Classification and Coding(C&C) systems as a core of design information management have been accomplished by many studies in terms of design and manufacturing attribute based on Group Technology. Those are very difficult to apply in make-to-order(MTO) manufacturing because the environment of MTO has various characteristics of product, many licensors, engineering change, insufficiency of integrated management system for codes and so on. This paper presents a suitable C&C system to MTO manufacturing which consider management level and drawing.

지속적인 내수경기 및 건설경기 침체, 재개발, 재건축 등으로 인한 주택 개보수시 및 신축시기 연장 등으로 건설시공 수주물량 감소 등으로 인해 시공업계 전체가 힘든 시기를 보내고 있다. 관련업계 한 관계자의"IMF때도 이보다 힘들지 않았다"라는 말은 현재 시공업계를 대변하고 있는 말일 것이다. 일찍이 경험해보지 못했던 고통을 감내하고 있는 시공업계의 현재 상황을 점검하고자 박기준 전국보일러시공협회 회장과 신현석 한국열관리시공협회 회장과의 인터뷰를 진행했다. 이에 본지는 2회에 걸친 인터뷰를 통해 보일러 시공업계의 현실과 앞으로 나아갈 방향성에 대해 논의해 보고자 한다.

국내 조선소에서 해양플랜트공사 수주가 증가함에도 불구하고 관련 직무종사자들은 전문영어교육을 받지 못하여 직무 진행에 있어서 발주자들과 다양한 분쟁이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 해양플랜트 전문인력 양성 및 직무능력강화를 DACUM(Developing A Curriculum) 직무분석기법을 이용하여 표준해양플랜트 영어교육과정 모델을 개발하여 산업현자에 적합한 교육과정을 제시하고자 한다.

1993년 5월 10일 태국 Kader공업(주)에서 큰 화재가 발생하여 188명의 종업원이 사망하는 대형사고가 있었다. 이 사고는 공장화재 역사상 세계 최대의 인명피해를 기록하게 되었다. 지금까지 82년 동안은 146명의 사망자를 낸 뉴욕 Triangle Shirtwaist공장화재가 최대 인명피해였다. 이 두 사고는 유사한 점이 많다. 우리나라에서도 크고 작은 공장화재가 발생하여 인명피해가 자주 일어나고 있다. NFPA journal 94년 2월호에 게재된 이번 사고를 요약 정리함으로서 공장관리에 참고가 되었으면 한다.

The Fine Art Department has sent a list of ceramic ware to the Conservation Science Laboratory of the National Museum of Korea for conservation treatment. The listed ceramic ware will be newly displayed in the ceramic ware gallery of Yongsan Museum after it is opened. Based on the list, Conservation Science Laboratory has been taking special measures to conservation the ceramic ware since 2002. This paper attempts to introduce the process of restoring the Blue-and-white porcelain Jar with phoenix Design (Jubsoo 631) and Celadon peahen-shaped water dropper (Duksoo 5202).

The purpose of this study was to Identification the Risk of construction method to protect and reduce of construction period. Risk management is one of the key project management process. Numerous tools are available to support the various phases of the risk management process. We present the results of a study designed to identify the tools that are most widely used and those that are associated with successful project management in general, and with effective project risk management in particular. The study is based on a questionnaire administered to a sample of project managers from construction enterprises. The response data was analyzed in order to find which tools are more likely to be used in the those organizations that report better project management performance and in those that value the contribution of risk management processes.

오늘날 국내기업들은 국내$\cdot$외적인 경쟁 심화와 기술혁신 및 신제품개발, 정보화시대 도래에 따른 기업정보의 중요성 중대 등 급변하는 기업 환경 속에서 유연성 있는 경영조직 및 효율적인 관리시스템 확립을 통한 생산성 향상 및 경영효율화와 경영정보시스템 구축을 통한 정보자원의 효율적 관리 및 신속한 의사 결정 지원 등 기업내부의 경영혁신과 정보화를 위하여 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 여타 제조업체들에 비해 국내의 중소신발생산 기업들은 소수의 대형업체를 제외하곤 기업의 정보화 수준이 미미하며 체계적인 정보시스템 또한 전무한 실정이다. 이에 중소신발생산기업들이 활용할 수 있도록 수주에서 자재구매, 생산, 납품에 이르는 일관된 정보 흐름을 통해 기업의 주요한 정보인 주문정보, 제품정보, 자재발주 및 입고정보, 생산계획 및 생산실적정보를 관리할 수 있는 생산정보시스템을 개발 소개하고자 한다.

공급망상에서 ATP는 단순히 고객에게 납기를 확약해 주는 고객 서비스 기능이 아니다. 이것은 공급 망상에서 ATP Rule을 기반으로 하여 수요와 공급 일치에 도달하기 위한 핵심 기능이다 따라서 SCM Solution을 이용하여 공급 체인 전반에 걸쳐 제품 가용성에 대한 즉시 및 동시 엑세스를 관리하여 기업의 납기 일의 정확도에 대한 최고의 확신을 가져올 수 있으며, SCM Solution을 통해 주문이나 예측 수주로 인하여 새로운 수요가 제품 가용성에 미칠 영향을 결정할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 공급체인 전체의 통합관리 솔루션을 통하여 SCM에 대한 필요성을 정리하고 ATP관련 데이터를 분석을 수행한다. 이 것을 바탕으로 고객관계 관리( Customer Relationship Management)와 연계하여 세부데이터의 흐름 및 고객 가치를 향상 할 수 있는 ATP Rule을 정의한 후, 본 논문에서는 공급망상에 ATP Rule을 적용하여 ATP관련 데이터를 유연성 있게 취합할 수 있는 방안과 분류체계를 제시한 다단계 ATP모형을 제시 한다.

편의점 물류는 물류센터에서 가맹점이나 직영점포에 상품을 공급하는 배송이 주된 업무이다. 점포의 발주에 대응하여 수주, 출고, 정산 보충발주 등의 기본업무를 계속해서 반복하는 단순한 일면의 기능과, 다품종소량 다빈도 배송요구에 따른 처리비용 증가나 결품의 발생, 신선도 저하, 점포내 재고증가 등의 문제에 대응해야 하는 복합적이고 고도의 관리를 요하는 복잡한 기능의 양면성을 동시에 지니고 있다. 따라서 물류시설 확보, 노하우 축적, 인력양성 등의 물류관리는 사업의 손익과 직결되고, 고객서비스의 폭을 결정하기 때문에 편의점에 있어 물류관리는 대단히 중요하다. 그러나 편의점의 양적인 팽창에 비해 물류거점의 부족 협소한 물류센터와 전산화되지 않은 작업환경 등 편의점의 물류활동은 아직 미약한 것이 사실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 물류기능의 효율성이 무엇보다도 중요시되고 있는 편의점을 토대로 물류활동의 사례와 실태를 살펴보고 유통환경변화에 따른 편의정의 물류활동의 효율화 및 경쟁력 강화방안으로 공동화 방안을 제시하였다.

R&D projects for land, infrastructure, and transportation is to identify challenges through academic-industrial demand survey, and to promote R&D projects through detailed planning projects. These R&D projects have been promoted to be applied to most domestic project-oriented. Despite continuous R&D investment, the investment has been promoted to the world top technology rather than to international construction projects. This study analyzed the international construction market trends and international construction contracts in order to promote technology development for enhancing international construction competitiveness. This study suggests three R&D technology development directions and ten research projects for expanding international construction projects.
