본 논문은 Mach 마이크로 커널 운영체제에서 네트웍 프로토콜과 운영체제의 오버헤드를 줄이는 사용자 수준의 프로토콜의 구현을 제시한다. 기존 사용자 수준의 프로토콜의 구현들은 그 성능에 있어서 커널 내 프로토콜의 그것에 비해 낮은 성능을 보여왔다. 이에 비해 본 논문에서는 더욱 더 높은 성능향상을 보이는 사용자 수준의 프로토콜 구조의 설계와 구현을 제시한다. 또한 Mach 의 공유 메커니즘을 쓴 사용자 프로토콜과 BSD UNIX 서버와의 공유 메모리를 사용하여 디스크에 저장된 파일을 네트웍 패킷으로 보낼 경우의 전송 능력을 향상시켰다. 이는 HTTP와 FTP 같이 최근 그 사용이 증대되고 있는 응용의 성능을 향상시킨다.

This study was conducted to analyze the degree and characteristics of the improvement of the safety management level of mid-sized construction companies by identifying the current safety management level for domestic mid-sized construction companies and comparing it with the past safety management level. As a result of the study, the current safety management level of domestic mid-sized construction companies by group has improved more than in the past, compared to group 2 and group 1. The current level of safety management is relatively good, with the first and second groups almost similar, and the level of safety management at the headquarters and the site is also similar. Each group of mid-sized construction companies in Korea analyzed measures to improve the safety management level, and proposed measures to improve the safety management level of mid-sized construction companies in Korea.

수준 높은 소프트웨어의 품질과 개발, 유지보수 비용의 최소화, 제품 출하시간의 단축을 위하여 소프트웨어 프로세스에 대한 예측, 통제 가능성을 증가시키기 위함이다. 기업이 최고도의 높은 수준에 도달하기 의해서는 정량적인 모델에 의한 프로젝트 관리가 필요하다. 따라서 기업들은 SPICE/CMM와 같은 표준을 사용하여 조직의 프로세스 능력 수준을 평가하고 수준향상을 꾀한다. 조직의 프로세스의 능력을 평가하고 수준향상을 위해서는 신뢰성 있는 SPICE 심사의 심사결과에 대한 객관적인 신뢰성의 보장과 좀더 적은 비용으로 프로세스의 수준향상을 할 수 있는 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 SPICE 심사의 신뢰성을 얻기 위해 CMM/KPA 설문서를 통해 심사하고 SPICE심사의 결과를 비교 분석하여 SPICE심사의 신뢰성을 검증한다. 또한 이를 기반으로 CMM/KPA 설문서의 정량적인 모델을 제안함으로서 좀더 적은 비용과 시간으로 SPICE 심사의 결과와 같은 효과를 얻을 수 있게 한다.

This paper studied the improvement of software process of the software firms. Software process infrastructure level of software process is very important. This study provided that software process infrastructure have an significant influence on the process level, process infrastructure management level, and software process performance. The result showed that software process high level is elevated through management activity of organization infrastructure and technical infrastructure. And organization performance is elevated through fit between process level and quality culture of software process. Problem factors of software process infrastructure improvement is lack of process improvement mind, leadership and investment. Therefore software firms must construct process improvement through supporting of process quality mind and investment with process infrastructure improvement.

본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 정규 수업과 병행하여 운영된 수준별 맞춤형 프로그램에 참여한 학습자들의 프로그래밍 능력 향상을 평가하고자 한다. 수준별 맞춤형 프로그램으로 수준별 전공스터디와 피어 튜터링 프로그램을 운영하고, 참여 학생들이 별도 학습을 통해 얼마나 실력 향상이 되었는지 평가하기 위해 프로그램 참여자들과 비참여자들의 상대적인 성적 변화를 분석한다. 나아가 참여 학생들이 졸업 후의 취업률과 취업 분야 그리고 고용상태도 분석함으로써 학생들의 실력 향상이 원하는 분야로의 취업에 얼마나 기여했는지도 분석해본다.

