A Comperative Study on Purchase Recognition between Domestic Broadcasting Equipment Demanders and Suppliers (국내방송장비 수요처와 공급자의 구매인식 비교 연구)

  • In this study, we compared the perception of absolute purchase of equipment for broadcasting equipment purchasing demand according to the rapid change of domestic content production and distribution method, and the degree of information such as technical reliability and system stability of domestic broadcasting equipment perceived by consumer The effects were analyzed through a research model. Due to the lack of existing research data on broadcasting equipment demand, we conducted in depth interviews with surveys of broadcasting equipment and surveys. As a result of analysis, compared to foreign equipments, there are many cases of purchase of domestic equipments, systems, and block purchases. To improve the preference and satisfaction of Korean broadcasting equipment, which is recognized by domestic demand for broadcasting equipment, it is urgent to improve the technical reliability and to develop core key equipment and to expand the demand of domestic equipment limited to small power transmitter antenna and monitor equipment. It is urgent to develop in order to develop overseas and to support the domestic market to secure the domestic market.

  • 용수공급 계획의 수립이나 수자원시설물 운영에서 주어진 목적의 달성여부를 판단하는 기준은 사회적 합의를 바탕으로 한 공개념으로 작용하기 때문에 기준 적용은 매우 신중하게 다루어져야 한다. 이런 기준들은 신규용수공급시설 설계나 기존시설의 경우 이행도를 평가하는 척도가 되며 경제성이나 대안을 결정하는데 이용된다. 또한 이런 기준들은 국가 수자원 정책의 지표가 될 뿐만 아니라 물 공급 서비스를 받는 사람들에게 최소 필요로 하는 물을 어느 수준으로 얼마를 어떻게 공급할 것인가를 약속하는 의미를 갖는다. 이를 위해 우선 검토하여야 할 사항은 용수공급신뢰도 조사를 위한 기본체계를 제공하고 현재 신뢰도가 어떻게 정의되었으며 물 공급관리지표에 맞추어 예상되는 물 수요의 증가를 언제 어떻게 맞출 것인가라는 측면에서 신규시설물을 계획하면서 공급신뢰도에 의한 계획공급량(목표공급량)을 정하였다. 물을 공급받는 수요자는 공급에 대한 신뢰도가 높은 상태를 원하며 자신이 원하는 물을 아무런 장애없이 지속적으로 공급될 수 있는 조건을 전제로 물 공급계약을 체결한다. 이와 같은 신뢰도가 늘 엄격히 지켜지는 것은 아니나 현대 사회에서도 수요와 공급관계에서 지켜져야 할 기준으로 인식되고 있다. 아울러 수자원 기술자들에게 는 최적으로 달성해야할 업무목표가 된다. 그러나 제한된 정보를 이용하여 용수공급의 신뢰도를 정하게 되며 설계치를 초과하는 수문사상의 불확실성 및 수리구조물의 불안정 등으로 물 공급의 위험도는 항시 발생할 수 있다. 또한 인구증가나 새로운 산업입지에 의한 물 수요의 증가는 기존 시설물의 용량을 초과하여 물 공급의 신뢰도를 악화시킬 수 있다. 가장 널리 이용되고 있는 공급신뢰도 개념은 목표한 용수공급량 혹은 수요량을 충족시키느냐 못하느냐의 정도를 발생빈도 확률로 나타내는 것이다. 그러나 신뢰도의 적용에 대한 기준은 국내뿐만 아니라 외국에서도 종종 논란거리가 되고 있다. 또한 한 국가 내에서나 수자원을 개발하는 기관 내에서도 동일 목적의 사업별로 적용기준이 천차만별이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 외 이수안전도에 대한 정의와 적용사례를 분석하고 각각의 기준이나 지표의 장단점을 비교 평가하고자한다. 아울러 도출된 문제점을 바탕으로 개선방향을 제시하고자 하며, 궁극적으로 국내의 이수안전도 기준설정에 대한 종합적 의견을 제시 하고자 한다.

