This paper proposes acceptance requirements and the corresponding implementation strategy for the near-surface repository of low- and intermediate-level radioactive wastes. The proposed requirements include details on waste classification and radionuclide concentration limitation and inventory analysis. The strategy considers a relevant linking between predisposal waste management, disposal safety assessment and the overall disposal system.

본 연구는 대표적인 혐오시설로 지역주민들에 의하여 기피되고 있는 방사성폐기물처분시설에 대한 주민들의 '수용의지'를 시스템 역학 모델을 통하여 분석하고, 개별요인들의 상대적 영향력의 크기를 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 지역주민들의 정책수용거부에 대한 단선적이고 편협한 이해가 오히려 합리적인 시설입지전략의 구성을 어렵게 만들 수 있다는 인식 아래, 도넛효과(Doughnut-effect)가 발생하고 있는 울진원전 주변지역에 대한 실증분석을 통하여 지역사회의 정책결정과정 참여가 가장 중요한 문제해결요인임을 밝혔으며, 향후 사업추진측의 입지노력이 집중되어야 할 전략적 정책수행요인들을 제시하였다.

Objective : The purpose of the study is to examine the length of institutionalization and sensory modulation for preschooler without disabilities, and to investigate the relationship between the length of institutionalization and behavioral problem. Method : Mothers of preschoolers without disabilities between ages of 3 and 7 who attend D kindergarten was participated. Nursery school teacher of institutionalized children without disabilities between ages of 3 and 7 who attend child-welfare facilities was participated. We used Short Sensory Profile(SSP) and Children Behavior Check list. The results were analyzed with SPSS 11.0. Results : There was no significant difference between longer length of institutionalization and shorter length of institutionalization in sensory modulation and behavioral problem. Regarding the sensory modulation and behavior problem according to child-welfare facilities, means showed the statistically significant difference. Regarding sensory modulation of test items, movement sensitivity and low energy/weak showed the statistically significant difference in home-reared children than institutionalized children. Conclusions : The results of the study showed high correlation environmental effect in institutionalized children. Further research is needed to improve environmental for institutionalized children.

전력이 산업에서 점하는 중요도가 점차 고도화함에 따라 정전은 극력히 편하여야하고, 또한 전력계통 및 보호계전장치의 신뢰도향상과 근대화는 필수조건이다. 최근 전력회사계통의 보호계전장치는 근대화와 고도화에 어느 정도 접근되어있으나 반면 일반수용가의 보호계전장치는 현저하게 낙후된 실정에 있다. 따라서 일반수용가와 전력회사시설의 보호장치에 대한 근대화 과제는 앞으로 계속 크로즈업 될것이 예상되므로, 독자에 대한 보호계전장치의 인식을 넓히고 또한 최근의 발전하는 보호계전기술을 소개하여 진부화된 보호계전 시설을 조속히 대체시키는 자극제를 마련하는뜻에서 전력시설별로 보호계전장치의 적용하는 경향을 설명하고져 한다.

본 논문에서는 교육시설내의 CCTV 설치에 따른 인식의 변화를 조사하기 위한 설문지의 작성요소를 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 기존의 다양한 CCTV 관련 설문을 분석하고 이를 통해 적절한 설문 문항 요소를 추출하거나 개발하여 이를 통한 향후 인식변화에 대한 연구를 완성하고자 한다. 설문 문항 작성에서 CCTV 인지성, 기대성, 수용성 등으로 구분하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 개발된 설문에 의해 교육시설 내 CCTV에 대한 설치효과에 대한 다양한 가설의 검증과 인식의 변화를 효과적으로 파악하는 자료를 제시하게 되었다.

The Off-site Risk Assessment (ORA) for preventing chemical accidents estimates the chemical accident risk at chemical plants. The method of estimating the risk is made by multiplying the number of residents within the effect area of the chemical accident and the frequency of accidents at a chemical plant. At present, the ORA does not quantitatively consider environmental receptors when the damage types within the scope of the accident are environmental receptors. In order to solve this problem, this study proposes a method of estimating the risk considering resident and environmental receptors. Through these studies, it was confirmed that the ORA impact for the prevention of chemical accidents requires risk analysis considering environmental receptors in the medium and long term.

지난 2001년 3월 말 개항된 인천국제공항은 대규모의 현대화된 시설을 갖춘 첨단공항이지만 일부 시설은 수용 목표 연도인 2005년보다 훨씬 빨리 그 용량이 포화상태에 이를 것으로 전망되고 있다. 특히 44개에 불과한 탑승구는 개항과 동시에 첨두시간의 수요에 미치지 못하여 항공기가 원격주기장에 대기하는 경우가 발생하고 있다. 탑승구와 원격주기장을 합한 전체 주기장 60개도 2002년에는 포화상태에 도달할 것으로 예상되어 현 인천국제공항 1단계시설의 처리능력 향상을 위한 시설별 용량 불균형 해소 방안이 시급히 요청되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 현 인천국제공항의 시설별 용량을 점검하고 조기 포화가 예상되는 시설을 밝혀낸 후 2002년부터 건설에 착수하는 2단계 건설계획의 투자방향을 제시한다. 아울러 현재의 인천국제공항이 안고 있는 시설과 운영상의 문제점을 분석하고 이를 보완 또는 개선할 수 있는 정책방향을 제시한다.

Extension IFC schema of subsidiary facilities were developed for the purpose of establishing an information model standard for roads. The IFC entities, types and properties for subsidiary facilities were defined through an analysis of the road design documents for the extraction physical component and design information. The converter and viewer for applying the new schema were then developed. Subsidiary facilities BIM models were converted to new IFC models to verify the research results. Standard BIM-based delivery and verification systems are enabled by using a standard model converted by new schema. Furthermore, it can establish an open BIM environment using an IFC over the entire life cycle of the civil engineering project.
