A Activation Plan Suggestion Based on the Analysis of the Satisfaction among the Types of Tree Burial Sites (수목장지 유형별 만족도 조사 분석에 따른 활성화 방안 제안)

  • This paper aims to analyze the satisfaction level of people for the different types of tree burial sites, in order to suggest directions for the policy to revitalize tree burials. For the purpose of this study, the tree burial sites were classified into four types, and we conducted a questionnaire, targeting 414 visitors to the different case sites. Through the comparative analysis among the case sites, this study found that people prefer the public tree burial sites to the private ones, and most people liked the type of tree burials best created in a natural forest among the public sites. Based on these results, this study suggested that the policy should be focused on the revitalization of public tree burial sites created especially in natural forests in order to satisfy the preference of people. Through the analysis of the questions regarding the general citizens' awareness of tree burials, this study found the improvement measures are required for convenience facilities, low satisfaction for usage charge, low credibility for private tree burial sites, and strong demands to create stable growth environment for memorial trees. On the other hand, this study confound the bright prospect for the spread of tree burials because people who have used tree burial sites were highly willingness to recommend tree burial sites to others and they wanted to do a tree burial for their own funerals.

DACUM Job Analysis of Management Teacher of industry-academy cooperation of Specialized high school (데이컴(DACUM) 기법을 활용한 특성화고 산학협력부장 교사의 직무 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze job of management teacher of industry-academy cooperation of specialized high school using DACUM method. The contents of this study are to identify the duties, tasks and the level of importance, difficulty, frequency and entry level on each task. Finally, based on the job analysis results, the DACUM chart of management teacher of industry-academy cooperation of specialized high school was developed. The workshop for DACUM job analysis consisted of one DACUM facilitator who acquired Level-I license, eight members of DACUM who had more than five years experience, one clerk and one practitioner for two days. The results of the study are as follows. First, this study defines management teacher of industry-academy cooperation as 'a person who career teachers in charge of career guidance, NCS-based field practice, establishment of industry-academia-government relations, external business administration, industry-academia cooperation administration, teaching subject class'. Second, the job of management teacher of industry-academy cooperation were total 7 duties and 80 tasks. Third, the importance, difficulty, and frequency of each task are classified into high (A), normal (B), and low (C) according to degree. Finally, this study make out a DACUM chart of management teacher of industry-academy cooperation of specialized high school based on the results of DACUM job analysis. And knowledge, skills, tools, and positive behaviors, future trends/concerns about management teacher of industry-academy cooperation of specialized high school were presented.

  • External costs emerge as a consequence of negative external effects. The EU commission and national government in Europe made themselves the internalization of external costs and began to make various measures. The traffic sector plays an important role. At the same time, it affects as financial loads to logistics service providers and carriers in Europe. This study examines current development in european logistic market conditions. It describes the reaction of different market players and stakeholders in the logistic value chain in EU, Switzerland and Germany. A portfolio of different strategic answers to the changing market environment is being developed. Therefore, different options for the internalization of external costs are proposed. This study finally derives propositions for future research.

  • Using the CGE model, this paper investigates economic impacts of a shortage in crude oil resulting from voluntary export restraints, OPEC's agreement of a cut in oil production, and/or a storing on speculation. Unlike most previous studies considering oil price as the unpredictable variable, this study constructs the model to determine the oil price endogenously under the condition of an insufficient supply of crude oil. According to IEA's extraordinary steps for a shortage of crude oil, we investigate an economic impact of 7~12% shortage below the level of business as usual. The results show that oil price soars by 17.3~33.5%, the rate of economic growth falls by 0.52~0.96%p, and the consumer price index(CPI) rises by 0.8~1.51%p. These results imply that increasing in 1%p of oil price results in decreasing in 0.03%p of economic growth and increasing in 0.045%p of consumer price index. The production of electricity declines because of the increase in production cost. A shortage of crude oil has an effect on sources of electricity. Most reduction in electricity generation occurs from the reduction in the thermal power generation which is highly dependent on crude oil. The shortage of crude oil causes demand for petroleum to significantly decline but demand for coal and heat to increase because of the substitution effect with petroleum. Demand for gas rise in the first year but falls from the second year.