A Study on the Problems and Promotion Plans of Eco-Friendly Ship Finance (친환경 선박 금융의 문제점 및 활성화 방안에 관한 연구)

  • This study analyzed the problems and promotion plans of shipping finance for eco-friendly ships to respond to marine pollution reduction regulations. The overall level of awareness of the problems of eco-friendly ship financing was found to be average(4.0~4.53), as the demand for construction and introduction of eco-friendly ships is not yet high. However, the response to the item about shipping fiance companies' lack of awareness of the importance of eco-friendly ships was low at 3.35. In the plan to promote eco-friendly ship finance, The need for security token offering(STO) and converting financial settlement to Korean won were low. Issuance of green bonds, creation of sovereign wealth fund(SWF), utilization of pension and superannuation fund, accelerated depreciation after construction, interest subsidy of government, establishment of a shipping exchange(promoting the introduction of eco-friendly ships), and development of eco-friendly ship supply chain connections were evaluated slightly higher than average. However, it was found that there is a high need for supporting shipping subsidies, providing special benefits for financial institutions, strengthening credit guarantees, reviving tax benefits for ship investment funds, providing incentives for early retirement vessels, establishing cooperative networks, supporting research and development, and establishing standards for operation eco-friendly ships. However, in seven promotion plans, such as strengthening credit guarantees, the level of awareness of shipping companies was statistically significantly higher than that of shipping fiancé companies.

  • This paper studies on the optimal bus network design in the framework of the set covering theory. The theory enables to cover passenger's loading and alighting areas as the set, and maximize the covering set as much as possible. In other words, it calculates the minimal set of the bus routes for covering whole bus passengers demand. After the optimal set of the bus routes is generated by the set covering theory, multimodal traffic equilibrium assignment is used for evaluating the generated set in terms of passenger's mode and route choice behavior. Whilst most previous works on it have been based on analyzing a specific route in a limited area, this study seeks to optimize the whole bus network.

  • The entire tourism industry is being hit hard by the COVID-19 as a global pandemic. Accommodation sharing services such as Airbnb, which have recently expanded due to the spread of the sharing economy, are particularly affected by the pandemic because transactions are made based on trust and communication between consumer and supplier. As the pandemic situation changes individuals' perceptions and behavior of travel, strategies for the recovery of the tourism industry have been discussed. However, since most studies present macro strategies in terms of traditional lodging providers and the government, there is a significant lack of discussion on differentiated pandemic response strategies considering the peculiarity of the sharing economy centered on peer-to-peer transactions. This study discusses the marketing strategy for individual hosts of Airbnb during COVID-19. We empirically analyze the effect of changes in listing descriptions posted by the Airbnb hosts on listing performance after COVID-19 was outbroken. We extract nine aspects described in the listing descriptions using the Attention-Based Aspect Extraction model, which is a deep learning-based aspect extraction method. We model the effect of aspect changes on listing performance after the COVID-19 by observing the frequency of each aspect appeared in the text. In addition, we compare those effects across the types of Airbnb listing. Through this, this study presents an idea for a pandemic crisis response strategy that individual service providers of accommodation sharing services can take depending on the listing type.

The Comparison of Recognizing Personal Health Record Between Healthcare Students and Medical Students (보건대학생과 의과대학생 간의 개인건강기록(PHR) 인식 비교)

  • With the paradigm shifts towards consumer-centered health service, it is expected that more health care consumers will keep their health information and manage their own health in the future. Thus, this study was conducted to compare "Understanding", "Utilization" and "Management" of Personal Health Record(PHR) between medical users(healthcare students) and health care providers(medical students). We collected data from 208 health and medical students via using self-reported questionnaires form April to June, 2011. The collected data were analyzed using frequency, t-test, Chi-square on SPSS 19.0 version. There was no significant difference in "Understanding" of PHR between two groups. Looking at the order of the importance of PHR contents, two groups equally emphasized medical records, surgical history, and test results. There was significant difference in both time and effectiveness of PHR(p=0.02). Intergrated type of PHR was preferred by both groups. Recently, PHR reflects needs and demands of users more than ever. However there are many limitations to promote the utilization. In the future, it is necessary to implement targeted strategies for the elderly groups and specific types of disease.

