ISDN 을 구축하기 위한 망구조로 ISDN 의 다양한 서비스 수용 관점에서 Single Star 형 망구조가 가장 잠재력이 우수한 구조로 평가되고 있으며 Single Star 형 구조로 구축될 때 High Count Optical Fiber Cable 과 광커넥터 (단심, 다심) 가 요구된다. 그중 광커넥터는 광 가입자 망의 구축을 위해 필수적인 부품으로서 기술 추세는 다심화, 복합 기능화, 소형화, 저가격화, 고성능화, 고신뢰성화의 방향으로 진행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 향후 국내에서 적용 가능한 광케이블용 다심 광커넥터 개발을 위하여 외국에서 개발되어 있는 제품의 정렬원리, 정렬 구조 및 제조기술을 분석하였으며 또한 국내의 수요를 분석하였다. 수요 분석은 과거의 생산 실적 자료가 없는 이유로 정량적 분석법보다는 전화 가입자 수요 자료와 가입자 선로의 광케이블 계획, 그리고 광 CATV 가입자 예측 자료를 이용한 정성적인 방법을 적용하였다.

The main purpose of this research is considering further marketing strategy to resolve unsold housing matters in private sectors through an analysis of preference factors for those housing customers. This study used one of the most widely-used research methods in marketing to figure out the preference factors for those customers and then it was categorized which factors are more or less important by conjoint analysis. According to the result, the home buyers for the unsold apartments were more paying attention some social and financial benefits for instance, a decline of housing price and a guarantee of housing securities rather than geographical conditions and residential environment before they make the decision to purchase a home. Secondly, they concerned some factors such as the most importance in location and geographical condition which were easy access to the transportation. Furthermore, a standard of eco-friendly apartment buildings was essential matter in residential environment. The third, those properties were on the stocks of unsold homes so they more tended to buy their houses with lower price than the terms and conditions of housing payment. Finally, it was explored that the most efficient way to promoting them through housing exhibitions or presentations as the PR strategy.

We consider the economic analysis of the domestic natural gas DSM (Demand Side Management). Since the demand of the domestic natural gas decreases in the summer and dramatically increases in the winter, the necessity of the DSM that will smooth the demand pattern of the natural gas is emerged. The economic analysis of the DSM program is used as a main tool for screening the DSM. This paper suggests an economic evaluation method for the domestic gas DSM from the perspectives of participants, Korea Gas Corporation, local distribution company, non-participants, and total resource. The high-efficiency gas boiler is selected as a case study to illustrate the economic analysis of the natural gas DSM.

본 연구는 공급자(supplier)가 중간 유통자(wholesaler/retailer)의 수요 증대를 목적으로 중간 유통자의 주문량에 따라 차별적으로 외상 기간을 허용한다는 기본적인 가정 하에 중간 유통자의 재고 모형을 다루었다. 문제 분석을 위하여 최종 고객(customer)의 수요는 중간 유통자의 재고 수준에 따라 선형적(linearly)으로 증가한다는 가정하에 모형을 분석하였고, 모형 분석을 통하여 중간 유통자의 이익을 최대화하는 경제적 주문주기와 경제적 주문량 결정 방법을 제시하고, 예제를 통하여 그 제시된 해법의 타당성을 보였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the customer's demands to domestic customized apartments. The research method involves a survey on occupants and potential customers of customized apartments. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Customers' first request to customized apartments is investigated to be various option of space and finish materials. 2) In case of finish materials, customers are investigated to want a selection range of $4\~6$ for their customized apartments.

This study examines determining factors of effectiveness and satisfaction of Veteran Medical Service Delivery System. Especially, the association between the relevant variables of the effectiveness of the Veteran Medical Service Delivery System and the variables of the satisfaction from the perspective of beneficiaries was studied. Multi-level analysis was utilized to separate results of the evaluation of effectiveness in organizational-level and the evaluation of satisfaction in individual-level. This study tests key posited hypothesis by using survey data collected from 5 medical center of country(Seoul, Busan, Daejeon, Daegu, Gwangju). In terms of the result of the hypothesis testing on the effectiveness variable, integrity(${\beta}=.156$), accountability(${\beta}=.376$, financial sufficiency(${\beta}=.109$), and adequacy (${\beta}=.367$) are the determinants among various factors in evaluating veteran medical service delivery system, statistically reflecting the perception of directors of the veteran medical service delivery facilities on effectiveness. In other word, professionalism variable(${\beta}=0.99$) and effectiveness variable(${\beta}=-1.09$) are statistically reflecting the perception of directors of the beneficiaries satisfaction with employee. The findings suggests that the theoretical and practical implications will improve Effectiveness and Satisfaction of Veteran Medical Service Delivery System.

