통신기술의 급격한 발전, 유비쿼터스에 대한 시장수요 증가, 신규 시장창출을 위한 비즈니스 전략이 결집되어 유무선 융합의 패러다임이 전개되고 있으며 유선의 전송속도와 무선의 이동성을 결합한 와이브로는 유무선 융합을 주도할 서비스로 부각되고 있다. 2006년 상반기에 상용화 될 예정인 와이브로가 안정적인 가입자 기반으로 조기에 시장확산을 이루기 위해서는 동시기에 출시될 HSDPA에 비하여 차별적 지위를 확보하고 기존 서비스와의 관계를 정립하기 위한 포지셔닝 전략이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소비자 설문조사를 통해 와이브로의 시장수요를 HSDPA와의 관계 분석을 바탕으로 전망하며 기존 서비스와의 대체 또는 보완 관계를 파악하여 와이브로의 시장위상을 예측하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 잠재적 이용자가 인식하는 와이브로의 서비스 역량은 HSDPA에 비하여 전송속도와 이용요금에서 차별적 우위를 나타냈으며 둘째, 와이브로는 HSDPA에 비하여 가입자 규모에서 상대적인 우위를 보였으며 두 서비스의 가입 영향요인은 상이하였다. 마지막으로 와이브로는 초고속인터넷과는 보완 관계를, 이동전화 무선인터넷과 공중 무선랜과는 대체 관계를 형성하는 것으로 나타났다.

7대 특.광역시의 시민 1,000명을 대상으로 생활용수의 수요패턴과 서비스 개선에 대한 지불의사를 추정하였다. 생활수준의 향상으로 정수기나 먹는 샘물을 이용하는 가구가 증가하고 있다. 수도요금에 대해서는 일반적으로 큰 부담을 갖고 있지 않으며 요금 상승시 강한 절수 의지를 보였다. 수돗물이 정수기나 먹는 샘물처럼 안전하다면 소비자는 현재보다 약 16%$(153/m^3)$의 수도요금을 추가적으로 지불할 의사가 있는 것으로 추정되었다. 최근 상수도 수요패턴의 변화는 정부가 더 이상 일방적으로 정책을 수립하는 것이 아니라 수요자의 소비 행태 등의 철저한 분석결과를 정책에 반영함으로써 보다 효율적인 상수도 정책이 수립될 수 있을 것이다.

본 고에서 저자는 신규 통신 서비스로서 공중 무선 LAN 서비스의 수요 예측에 대해 다룬다. 신규 사업에 있어서 수요 예측은 사업의 수익성을 평가하는 가장 기본적인 자료이며 효과적인 마케팅 전략 수립을 위한 기초 단계로서 의미가 크다. 그러나 신규 서비스는 특성상 과거의 판매 자료가 존재하지 않기 때문에 시계열 자료를 이용한 수요 예측이 불가능하다. 따라서 본 고에서는 공중 무선 LAN 서비스와 유사한 특성을 지닐 것으로 판명되는 기존 서비스인 ADSL/케이블모뎀 서비스와 이동전화 서비스의 과거의 확산 과정을 분석하여 공중 무선 LAN 서비스의 확산 과정을 살펴본다. 이러한 유사추론과정을 통해 2006년까지 공중 무선 LAN 서비스의 가입자 수를 예측한다. 또한 선택모형(choice model)을 이용한 잠재 시장 규모의 추정법에 대해 언급한다.

This paper estimates the effect of minimum wages on new hiring of low wage workers from a time-series. The results indicate that minimum wages tend to reduce the new hiring of low wage workers, in particular, among women, less educated and older population. The strongly negative effect on new hiring suggests that the burden of reduced labor demand arising from higher minimum wages tend to fall mostly upon the unprotected low-wage job searchers due to the short-term rigidity of employment adjustment among the existing workers.

본 연구는 공급자(supplier), 소매상(retailer) 그리고 고객(customer)으로 구성된 2 단계 공급사슬에서 소매상의 관점에서 소매상의 최적 재고정책 결정에 관한 문제를 다루었다. 공급자는 수요 증대를 목적으로 소매상의 주문량에 따라 다단계로 일정기간동안 제품 판매대금에 대한 지불 연기(외상)를 허용하고, 고객의 수요는 소매상의 제품 재고량에 영향을 받는다는 가정 하에 재고 모형을 설계하였다. 모형 분석을 통하여 소매상의 이익을 최대화하는 최적 주문량 결정 방법을 제시하였고, 예제를 통하여 그 제시된 해법의 타당성을 보였다.