A Comparative Study on the Determinants Priority of the Royalty in National R&D Project: Focused on the Case of 'N' Center's Technology Transfer (국책 연구 성과의 유상 기술이전 시 기술공급 기관과 기술도입 기업 간 기술료 결정요인 비교에 관한 연구 : N 사업단에 참여한 대학과 중소기업 사례를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to present meaningful information and policy implications concerning the determinants of royalties of technology transfer to stakeholder. To identify key determinants of royalties in technology transfer, this study conducted AHP survey analysis (Survey period: 01/09~31/10, 2016) of 96 government-funded research centers and 85 companies which were participants of the R&D project "Next Generation BioGreen21" of R.D.A in the "N" center from 2011 to 2015. Research results show that both parties acknowledge 'Technical considerations for determining the profitability of the technologies' and 'The interest and willingness of the management group' as critical factors for the determinants of royalties. The difference of each party is that private companies acknowledge 'Available budget plan' as a critical factor while the government-funded research centers value 'Market competitiveness'. These findings suggest four main policy implications which are the investigation of technological demands reflecting specific needs of industrial sites, the diversification of royalty payments for private companies, the differentiated research evaluation system for the purpose of technology transfer and the planning of public R&D project reflecting research time span of private companies.

  • This study aims, to review and analyze the trend of the paradigm shift of government innovation focused on the relation between government and citizens. This paper tries to analyze the effects and performance of government innovation through the government 3.0 model, which is highlighted in Korea. This paper chooses higher-education loan programs as the case to study and analyzes results using government innovation theories. Especially, this paper re-organizes Korea's higher-education loan programs with 'Government 3.0 model'. We can expect 'Government 3.0 model'is usefull when explaining the specific policy program innovation loan. Lastly, this paper looks, at improvement points in Korea's higher-education loan programs.

Care Labels and Consumer's Care Behavior of Hat Products (모자제품의 레이블과 소비자 관리행동)

  • This study set out to identify the problems with hat labels and to search for improvement measures by examining and analyzing consumers' practice of managing their hats. It also intended to provide accurate and enough information about how to keep and wash hats and thus help consumers use their hats for a long period. In an attempt to investigate how consumers wash and manage their hats, a survey was carried out to 395 individuals in their twenties and over who owned hats living in urban areas including Seoul, and were quota sampled according to age and gender. The survey period is March to April 2007. The collected data were statistically treated with the SPSS 12.0 program in terms of frequency, percentage, mean, standard error, cross tabulation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The findings were as followed. First, the respondents were in the average level of perceiving and practicing the washing methods of their hats. The female respondents who had more experiences with laundering than the males knew and practiced the washing methods for hats better than males. Second, compared to other clothing items, hat wearers were more likely to pay careful attention to their hats by putting their hats in a laundry net and applying a laundry detergent for wool fabrics when using a washing machine or washing their hats with their own hands. And third, most of the hat wearers were aware of the importance of hat labels and showed a lower level of trust in them than other clothing items. The suppliers need to offer accurate and practical labels in order to regain the consumers' trust. Many consumers had some difficulties figuring out the size system of hats. In particular, the male consumers had a low level of perception of labels, which implies that there should be specific efforts to educate them about general labels.

  • A series of coffee middlemen has come to be regarded as an exploitative force in the lives of small and poor coffee farmers, which is called 'coyote', controlling production, paying unfair prices for labor and goods, and participating in fraudulent practices to maximize their own profits. However, the reality of gains captured by coffee middlemen in the value chain might be exaggerated and even unfair. Therefore, the main aim of this paper is to reconsider the implication of coffee middlemen for the development of coffee value chain in Vietnam. It also attempts to identify their characteristics by investigating relations among coffee farmers, middlemen and processing/exporting firms. In terms of middlemen's margin in the coffee sub-sector, their margin is quite small when compared to other actors higher in the value chain. Rather, coffee middlemen in Vietnam have played a critical role as an intermediary of change in local economies. More specifically, coffee middlemen in Dak Lak has played a significant role as a market facilitator by stimulating the access of farmers to markets by providing buyers for farmers thanks to changes in institutional environment. Also, they have played a critical role as an agent of sustainable coffee production by encouraging sustainable coffee production in accordance with the demand of processing and exporting firms.
