The purpose of this study is to provide the strategic implication of the Korean open air market by examining the factors affecting their competitiveness. I have undertaken empirical research that uses the methodology of a mixture regression modeling, as a way to ascertain the determinants of competitiveness for the Korean open air market. I construct a mixture regression model which uses the proportions of merchandise categories as explanatory variables and the number of visitors as a dependent variable. The analysis of results show that competitive and non-competitive markets have different proportions of merchandise categories. The finding shows that stock farm products and home appliances are major influencers on the number of visitors in neighborhood markets. The finding also presents that stock farm products and processed foods are major influencers on the number of visitors in small & medium-sized city markets.

피의자신문시 변호인이 참여할 수 있도록 명문 규정을 둔 2007년 형사소송법 개정은 진일보한 개정이라 할 수 있다. 그러나, 피의자신문시 변호인 참여 제도는 현재까지도 제대로 활성화되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이 제도를 활성화하기 위해서는 첫째, 피의자에게 국선변호권이 확대되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, '검사의 사법경찰관리에 대한 수사지휘 및 사법경찰관리의 수사준칙에 관한 규정'의 문제점이 개정되어야 할 것이다. 셋째, 수사기관에 대한 교육이 강화되고 변호인에게 수사 일정 등 통지가 제도화 되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 대책을 통해 피의자신문시 변호인 참여 제도가 활겅화되어야 피의자의 인권이 제대로 보장될 것이다.

소형열병합발전을 성장시킬 수 있는 길을 모색해야 한다는 목소리가 높아지고 있다. 소형열병합발전은 열과 전기를 동시에 생산해 에너지효율을 높이고 동고하저를 보이는 LNG의 수요관리를 위해 정부가 의욕적으로 추진하고 있는 에너지시책 중 하나다. 그러나 연료인 LNG의 요금이 급격하게 증가하는 데 비해 전기요금은 오르지 않아 투자비용 회수가 어렵다는 게 보급이 줄어든 이유다. 이러한 상황에서 에너지관리공단은 '소형열병합발전 중장기보급 활성화 연구'를 통해 사업자체에 대한 새로운 방안을 모색한다는 방침을 발표했다. 불과 5년 전만해도 대표적인 에너지 절약 시스템으로 주목 받았던 소형열병합발전. 현재의 딜레마를 벗어나 중장기 보급 활성화를 위해 필요한 역할과 그 요소는 무엇인지 살펴보았다.

현재 EDI활용이 상대적으로 부진한 원인은 제도적인 문제, 독점적 사업구조에서 파생된 문제, 이용자의 정보마인드 부족 등의 다양한 요인이 상호작용한 결과로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 이러한 현상의 원인에 대한 분석을 통하여 EDI활성화를 위한 정책, 제도, 사업구조에 대한 정책적 제안을 제시하고자 한다. 즉 EDI를 활성화하기 위한 정책, 제도 및 추진방식과 서비스구도에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 하는 것이다.

The side effects of using drugs can greatly threaten the health of the public. The reality is that there are very few reports of current side effects. This can be activated by linking adverse drug reactions reporting to the Drug Utilization Review (DUR) currently used by pharmacies. A study of the U.S. medication management system, where drug use assessment is activated, can find ways to activate adverse drug reactions reporting. In 'Pharm IT 3000', which is used as a medication management program in pharmacies, we examined how to enable reporting of adverse drug reactions. The literature study and research on actual program operation have found a convenient way to report side effects by linking the Pharm IT 3000 prescription preparation assessment to the item.

In the GSM method for OWC-MIMO System, it is important to select an activation pattern set(: APS) for the performance optimization in the environment where mutual interference is high depending on the location of the transmitter and receiver. However, due to the high computational complexity, a high cost is paid in selecting the transmission APS. In this paper, we propose a method to reduce the candidate APS by pre-determining basic APS when generating candidate APS. The simulation results show that the proposed method has the same BER performance and reduce the computational complexity by 90% compared to the general GSM method in the high interfering environment.
