신기술 정보를 모니터링하고 신규 아이템을 탐색하는 활동은 R&BD 활동 중에서 가장 중요한 활동이다. KISTI는 신기술 모니터링 및 탐색을 지원하기 위한 정보포털 '미리안'을 운영 및 서비스하고 있다. 미리안은 과학기술 전 분야에 대해 글로벌동향모니터링 정보, 최신기술에 대한 심층분석정보, 과학기술정책정보 등의 콘텐츠를 서비스하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 1) 미래유망기술발표 및 해당 기술의 서비스 탑재, 2) 정보 수요조사를 통한 서비스 기획 및 구현, 3) 개인화 맞춤형 신기술 모니터링 체제로 이어지는 미리안 서비스 체제에서 두 번째 단계에 해당하는 '신기술 정보 수요조사' 결과와 이의 서비스 적용 사례를 제공함으로써, 수요자 맞춤형 신기술 정보제공 체제 구축 사례를 제시하고자 한다. 신기술 정보 수요자의 특성을 심층분석하여 개인화 서비스 기획에 활용하기 위한 후행 연구가 추진중이며, 이를 통해 이용자 니즈를 파악하여 서비스를 선제안하는 인텔리전트 서비스가 가능할 것으로 보인다.

전력 수요 예측은 전력 수급 안정과 양질의 전력을 공급하기 위한 필수 기법이며 경쟁적인 전력시장에서 전력요금과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 그러므로, 경쟁적인 전력시장 구조하의 시장 참여자에게 있어서 전력 수요 예측은 매우 관심 있는 사항이다. 최근의 전력 수요 예측 기법으로 예측한 오차율을 살펴보면 평일과는 다르게 특수일의 전력 수요예측은 평균 5%를 상회하는 수준으로 예측의 정확도가 평일 예측에 비해 크게 낮은데 이유는 특수일이 평일에 비하여 부하의 크기가 다소 낮게 나타나고 특수일 마다 계절적인 차이가 있으며 각각의 특수일 마다 고유한 부하의 특성이 있으므로 과거 데이터를 이용할 때 동일 특수일을 이용하게 되며 따라서 평일과는 다르게 일년 단위로 과거 데이터 값들이 취득되므로 오차율이 커진다. 따라서 데이터들을 퍼지화하여 선형계획법을 수행하여 평균 $2{\sim}3%$ 정도의 우수한 결과를 도출한 바 있다. 본 논문에서는 퍼지 선형회귀분석법을 이용한 예측 기법에 최소자승법을 도입하여 특수일 전력 수요예측의 정확도를 개선하였다.

The home network service which has been set up in the high price residential-commercial composition building of high price is supplied in the general apartment plentifully recently. But it has been supplied without accurate grasp under the aim of the most up-to-date IT industry and the convenient characteristic of life. In this research we research the present condition of network service in domestic and analyze the recognition degree of network service and the need using survey method. We find that the recognition degree is very high and a main considerable factor to purchase a house. However they prefer to be supplied as option rather than as lump. The consumers are ready to pay an addition expense for home network. It explain that they expect considerably home network service and home network system should be developed as considering the various individual characteristics.

한국데이터베이스진흥센터가 주관한 디지털콘텐츠 수요조사 분석에 의하면 디지털영상분야의 교육수요가 가장 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 이번조사는 정보통신부가 추진하고 있는 2000년도 디지털콘텐츠산업활성화 계획에 따라 수요자의 요구에 부합하는 양질의 디지털콘텐츠 교육과정 및 교재개발과 전문인력 양성에 필요한 기초 자료를 확보하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 더불어 디지털콘텐츠 에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있는 상황에서 질적 수준이 낮은 콘텐츠 유통을 사전에 방지하고 디지털콘텐츠 분야의 기초를 확고히 한다는데 그 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 제4세대 미터링(Metering) 기술을 이용한 전력전자상거래 즉 VSEM(Value Storage Electricity Meter)을 위한 웹기반 미터링 시스템의 보안성 분석 및 평가에 관한 연구이다. 특히 수요자 측면에서 스마트카드(지불결제)를 이용한 본인 확인(SIM카드), 키 값 확인, VSEM서버에서의 각 수요자와 공급자 데이터 사이의 무결성 확인(Integrity)과 부인 방지(Non-repudiation)를 위한 기존 시스템의 보안 문제를 분석하고 이를 해결할 수 있는 보안 모델을 제안한다.

