본 연구는 고령화 사회에 대응하여 고령자의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해 과학기술이 해야 할 역할과 그 적용범위에 대해 살펴본다. 이를 위해 우리나라 노인의 삶의 질에 대한 현황을 살펴보고, 기술과 사용자 환경의 공진화 이론과 사회적 수요기술공급 순환체계 이론에 기반하여 보청기 사례연구를 통해 고령자에 대응하는 우리나라 과학기술의 사회적 기술공급체계에 대한 현황과 문제점을 알아본다. 마지막으로 고령자의 삶의 질 증대를 위한 과학기술 활용방안을 시스템적 관점에서 제시한다.

전자광학산업을 둘러싼 성장환경 여건은 모바일화, 디지털화, 융합화 등으로 빠르게 변화되고 있다. 이러한 변화는 광학기술, 반도체, 디스플레이 등 핵심부품은 물론 시스템의 수요 증가로 연결돼, 향후 이들 시장이 폭발적으로 늘어날 것이다. 따라서 이에 대응한 기술개발이 필요하다. 또한 친환경관련 기술이나 에너지관련 기술이 급속히 발달되고 있다. 전통산업에도 IT기반의 융합화가 계속적으로 진전됨에 따라, 이 분야의 획기적인 연구개발 투자가 필요하다. 특히 광학분야는 의료기기를 비롯한 다양한 분야에서 융합되어 발달될 것이므로 시장 사이즈가 큰 것부터 서둘러야 할 것이다.

그 동안 세계 자동차산업의 중심이 빠른 속도로 동북아지역으로 이동해 왔다. 일본이 친환경 기술을 비롯한 자동차 첨단기술의 개발과 상용화를 주도해 왔고 중국이 높은 경제성장세를 바탕으로 세계 최대의 자동차 수요국이자 생산국으로 부상했다. 이에 따라 우리 자동차산업이 일본과 중국 사이에 낀 넛 크래커(Nut cracker) 형국에 빠지는 것이 아닌가하는 우려도 일었다. 그러나 중국 자동차산업의 고속 성장에 따른 임금상승과 취약한 부품산업 및 일본 지진사태로 인한 글로벌 부품 공급망의 위험이 노정되면서 동북아 자동차산업의 환경이 급변하고 있다. 본 고에서는 최근 한중일 3국의 자동차산업과 타이어산업의 수급 현황 및 자동차산업정책 동향을 살펴본 후 국내 타이어업계의 대응 전략을 제시해 보기로 한다.

온실가스 배출 규제로 대표되는 환경문제가 시급한 경제 사회적 현안이 됨에 따라 자동차 차체경량화에 인한 연료소모 및 배기가스 감소를 통하여 각종 환경규제에 대응하고 환경친화형 산업으로 형성되는 새로운 시장을 선점하려는 노력이 전세계적으로 치열하게 경주되고 있다. 자동차 중량의 대부분을 점유하고 있는 철강소재의 경량화는 차체 경량화의 척도로 평가되어 왔으며, 미래형 자동차의 출현에 대응하기 위한 철강산업계의 노력도 치열하게 경주되고 있다. 고부가가치 강판의 최대 수요처인 자동차 산업의 동향과 이에 관련한 최근의 자동차용 강판의 연구개발 현황 및 차세대 고강도 강판의 연구개발 동향에 대해 소개한다.

정보보호 벤더를 비롯해 정보보호에 대한 학문적 연구와 제품 개발이 수도권에 집중되 있다는 착각을 하게 된다. 이는 정보보호 벤더나 정보보호 제품 수요가 수도권에 집중돼 있기 때문이다. 하지만 각 지역별로 정보보호 연구는 지금 이 순간에도 지속되고 있고, 또 의미있는 연구결과들이 제시되고 있다. 이를 반영하듯 정보보호 분야에서 ITRC 지원대상인 5개 대학기관 중 3곳은 지방 대학 연구소가 차지하고 있다. 그중 충남대학교는 지난 2003년 인터넷침해대응기술연구센터를 설림, 각종 침해사고에 대비한 연구개발을 통해 최상의 연구 성과를 내놓고 있는 곳이다.

The greenhouse gases from fossil fuels and the global warming are discussed. In addition, a total clean energy system is conceptualized including the nuclear and renewable energies into a fossil fuel conversion stream to maintain the clean global environment while the increased energy demand is fulfilled.

SMEs manufacturing Factory, which are small-scale production systems of various types, mass-produce and sell products in order to meet customer needs. This means that the company has an excessive amount of material supply to reduce the loss due to lack of inventory and high inventory maintenance cost. And the products that fail to respond to the demand are piled up in the management warehouse, which is the reality that the storage cost is incurred. To overcome this problem, this paper uses ARIMA model, a time series analysis technique, to predict demand in terms of seasonal factors. In this way, demand forecasting model based on economic order quantity model was developed to prevent stock shortage risk. Simulation is carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of the development model and to demonstrate the effectiveness of the development model as applied to SMEs in the future.

User-centered public transportation services such as DRT, Autonomous Transit etc. have been provied but current minimum level of service for public transportation has been evaluated by the operator because there is no data on user's accessibility to use public transportation. This study was performed GRID analysis using altteul transport card data including user's accessibility to use public transportation. The analysis result showed that user's accessibility to use public transportation was different within a same dong area. We proposed improving minimum level of service for public transportation considered by the user. The result of applying the proposed method showed that many area was changed to unsatisfied area for minimum level of service for public transportation

This study attempts to develop an analysis method on future skills needs for emerging new knowledge on the basis of technology outlook and patent analysis. It will extract knowledge base of patent classification for secondary battery, and will demonstrate that the density and centrality of knowledge base can be changed according to the paradigm shift of battery industry. Furthermore, on the basis of that, it will execute diagnosis on current related curriculum and present necessary improvement items of curriculum. This study tries not only to raise the utilizing level of patent analysis by demonstrating how patent analysis is used in future skills needs analysis, but also to advance the analysis method for future skills needs.