본 연구는 교양교육에 대한 학습 수요자의 요구와 현재 편성되어 있는 교양교육 교과목들에 대한 차이를 알아본다. 학습 수요자의 다양한 생각들을 SNS를 통해 데이터를 수집하고, 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 이용하여 유용한 정보를 발견하고 시각화 분석을 통해 학습자의 요구를 제시한다. 분석 결과로는 학습자는 교수자와 상호작용 잘되는 수업 방식, 학습자가 참여할 수 있는 수업, 자기주도 학습을 선호하였다. 또한 교양교육 교과목 개설로서는 취업에 필요한 외국어, 자격증 취득이 가능한 과목, 실생활에 적용할 수 있는 실용적인 과목들을 요구하여 실제 균형에 맞게 개설된 교과목과는 차이를 보임을 알 수 있었다.

It is expected that demand for cultural industry will be increased rapidly with economic growth. But it is doubtful how much desire of demander to be fulfilled. Because cultural products have public goods characteristics and they are supplied by government. Therefore this paper analysed deterministic factors of cultural demands in Chung-buk province, and suggested criteria of cultural products, which is supplied by regional government. For these purposes, we analysed three topics, first, deterministic factors of demander's satisfaction, second deterministic factors of cultural demand type, which are classified by type of participants and spectators, third deterministic factors of leisure type, which are classified by goods intensive leisure and time intensive leisure, and we analysed these through econometric methods. And we tried to suggest optimal criteria for cultural products supply by regional government, which needs of demanders are fully fulfilled.

본 연구에서는 신 수요관리 기법인 DR(Demand Response)시스템의 개발 및 운영현황을 알아 보았다. 특히 DR 시스템의 구성 방안과 각 모듈들의 설계시 검토 및 요구 사항을 분석하였다. 그리고 공급자와 수요자를 잇는 네트워크는 국가전력 IT과제에서 Portal의 개념을 도입하여 CP(Consumer Portal) 및 DP(Device Portal)에 의한 채널의 표준화를 시도하고 있다. DR의 개념은 수요관리와 가격 응답으로 공급자의 관리 기능과 가격 또는 인센티브 등이 제공되는 수요자가 참여하는 서비스의 양면을 가지고 있다. 이와 같은 시스템이 개발될 경우에는 전력사와 소비자 사이의 양방향 통신 채널이 형성되고 따라서 실시간 수요의 측정이 가능해진다. 또한 이를 토대로 DR 시스템을 사전 검토 및 계획상의 문제점을 분석하여 한국형 DR 시스템의 개발에 대한 기반을 조성하고자 하였다.

본 연구는 21C 프론티어사업과 같이 상용화를 전제로 하는 기술개발사업의 파급효과 정량화를 위하여, 기술의 분석뿐이 아닌 기술개발로 인하여 산출되는 제품과 이를 수요하게 될 산업 간의 연관도의 작성을 제안한다. 그 사례로서 기술 개발의 실용화를 통하여 물관리 효율을 높이고 친환경적으로 신규 수자원을 개발하여 예상되고 있는 한국의 물부족 나아가서는 세계의 물문제의 해결을 목표로 하고 있는 수자원의 지속적 확보기술개발사업단의 기술을 분석한다. 기술개발사업의 최종목표가 상용화를 통하여 달성된다면 개발하고 있는 기술의 경제적 가치 분석 작업에는 당연히 최종수요자에 대한 고려가 있어야 할 것이다. 그러나 일반적으로 기술개발자는 기술의 개발 시 수요자에 대한 고려가 미흡하며, 수요자 역시 개발자에게 충분한 정보를 주지 못하고 있다. 이로 인하여 수많은 정부주도 기술개발사업에는 이른바 Valley of Death, 즉 기술은 개발되었으나 상용화의 벽을 넘지 못하고 사라져 가는 현상이 매우 빈번히 나타나고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 개별기술평가에 기존의 기술연관도나 산업연관도와 달리 이들을 기술개발단계별로 연결하여주는 가칭 '기술-제품-산업연관도'의 작성을 제안한다. 이를 통하여 기술개발로 인하여 궁극적으로 산출되는 제품과 이들을 수요하는 산업들간의 연관관계를 확인할 수 있어 연구 포트폴리오 구성, 기술가치평가 및 공정분석기법의 적용범위 체계화, 수자원의 지속적 확보 기술의 기술이전 및 실용화를 촉진하기 위한 전략 마련에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 기술-제품-산업 연관도를 통해 수자원의 지속적 확보기술의 정량적 성과평가가 더욱 용이하여지며, 특히 수요자간의 의견수렴절차에서 매우 긴요하게 쓰일 수 있어, 기술개발사업의 타당성을 확보할 수 있으며, 개발기술의 상용화율 제고 및 잠재수요층 개발과 기업 투자자와 정부관계자의 이해도 중진을 통한 사업진행효율 증대를 기대할 수 있다. 또한 본 연구는 각종 개발기술의 파급효과 분석의 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있으며 다른 기술분야 평가에도 객관적이고 타당성 있는 평가 틀로서 활용 가능할 것이다.