Activity-based modeling systems have increasingly been developed to address the limitations of widely used traditional four-step transportation demand forecasting models. Accordingly, this paper introduces the Activity-BAsed Traveler Analyzer (ABATA) system. This system consists of multiple components, including an hourly total population estimator, activity profile constructor, hourly activity population estimator, spatial activity population estimator, and origin/destination estimator. To demonstrate the proposed system, the emission impact of land use changes in the 5-1 block Sejong smart city is evaluated as a case study. The results indicate that the land use with the scenario of work facility dispersed plan produced more emissions than the scenario of work facility centralized plan due to the longer travel distance. The proposed ABATA system is expected to provide a valuable tool for simulating the impacts of future changes in population, activity schedules, and land use on activity populations and travel demands.

In order to satisfy the high expectations of consumers for a variety of consumer's desired subject area, information could be provided in the form of a map according to the analysis information. With the name change in 2015, LX would intend to play a role in building the information infrastructure that can be supported government policy as an intermediary between the government and private sector. Therefore, in this study, we would like to propose a plan that provide personalized information to the consumer. Through compositing a variety of time-series data(inner or outer of LX) based on public information, and analyzing spatially and temporally the rapidly changing land status. For these purpose, prior research and domestic or abroad thematic map service about thematic map making were reviewed. And the reason why the LX makes information map was presented. Also, themes of 3 field were selected, and depending on the data processing or analysis level and theme were subdivided, and then production and expression method were proposed.

최근 경제불황 및 실업률 증가, 일자리 창출의 대안으로 창업이 떠오르고 있다. 특히 정부는 혁신적인 인재 육성을 위해 대학 창업교육 및 창업지원의 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 D대학 학생을 중심으로 대학 창업교육 및 창업지원 중요도 및 성취도 차이를 분석함으로써 요인별 우선순위를 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해 대학 창업교육 및 창업지원의 질적 성장 및 고도화 방안을 도출하고자 IPA(importance-performance analysis)분석을 이용한 중요도-성취도 차이를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 대학 창업교육 및 창업지원의 모든 요소에 대하여 중요도가 성취도보다 높게 나타나 이에 대한 해결방안을 마련할 필요가 있다. 또한 중요도-성취도 매트릭스에서 가장 개선의 우선순위가 높은 요인은 「자금 및 투자지원」, 「창업 공간 및 시설지원」, 「경영자문」, 「특허 및 지식재산 지원」, 「창업현장실습」 순으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수요자 중심의 창업교육 및 지원제도가 구축할 수 있도록 대학 내 자체 창업투자 재원 확보(실행), 대학의 액셀러레이터 역할 및 기능 강화, 학생창업자 입주공간 우선 지원 및 확대, 기술 기반 학생창업자에 대한 지식재산권 보장(지원), 학생들의 수요조사를 반영한 창업교과목 개발 및 보급 등을 제언하고자 한다.

With the rapidly increasing power demand in recent years, variety of methods have been proposed for efficient power consumption.. Among them, the most representative example is demand response system based smart grid. Demand response system is not passive, one-side power demand. This system can efficiently consume through communication between service provider and power consumer. Demand response system uses HTTP based TCP/IP. And currently, there are variety of communication application protocol. In this paper, we analyze procotol type and application for demand response system.

Recently in the field of entrepreneurship education is the government's quantitative diffusion being deployed. University and other entrepreneurship education institutions that provide education services and establish purpose and methods. It means that they supply appropriate curriculum and educational program, schedule etc. Education systems should established to meet the target progress. Definitely the definition of entrepreneurship education and training is required for the direction of the various studies point. This research discusses the thing that might be overlooked in terms of parts suppliers. Grounded theory study was performed. We want to contributes to the theoretical foundation to help understanding the entrepreneurship education. Policy implications for organizations providing entrepreneurship education are expected.