  • Currently, dependency of natural and energy resources on world economy may not be more serious than any before increasing the uncertainty of Korea's national economy, especially as China uses unexpectedly fast glowing portion of world resources. Due to insufficient natural resources and unmatured renewable energy system, it is very important for Korea to secure the energy sources not only for national prosperity but also security for the future. In this regard, importance and necessity of nuclear energy as a major electric power source in Korea are in need to be emphasized. Korea currently imports all the necessary enriched uranium for fabrication of nuclear fuel from abroad. Thus, it is extremely important to establish a secured supply system for enriched uranium regardless of the global political unstability as well as economic fluctuation. In order to build the nuclear fuel procurement system, it is required to analyze the global market status, current enrichment service systems, and the future technology under development. For this purpose, this study comparatively analyzes the laser based advanced technology for uranium enrichment under development in the United States, which is assumed to be 2~3 times more economically viable than currently available technologies.

  • [ $\Box$ ]무역업계는 인터넷의 발전에 따라 급속히 사이버화 하고 있는 무역환경에 적극적으로 대응하기 위해 사이버무역의 도입과 활성화를 위한 움직임을 급속히 확대하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. - 조사대상업체의 절반이 넘는(51.8%) 업체들이 자사제품 홍보, 거래선 발굴, 오퍼 및 거래협상 둥 각종 무역업무에 인터넷을 이용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. - 그러나 무역업계의 사이버무역 활용은 아직 초기단계 수준으로, 이용업체의 절반이상(57.3%)은 작년(1999년) 이후에 처음으로 사이버무역을 시작하였으며 사이버무역에 의한 수출비중도 10% 미만(1999년: 8.8%)의 낮은 수준인 것으로 조사되었다. - 반면, 향후 무역업계의 사이버무역 도입 확대와 수출비중 증가는 가속화될 것으로 나타나, 2000년에는 사이버무역 비중이 전년보다 두 배 이상 늘어난 18.7%에 달할 것으로 예상되었으며, 특히 중소기업의 경우 사이버무역 비중이 상대적으로 대기업보다 커질 것으로 전망되었다. $\Box$ 무역업계가 사이버무역을 도입하는 이유로는 "해외시장 개척효과" 때문이라는 응답이 가장 많았으며, 다음으로 "수출업무 신속화률 통한 인건비 절감"과 "광고비의 절약" 등의 효과를 염두에 두고 있는 것으로 나타났다. - 따라서 여러 수출단계 중에서도 "해외거래선 발굴", "해외시장정보의 수집", "자사 제품의 해외 홍보" 등 주로 시장개척과 마케팅단계에서 사이버무역이 가장 많이 활용되고 성과도 큰 것으로 나타났다. - 시장개척과 마케팅을 위하여 약 40%의 무역업체가 무역거래 알선 사이트를 이용하고 있으며 특히 중소기업의 활용이 두드러진 것으로 파악되었다. - 반면, 사이버무역 활동이 애로를 겪고 있는 수출단계로는 "대금결제, 물류 유통", "신용조회", "거래계약 체결" 등의 순으로 조사되었는데, 이는 국제적 인증제도의 미비, 신용조사에 대한 공신력 부족 둥이 주된 요인인 것으로 분석되었다. $\Box$ 한편, 무역업계는 사이버무역의 필요성과 활용성과에 대해 긍정적인 인식을 갖고 있으나, 사이버무역을 활성화하는데 필요한 인프라로서 사이버 무역 전문인력이나 인터넷 통신환경 등은 아직 만족할 만한 수준이 못 되는 것으로 조사되었다. - 사이버인력 부문에서는 무역업무 종사자 중 인터넷 활용직원의 비율이 50%가 되지 않는 업체가 전체의 절반을 넘고 있으며, 특히 중소기업의 인터넷 활용 직원의 비율이 대기업에 비해 낮은 것으로 나타났다. - 향후 무역업체가 10명의 무역인력을 채용한다고 가정할 경우, 평균 4.5명을 사이버무역 전문인력으로 채용할 계획이라고 밝히고 있으며, 중소기업(4.7명)이 대기업(3.4명)보다 사이버무역 전문인력에 대한 수요가 더 큰 것으로 나타나 이에 대한 대책이 시급한 것으로 파악되었다. - 인터넷 전용선 설치비율도 전체적으로 40%대에 그치고 있으며, 특히 중소기업의 경우 전용선 이용비율(38.5%)이 대기업(80%)의 절반에도 못미치는 열악한 수준에 있어 중소기업의 사이버 무역이용에 하나의 걸림돌이 되고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. $\Box$ 사이버 무역활성화를 위해 가장 시급한 과제로는 "사이버무역 전문인력 확충을 위한 체계적 교육 및 훈련제공"과 "사이버무역 관련법규 및 제도의 마련"으로 나타나, - 정부나 유관기관이 앞장서서 사이버무역 관련 교육프로그램의 개발, 자격시험제도의 도입 등과 아울러 대외무역법 둥 관련법률 및 제도를 정비해 줄 것을 무역업계에서 기대하는 것으로 지적되었다.