This research is an application of game theory to developing the supplier selection and demand allocation mechanism, which are the essential and major research areas of supply chain planning and operation. In this research, the most popular and widely accepted mechanism, the progressive reverse auction is analyzed and compared with the other game theoretic approach, Kalai-Smorodinsky Bargaining Solution in the viewpoint of holistic efficiency of supply chain operation. To logically and exquisitely compare the efficiencies, a heuristic algorithm based on Genetic Algorithm is devised to find the other optimal demand allocation plan. A well known metric, profit-cost ratio, as well as profit functions for both suppliers and buyer has been designed for evaluating the overall profitability of supply chain. The experimental results with synthesis data and supply chain model which were made to mimic practical supply chain are illustrated and analyzed to show how the proposed approach can enhance the profitability of supply chain planning. Based on the result, it can be said that the proposed mechanism using bargainging solution mayguarantee the better profitability for the whole supply chin including both suppliers and buyer, even though quite small portion of buyer's profitability should be sacrified.

새정부 들어 주택의 안정적 공급을 위한 대책을 내놓고 있으나, 주택 수요 공급과 관련된 통계 및 정보의 종합적 관리 체계 미흡으로 주택수급상황을 파악하여 주택수급에 대처하는 주택하위 시장별 대응정보가 미비한 실정이다. 이에 따라 수급상황을 분석 및 제공하기 위한 정보시스템을 구축 "주택 수요"가 있는 곳에 "주택을 공급"하는 정책지원체계가 요구되고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 행정생활권, 광역교통망, 주택사업위치, 공공 민간 사업지구 등의 GIS정보 기반에 주택 수요 공급 통계 및 정보를 분석하여 정책지원 및 대국민 서비스를 하는 정보체계인 주택수급지도(Housing Demand and Supply Mapping Model)의 구축방안을 제시하였다. 연구에서는 주택수급에 필요한 수요현황 및 예측 등 "주택수요정보"에 기초하여 주택건설, 공급, 재고 등의 "주택공급정보"를 분석하여 주택수급지도에 대한 기본설계 방안을 도출하였다. 향후 주택수급지도를 활용하여 주택수급상황을 한눈에 파악하고, 주택수요를 고려한 수요자별 맞춤형 주택공급정책을 수립할 수 있도록 지원함으로써, 지역별, 주택 규모별, 주택유형별, 인구계층별 주택수급 예측에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구의 목적은 소비자인 각 가구의 주거 서어비스에 대한 다양한 수요가 나타난 주거 이동 주기를 규명하므로 수요자의 다양성에 의한 주택공급 정책의 접근시 기본 자료로 활용될 수 있도록 체계적 근거를 마련하고자 하는데 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구의 틀을 형성하여 국토개발 연구원의 자료를 이용하여 실증 분석 하였다. 본 연구의 자료는 서울의 1620가구를 대상으로 하였고 SPSS와 LIMDEP을 이용하여 기초분석외의 판별분석, 로짓분석등을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 사회계층과 가족 생활 주기에 따라 주거 이동 동기와 주거 이동 형태가 달랐다. 하류계층은 강요된 이동동기가 많았고 수평 또는 하향 이동의 형태로 이동하였다. 중류 계층은 조정적 이동동기가 많았고 다른 계층에 비해 상향 이동이 많았다. 상류계층은 다양한 이동 형태를 가지고 있으며 특히 주거 시설 수준 면에서 상향이동을 하였다. 주거이동주기 유형을 파악하기 위하여 모델이 개발되었고, 모델에 의해 사회계층에 따라 상이한 유형이 나타났으므로 수요자의 다양성에 의한 주택 공급 정책이 필요함을 제시사해준다.

This study analyzes the causes of increase in temporary workers observed in the recent Korean labor market. In the analysis of sectors with relatively high ratio of temporary workers, the manufacturing sector tends to hire temporary workers in order to raise profitability, while wholesale & retails and construction sectors tend to employ temporary workers due to the fluctuation of product demand. Another possibility is that with the expansion of college graduates, it is likely that temporary jobs are used as a screening device to reduce the uncertainty of workers quality.
