient. The slope of breakthrough curve was affected by selectivity coefficient and temperature. The slope of anion breakthrough curve was steep because of the large selectivity coefficient, and ion exchange rates increased as temperature increased. The temperature effect decreased as the total volume was increased or as the resins were exhausted.

이온교환에 의한 Silica 제거능 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 수중 silica 제거에 이온교환수지의 성능이 실험되었다. 음이온 단일수지에 비해 양이온/음이온 혼합수지가 silica제거에 효과적이었고, 혼합수지에서 온도가 높을수록 교환반응속도는 빨랐다. 음이온과 양이온교환능은 용액의 pH를 변화를 측정하여 해석할 수 있었다. 용액에 공존하는 양이온인 $Na^+$는 혼합수지에서 pH변화에 영향을 주는 물질이었고, 이러한 pH의 변화는 silica의 제거능에 영향을 주었다. 각 온도에서 도달된 평형농도로부터 각 수지에 대한 silica의 선택도계수가 측정되었다.

  • 미성형은 수지 점도가 높거나 유동경로가 너무 제한적이거나 혹은 용융 수지가 일찍 고화되어 금형내에 수지가 완전히 충전되지 않고 냉각 및 고화되는 현상을 말한다. 일반적으로 수지의 유동성이 부족하기 때문에 금형 전체에 수지가 미치지 못하여 일어난다고 생각되는 수가 많으나 반드시 그것만이 아니고 그 외에 여러 가지 원인이 있을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 실제 현장에서 미성형이 발생한 제품을 대상으로 이를 해결하기 위해 여러 가지 공정조건을 바꾸어서 시뮬레이션을 여러번 반복해 봄으로써, 사출압력, 금형온도, 사출속도, 용융수지온도와 같은 공정조건들이 미성형에 미치는 영향을 각각 시뮬레이션을 통하여 고찰하여 보았다.

  • Using woodceramics made from sawdust board of Larix leptolepis thinning logs, change in surface temperature were investigated, by the rate of resin impregnation and burning temperature. As the surface temperature of silicon rubber heater was going up, that of woodceramics also increase rapidly. Woodceramics made from under the condition of the rate of resin impregnation 70-80% and burning temperature 800-$1000^{\circ}C$, were higher than that of surface temperature. Also, it was found that woodceramics maintained heat for a long time because the descending velocity of their surface temperature was lower than that of the heater.

  • Research investigated the variation of density, weight loss and dimensional decreasing rate, heat conduction rate by the resin impregnation rate and burning temperature of woodceramics, which were formed by impregnation rate of 40~80% and burning temperature of 600~1500℃ with sawdust board impregnated with phenolic resin made from thinned logs of pinus densiflora, Larix kaemferi and pinus koraiensis. As the resin impregnation rate and the burning temperature increased, the density increased, however, as the burning temperature increased to at 1200℃ or more, the density decreased. The more the resin impregnation rate increased, the more the decreasing rate of weight and size decreased; the more the burning temperature increased, the more the decreasing rate of weight and size increased. When the resin impregnation rate was high, the heat conduction (mm/sec) was superior.

  • In this study, High temperature properties of carbon fiber reinforced composites is performed using strand specimens and resin specimens. As for the tensile test at the different temperature, the tensile modulus of resin specimens decreases slightly until the temperature reaches the glass transition temperature. but the tensile modulus of strand specimens maintains tensile modulus at the room temperature. The tensile strength of resin and strand specimens decreases rapidly until the temperature reaches the glass transition temperature.

  • 본 논문에서는 다양한 곡률반경의 연속에 의하여 살 두께 차가 큰 사출성형품에 불균일한 수축으로 인한 변형이 생성되어 이를 방지하기 위한 적정 CAE 냉각설계를 수행하였다. SAN 및 PMMA 재질의 Jar용기에 대한 균일냉각구조와 최적성형조건을 금형설계에 적용하고자 사출성형의 중요인자인 사출압력, 수지온도, 금형온도, 냉각조건 등을 moldflow 프로그램을 활용하여 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과로서, 적정 변수인 사출압력 상승, 수지온도 낮춤, 급속냉각으로 후로우 등의 불량현상을 분석하였고 변형 및 불량을 극소화시킬 수 있는 냉각구조와 사이클 시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 사출성형조건을 제시하였고 적정 냉각모듈로부터 냉각시간을 단축하였다.

  • This study was aimed at offering basic data to develop a new use of sawdust and rice husk. The results of this study were as follows: In surface temperature of ceramics by resin impregnation rate, the velocity was great in the early time of heat transfer because the temperature precipitously increased to 10 minutes elapsed. Also, the surface temperature of ceramics manufactured in resin impregnation rate of 60~70% indicated the highest. Heat transfer was fast in terms of the changes in surface temperature of ceramics according to the carbonization temperature, as because the density of ceramics made on condition of the carbonization temperature of $1000^{\circ}C$and $1200^{\circ}C$ was high. Moreover, ceramics maintained heat for a long time because the descent velocity of surface temperature of ceramics was slower than that of heater.

  • A study of a precision test according to the control method of an injection molding machine was carried out. The effects of the screw stroke, holding pressure, melt temperature on both the hydraulic and electric injection molding machine were examined. In addition, hypothesis testing was performed to determine the deviation of the data obtained in the experiments. The conclusions obtained in this study were as follows. Significant deviations in the screw stroke, melt temperature and holding pressure occurred in that order. The hydraulic type showed significantly more variation between the products compared to the electric type. In addition, using a mini tab from the statistics program, a hypothesis was proposed and the P value of the injection stroke, holding pressure, melting temperature injection stroke and melting temperature had adopted a null hypothesis ($H_0$). The holding pressure, which showed mutual differences, adopted an alternative hypothesis ($H_1$).