연구실안전법에 따라 모든 연구실은 주기적으로 안전점검과 정밀안전진단을 통해 안전을 확보하고 안전환경 상태에 따라 미흡한 평가등급을 받으면 연구 활동에 제약을 받는 제도가 시행되고 있다. 하지만 현재의 점검 및 진단제도는 안전분야별 각 점검항목에 대해 양호, 주의 및 불량 등 이상 3가지로만 평가하고 있으며 각 점검항목에 대해서도 안전에 미치는 영향에 따른 가중치가 고려되지 않아 평가 대상 연구실에 대한 종합적인 안전수준을 확인하는 데 한계가 있다. 이에 연구실 안전전반에 관한 점검항목을 추가하고 평가기준도 가중치를 고려하여 평가결과가 정량적인 점수로 도출될 수 있도록 개선하여 연구주체자가 평가점수를 향상해감으로써 연구실 안전수준을 향상해 갈 수 있도록 방법을 제안해 보고자 한다.

정보보호는 다양한 측면에서 수행되어야함을 고려 할 때 정보보호 수준평가는 전체적인 보안수준과 함께 분야별 평가가 수행되고, 평가 점수가 낮은 분야를 우선 보완을 통해 전체적인 수준향상을 목적으로 한 본 논문에서는 기존의 시스템 측면에서 이루어지는 정보보호 수준평가의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 국내 외 정보보호 수준 평가 사레를 비교 분석한다. 분석된 사례를 통해 물리적/기술적/관리적 측면의 다양한 분야에 대한 가중치측정이 이루어져 기업의 정보보호수준을 향상시킬 수 있는 정보보호 수준 자가진단 방법론을 제시한다.

본 연구의 결과에 의하면 품질관련 경영혁신을 지속적으로 추진하는 것이 경영시스템 품질수준을 향상시키는데 매우 효과적일 뿐만 아니라 품질경영 추진부서의 형태에 따라서 기업의 경영시스템품질 수준에 차이가 있음이 확인되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 우리나라 기업이 경영시스템 품질수준을 향상시키기 위한 목적으로 경영혁신 및 품질경영을 추진하는 데에 시사점을 제시하였다는 점에 그 의의가 있다.

This study aims to improve the positioning accuracy by analizing the accuracys of three dimensional positioning according to various data types and preprocessing levels of SPOT imagery and the acquisition method for ground control points, and to develop the three dimensional positioning algorithm and program. In this study, the optimum polynomials of exterior orientation parameters according to each preprocessing levels (level 1B; 15 variables, level 1AP, 1A; 12 variables) are determined. As a results, the accuracy of level lAP is the best in the results of analysis about the accuracy of positioning, but level 1A which is digital image data form also shows similar positioning accuracy. Also, in level 1A image which have different acquisition method for ground control points, the accuracy of three dimensional positioning is highly improved. But, in case of low accuracy of ground control points, only introduction of additional parameters does not effect to the improvement of accuracy. Therefore simultaneous adjustment including blunder detection method should be adopted.

컴퓨터와 통신 기술이 발달한 정보화 사회의 현실에서 웹 기반의 프로그램 및 모바일은 중요한 매체로서 자리잡아가고 있다. 읽기는 정보 획득에서 가장 중요한 학습능력이나 학습장애아의 대부분이 읽기능력에서 문제를 가지고 있다. 오늘날 컴퓨터의 발달은 아동의 언어교육 특히 읽기 교육을 위해서 시간과 공간의 제약을 넘어 자주적으로 학습할 수 있는 모바일 활용 학습을 가능하게 하고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 학습장애아들의 읽기 능력을 향상하기 위한 PREP 기반의 모바일 시스템을 설계하는 데 있다. 본 시스템을 통해 첫째, 학습장애아들의 읽기 능력 프로그램이 특수교사, 일반교사, 학생과 상호협력 할 수 있는 프로그램을 제공함으로써 학습장애아의 읽기 능력에 대한 진전도를 점검하고 학습능력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 설계하였다. 둘째, 학습자의 개별적 수준에 따라 수준별 학습을 제공하여 다양한 학생의 개별적 수준을 충족할 수 있도록 설계함으로써 학습장애아동의 읽기능력 향상에 기여할 수 있다. 셋째, 모바일 기기를 통해 공간적, 시간적 제약을 벗어남으로써 기존의 PREP 프로그램을 적용하는 것보다 효과적으로 읽기 능력을 향상시킬 수 있다.
