Stroke results in balance disorders, these directly affect autonomy and gait ability. The aim of this meta-analysis was to determine the efficacy of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation on balance and gait. We included all randomized controlled trials assessing the efficacy of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation on balance and gait control in patients after stroke. This study was conducted according to the PRISMA guideline. Cochrane library, CINAHL, and PubMed were searched for studies published up to November 2021, and all randomized controlled trails(RCT) assessing PNF therapy were included. This analysis included only RCT. A total of 18 studies were selected from 1091 records obtained from the databases. The meta-analysis was performed using the R project for statistical computing version 4.0.2. The overall intervention effect was middle (standardized mean difference (SMD): 0.56) Additionally, berg balance scale (SMD: 0.48), functional reach test (SMD: 0.51), timed up and go test (SMD: 0.78), 10m walking test (SMD: 0.52), and dynamic gait index (SMD: 0.33) had medium effect sizes. The average Pedro scale was 6.63 out of 18, with a low risk of bias. These findings indicate that PNF is an effective therapy for improving balance gait in stroke patients.

As the role that information system and technique plays in hotel firms is critical, the quality of IS and IT is considered as one of most important factors that determine success of hotel firms. This study aims to examine the influences of the quality of IS/IT exerted on the user's level of acceptance of the HIS and the operational performance on both personal and organizational levels. Based on the data collected from 256 employees in reservation departments of 3 Seoul and 3 Busan deluxe hotels, the study tested the applied TAM model. The results indicated that the quality of IS/IT affects the user's acceptance level (eg., satisfaction and perceived usefulness), and such acceptance behavior affects reservation employees' performance on both personal and organizational levels. Managerial implications are also presented for researchers and practitioners of hotel firms.

In this paper, we propose a new objective quality assessment method considering the human visual perception characteristics. A subjective quality assessment is obtained by the response of the receptive field in the primary visual cortex and a human's eye can't focus on all of the visual range in a moment. Take advantage of two facts above, we apply Gabor wavelet transform which is well fit the receptive field in the cortex, to divided constant sized subblocks. Then a local distortion of the subblocks and a global distortion for the entire image are calculated in order. The proposed method has been evaluated using video test sequences provided by the Video Quality Experts Group (VQEG). The experimental results show that good correlation with human perception is obtained using the proposed metric, which is what we called GPSNR.

The purpose of this study is to present the direction of faculty's perception and direction of spatial composition to apply universal design principles to the space of kindergarten facilities. Based on previous research and literature review on kindergarten area, kindergarten facility space, and universal design, the universal design principle which was applied to the composition of kindergarten amenities derived four types of functional supportability, receptivity, accessibility and safety. In addition, the survey was conducted on kindergarten teachers and teacher assistants and the managers of kindergarten. As a result of the awareness of kindergarten facilities space, we have discovered the degree of universal design awareness.

Home Networking is the last connection point for global information and telecommunication infrastructure establishment. Information infrastructure has been constructed to matured extent so far, and then the enhancement of data transferring performance and high speed capacity in houses tame to the problem to solve as the last communicating area. In addition, to hold such communicating rapacity in houses, the customer premises technology is important as the framework. In this paper, introducing various home networking technologies, prospect of premise technology is reviewed.

The number of subscribers of Broad & TV, Qook TV and My LG TV has been growing rapidly. It has been achieved at 1.7 million on August 2009. This study will focus on the viewing pattern of IP-VOD subscribers. For this research, we have interviewed 34 VOD users. According to the analyse, the VOD users prefer to watch free TV's programs, particularly variety programs, during 2 or 3 hours per view and 2 or 3 times a week. They use in general VOD service alone unlike the traditional TV viewers. Furthermore, There were single viewers who have used more than 8 hours continuously on weekend.

본 연구는 자원의존이론, 거래비용이론, 관계계약이론 등의 선행연구를 검토하여 관계지향성의 원인과 성과를 밝히고자 하였다. 먼저 구매기업과 공급기업간의 행동적 관계지향요인과 관계지향성 분석을 실시하였다. 행동적 관계지향요인으로는 정보교환, 조화노력, 행동적 규범, 업무결속을 들고, 관계지향성 분석을 위해 군집분석을 실시하였다. 연구표본에는 C지역의 전문건설업체를 대상으로 500부의 설문지를 배포, 그 중 185부를 회수하여, 적합한 설문 140부가 사용되었다. 군집분석결과 관계지향성 집단은 정보교환, 조화 노력, 협동규범 수용, 업무결속이 모두 높게 나타났고, 비관계지향성 집단은 정보교환, 조화노력, 협동규범 수용, 업무결속이 모두 낮게 나타나 기업간의 관계지향성을 의미있는 2개의 집단으로 나눌 수 있었다. 둘째, 기업간 관계지향성의 영향요인으로 환경의 역동성, 대안의 이용가능성, 공급의 중요성, 상호호혜전략, 신뢰성을 검토하였다. 본 연구에서 선정한 관계지향성에 대한 영향요인들이 관계지향집단과 비관계지향집단으로 분류하는데 얼마나 유용하게 이용될 수 있는가를 알아보기 위해 판별분석을 실시하였다. 관계지향집단과 비관계지향집단의 분류에 환경의 역동성, 대안의 이용가능성, 공급의 중요성은 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 호혜전략, 신뢰성은 의미가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업간 관계지향성의 성과로서 실현경쟁우위와 관계유지의도를 검토하였다. 관계지향성이 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 검증하기 위해 MANOVA(multivariatee analysis of variance)분석을 실시하였다. 실증 결과, 관계 정도가 높은 집단이 관계 정도가 낮은 집단보다 실현 경쟁우위수준을 높게 지각하고 관계를 유지하려는 의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

Brown color characteristics and antioxidizing activities were investigated for Doenjang under different processing conditions. Doenjang A was prepared directly from Meju and saline solution whereas Doenjang B was Prepared after separating soy sauce by soaking for 45 days. Both Doenjangs were aged for up to 180 days. Antioxidizing activity was studied in relation to the brown color characteristics using fat-soluble extract and water-soluble extract of Doenjang. The intensity of brown color was higher in the water-soluble Doenjang extract than the fat-soluble Doenjang extract. In the UV-VIS scanning spectra, water-soluble Doenjang extracts showed significant changes as the aging proceeded, but fat-soluble Doenjang extract did not. Antioxidizing activity of fat-soluble Doenjang extract increased as the aging period extended; however, no significant difference was detected in the water-soluble extract. Overall, Doenjang A showed higher contents of amino acids, reducing sugar, brown color, and antioxidizing activity, and the antioxidizing ability was higher in water-soluble Doenjang extract rather than in the fat-soluble Doenjang extract.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to identify a theoretical basis of end-of-life care by examining attributes of the concept of the nurses' acceptance of patient deaths. Methods: Walker and Avant's approach to concept analysis was used. A literature study was performed to check the usage of the concept. To identify the attributes of the concept and come up with an operational definition, we analyzed 16 qualitative studies on nurses' experiences of death of patients, published in a national science magazine from 1999 to 2015. Results: The nurses' acceptance of death of patients was identified as having four attributes: acceptance through mourning, attaining insight on life and death while ruminating life, facing with fortitude and practicing human dignity. Antecedents of the concept were experiences of patient's death, confusion and conflict, negative emotions, passive responses, denial of patients' death. The consequences of the concept were found as the holistic end-of-life care and active pursuit of life. Conclusion: This study on the attributes of the concept of the nurses' acceptance of death of patients and it's operational definition will likely lay the foundation for applicable end-of-life care mediations and theoretical development.
