The study provided basic data that could be used for future research by identifying trends in the factors that affect the multicultural acceptability of Korean teens from 2008 to 2017. Research methods have searched for papers using keywords from 'Multicultural', 'Youth', 'Middle School Student', 'High School Student' and 'Acceptance' in academic data base. As a result of analysis, journal articles and dissertations soared as of 2012, and the academic field identified the largest number of studies being carried out in the field of social science and pedagogy. Quantitative research and cross-sectional study were the most important methods of previous research. On the other hand, few studies have concurrently analyzed new factors related to multicultural acceptability. The results of this study indicate the need for a combined analysis of the new factors that may affect the multicultural acceptability of adolescents.

To increase the acceptance of multicultural youth, it is necessary to grasp the factors influencing multicultural acceptance. This study was conducted to provide basic data for a future study for the promotion of multicultural acceptance of adolescents by systematically analyzing research trends in factors affecting the multicultural acceptance of Korean adolescents. From 2008 to 2017, we searched 6,435 papers combining the keywords 'multicultural,' 'acceptability,' 'teenager,' 'middle school' and 'high school,' and analyzed six articles. The qualitative evaluation refers to Community Guide and STrengthening the Reporting of OBservational studies in Epidemiology(STROBE). The results revealed that factors influencing multicultural acceptance include gender, experience of overseas visits, life satisfaction, parental neglect and abuse, parent education, school and community factors, and community awareness. Multicultural acceptance of adolescents in Korea was influenced not only by specific factors, but also by various factors such as individual, family, school, and community. These factors were also found to change with age. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to provide an environment and education that promote multicultural acceptance.

본 논문은 모바일 패션 쇼핑의 소비자 행동을 설명하기 위해 모바일 패션소비자의 유행선도력(유행선도성향, 의견선도성향, 선도잠재성향)과 모바일 상거래 특성(모바일 편재성, 모바일 개인화, 모바일 위치성)을 패션 수용상황에 적합한 기술수용 관점에서 관련성을 제시하여 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 본 조사는 모바일 인터넷 서비스 및 커머스를 1회 이상 이용해 본 경험이 있는 패션 소비자 406명을 자료 분석에 사용하였으며, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 패션소비자의 유행선도력의 유행선도성향과 선도잠재성향은 지각된 가치에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 패션소비자의 모바일 상거래 특성의 편재성은 지각된 가치와 지각된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 모바일 패션커머스에 대한 지각된 가치는 지각된 유용성과 수용태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 모바일 패션커머스에 대한 지각된 유용성은 수용태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 모바일 패션커머스에 대한 지각된 신뢰는 지각된 유용성과 수용태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과로 패션 소비자의 유행선도력과 모바일 상거래 특성이 패션 모바일 커머스를 확산하는 능력을 지녔음을 제시한다. 또한 기존 연구에서의 패션상품 구매의도 형성요인들과 통합할 경우, 보다 설명력 있는 확장된 혁신수용 모델이 개발될 것으로 예상된다.

Water soluble fractions (WSF) of wheat bran treated with thermal processes such as autoclaving, microwaving and extrusion were characterized to investigate the structural response of plant cell wall to thermal and mechanical energy. From the chemical analysis and gel filtration chromatography of WSF, gelatinization of starch was found to be the primary solubilizing mechanism of wheat bran, followed by the structural disintegration of fibrous non-starch cell wall materials. It was also found that extrusion process resulted in degrading relatively higher molecular weight non-starch polysaccharides from the cell wall. GC analysis of water soluble non-starch polysaccharides indicates that the arabinoxylan residues of cell wall are the most susceptible site to thermal treatments studied. In particular, the degrading degree of cell wall of wheat bran is the most significant for extrusion accompanying both high temperature and high shear.