Trends and Prospects of Domestic and Overseas Studies on Earth Energy Storage Minerals (지구 에너지저장광물 국내외 연구동향 및 전망)

  • The rapid demand for electric vehicles and energy storage systems has increased interest in energy storage devices worldwide. New technological alternatives are needed to reliably supply energy storage mineral resources such as lithium and vanadium, which are key materials for energy storage devices. Already, research and development activities are taking place in various countries on technologies that can directly secure lithium and vanadium. Accordingly, it is very important to analyze each country's technological trends through patent and paper analysis to establish effective research and development strategies and to set future technological development directions. This study analyzed trends in the development of new technologies and the current status of research and development at home and abroad through patent data from Korea, the United States, Europe, and Japan that were disclosed or registered from 1970 to October 2019, and the data searched for papers from January 2000 to October 2019. According to the analysis, the current growth stage of the technology related to energy storage minerals is in the beginning stage. Therefore, it is believed that a strategy to rapidly upgrade technology by combining the development of new technologies and demonstration of developed technologies is needed in order to lead the technology market and strengthen the competitiveness of technologies.

Development of The Freeway Operating Time Prediction Model Using Toll Collection System Data (고속도로 통행료수납자료를 이용한 통행시간 예측모형 개발)

  • The object of this study is to develop an operating time prediction model for expressways using toll collection data. A Prediction model based on modular neural network model was developed and tested using real data. Two toll collection system(TCS) data set. Seoul-Suwon section for short range and Seoul-Daejeon section for long range, in Kyongbu expressway line were collected and analyzed. A time series analysis on TCS data indicated that operating times on both ranges are in reasonable prediction ranges. It was also found that prediction for the long section was more complex than that for the short section. However, a long term prediction for the short section turned out to be more difficult than that for the long section because of the higher sensitivity to initial condition. An application of the suggested model produced accurate prediction time. The features of suggested prediction model are in the requirement of minimum (3) input layers and in the ability of stable operating time prediction.

Effect of Separation Between Main and Divergent Tunnels in Divergence Section of Double-Deck Tunnel on the Stability (복층터널 분기구에서의 터널 이격에 따른 안정성 영향)

  • Double deck tunnels are considered to have a large demand in a near future for solving traffic congestion problems and overcoming the limitations in constructing new tunnels. This study presents a numerical investigation using finite element (FE) analysis on the behaviors of the tunnels and the stability of pillars in a divergence section where single tunnel is diverged from a main line double deck tunnel. The effects of the separation distance between the diverged and the main tunnels and the ground condition were examined through the FE analysis by varying the separation distance from 0.1D to 2.0D (D: diameter of main tunnel) and the rock class from class I to V, respectively, and the analysis results were compared with those using empirical methods, strength-stress ratio, and the volume of interference. The FE analysis results indicated that the separation distance has a larger effect on tunnel behaviors, compared with the rock strength, and a single tunnel with a large cross section is more favorable than two separated tunnels for tunnel stability when the separation distance is below 0.7D.

  • Since the late 20th century, due to the globalization of markets and the rapid developments of information and communication technologies, the world has entered into the age of fierce competition. With their abundant low-cost labor, former communist countries such as China, Russia and East Europe and low-developed countries such as India and Brazil have received investments from major industrial companies. There are no other alternatives for Korea and OECD countries to move the industrial economy to the knowledge based innovation system. In knowledge based innovation system, economic development and employment of a region and nation depend solely on the number of its companies and their competitiveness. In this research, after reviewing the current state of technological innovation small companies in korea, we provide a theoretical framework to promote the level of technological innovative entrepreneurship. The framework is based on a value system model that consist of supply factors, demand factors, and supporting institutions. In order to create more innovative small businesses, we insist on the followings. First, more R&D activities related with promising new technologies should be performed. Second, more R&D funds for technological innovation small companies should be provided from governments. Third, more M&A transactions and technology transactions should be marketed freely and competitively. Fourth, more business incubating services and venture capital services should be provided. Fifth, entrepreneurship and innovation culture should be popular and institutionized among people.