본 연구의 목적은 신규 금융보안서비스(OTP, HSM)의 채택에 있어 개인사용자에게 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하고자 함에 있다. 연구방법으로는 기술수용모형(TAM)을 기반으로 새롭게 보안에 관한 변수를 추가하여 확장된 기술수용모형을 사용하였다. 현재 등급별 이체한도에 따라 기업의 거래이용수단에 적용되는 제약은 향후 개인사용자에게의 확대될 예정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 개인사용자를 대상으로 하여 실증적인 연구를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 신규 금융보안서비스의 채택에 있어서 개인사용자는 인지된 편의성과 보안성을 직접적으로 수용의도에 반영하지는 않지만 인지된 유용성을 통해 간접적으로 반영하고 있으며 직접적으로 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 인지된 유용성만이 유일한 것을 밝혀내었다. 따라서 본 논문은 금융보안서비스가 개인에게 확장될 경우 가장 중요한 요인이 인지된 유용성이라는 사실과 인지된 유용성은 보안성보다는 사용자의 용이성에 더 많은 영향을 받음을 확인함으로써 향후 실사용자가 될 대상에게 더 유용하고 용이한 금융보안서비스를 제공해야 함을 시사하는 바이다.

In order to advance theoretical and practical understanding of innovative behaviors and affective commitment to change, this study investigated the relationship among innovation supporting organizational culture, decentralized structure, acceptance of organizational change, and affective commitment to change and tested the mediating effect of acceptance of organizational change in the relationship. Data were collected from 261 employees at H corporation and analyzed to test suggested research hypotheses using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0. The results are as follows: First, it is found that innovation supporting organizational culture influences positively acceptance of organizational change and affective commitment to change. Second, results show that decentralized structure influences positively acceptance of organizational change, but does not influence innovative behavior. Third, it is found that acceptance of organizational change influences positively affective commitment to change and innovative behavior. Fourth, it is also found that acceptance of organizational change mediates partially the relationship between innovation supporting organizational culture and affective commitment to change and acceptance of organizational change mediates completely the relationship between decentralized structure and affective commitment to change. With these findings, it is confirmed that innovation supporting organizational culture and decentralized structure influence positively affective commitment to change and innovative behavior through acceptance of organizational change. Limitations and suggestions were discussed.

다양한 고리형 에스테르 및 고리형 케톤 화합물을 시도하여 새로운 구조-II 및 구조-H 수용성 하이드레이트 형성체를 발견하였다. 이렇게 새로이 발견된 하이드레이트 형성체에 대해서는 상평형 측정 및 분광학적 분석을 수행하여 안정영역과 분자 거동을 파악하였다. 새로이 발견된 하이드레이트 형성체는 물과의 용해성이 우수하여 하이드레이트 형성이 빠른 속도로 이루어져 실제 응용 분야에서 중요하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 전망된다.

This study analyzes current situation of Korean comics market, emphasizes the necessity of studying comics audience. Presenting the differentiated methodology for comics study, the alternative solution for Korean comics market is given. The theoretical foundation is based on the cultural approach for audience studies. This study aims to find out the changing environment of taking comics contents and using behavior of it. Most audience of comics make use of them in various ways and try to use them in new experimental method. To analyze the tastes and using behavior of comics audience is necessary for preplanning of comics production.

This study aimed to suggest research directions for future studies by exploring trends of existing academic literature on multicultural acceptance of elementary school children in Korea. For this purpose, this study searched for domestic articles in academic data base using key words related to the subject of this study. Finally 36 articles were selected and using content analysis they were analyzed according to year of publication, fied of study, research themes, and research methods. The results of the study indicated that steady academic efforts have been made related to this topic since the first study in this field appeared in 2010 and the most prolific field of study was pedagogy. Results also showed that the theme of analyzing factors affecting multicultural acceptance of children was studied the most and quantitative methods were dominant. Results of the analysis suggested a need to put more research endeavor to extend the scope of research themes, study fields, and research designs in this field and they contributed to providing basis for future research.
