Government funded research institutes (GFRIs) maintain a cooperative relationship with companies and stably provide their resources through the family company system. They are thereby implementing a demand-oriented support system that responds to the needs of the company. This study analyzed the changes in corporate financial performance depending on the participation in family company system and customized support. For this purpose, 2,229 companies registered with the KITECH during 2015-2017 composed the "Family company group", and 80 companies that participated in the customized support were selected as the "customized support group". The effect of participation on the corporate financial performance was analyzed using the PSM-DID model. The analysis verified that companies in a cooperative relationship with GFRIs had a higher sales growth rate than others. Furthermore, when these companies received additional customized support, their OI and ROE were significantly improved. The value of this study lies in that it quantitatively analyzed the cooperation performance of partner companies following a sustainable SME-GRI relationship. In addition, it provides insight into the strategic support system for SMEs by confirming the necessity of a customized support based on the relationship.

대학이 산업체의 수요에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해서는 전공별로 대학에서 가르치는 내용과 산업체에서 활용되는 기술들을 객관적으로 분석하고 불일치를 분석하는 작업을 수행하여야 하며, 이들 질적 불일치에 관련한 연구는 상당한 예산과 인력이 소요되기 때문에 정부는 인적자원 개발의 인프라 구축 차원에서 지원하여야 할 것이다.

새정부 들어 주택의 안정적 공급을 위한 대책을 내놓고 있으나, 주택 수요 공급과 관련된 통계 및 정보의 종합적 관리 체계 미흡으로 주택수급상황을 파악하여 주택수급에 대처하는 주택하위 시장별 대응정보가 미비한 실정이다. 이에 따라 수급상황을 분석 및 제공하기 위한 정보시스템을 구축 "주택 수요"가 있는 곳에 "주택을 공급"하는 정책지원체계가 요구되고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 행정생활권, 광역교통망, 주택사업위치, 공공 민간 사업지구 등의 GIS정보 기반에 주택 수요 공급 통계 및 정보를 분석하여 정책지원 및 대국민 서비스를 하는 정보체계인 주택수급지도(Housing Demand and Supply Mapping Model)의 구축방안을 제시하였다. 연구에서는 주택수급에 필요한 수요현황 및 예측 등 "주택수요정보"에 기초하여 주택건설, 공급, 재고 등의 "주택공급정보"를 분석하여 주택수급지도에 대한 기본설계 방안을 도출하였다. 향후 주택수급지도를 활용하여 주택수급상황을 한눈에 파악하고, 주택수요를 고려한 수요자별 맞춤형 주택공급정책을 수립할 수 있도록 지원함으로써, 지역별, 주택 규모별, 주택유형별, 인구계층별 주택수급 예측에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This article analyzes the influence of sectoral system of innovation(i.e. technological regime, market demand, networks, and institution) on innovative performances(i.e. product-, process-, organizational-, marketing-, and environmental- innovation) in Korean environmental industry, conducting a multiple regression analysis based on survey data from 201 Korean environmental companies. As the results, product innovation is positively influenced by internal technology accumulation and market demand response, while not affected by external knowledge utilization, market competition, networks among market and non-market agents, government support and regulation. Process innovation is positively influenced by internal technology accumulation, networks among non-market agents and regulation, but not by external knowledge utilization, market demand response, market competition, networks among market agents, and government support. While organizational innovation is positively influenced by internal technology accumulation, external knowledge utilization and regulation, it is not affected by market demand response, market competition, networks among market and non-market agents, and government support. While marketing innovation is positively influenced by internal technology accumulation, networks among non-market agents, and government support, it is not affected by external knowledge utilization, market demand response, market competition, networks among market agents, and regulation. Environmental innovation is positively influenced by external knowledge utilization and regulation, but negatively influenced by market competition. It is not affected by internal technology accumulation, market demand response, networks among market and non-market agents, and government support. Such results suggests the following policy implications. First, it is necessary to expand the sphere of relating markets through the application of convergence technology, new regulations, and overseas markets. Second, reinforcing ecosystems among environmental market agents through demand-linked joint R&D should be revitalized. Third, it is needed to strengthen more supporting policies rather than regulation. This article has the limitation of using the survey data. And further researches on the environmental sectoral system of innovation structure itself will be tried.

본 연구에서는 자연재해 발생 시 신속하고 효율적인 재난 대응 의사결정을 지원하기 위하여 재난 재해 정보와 시설물 정보, 공간정보 등이 융합된 통합 인벤토리를 구축하고자 한다. 재난대응 의사결정 지원을 위하여 시설물의 중요도, 위험도, 피해액 산정에 필요한 원천 데이터를 공공데이터포털(data.go.kr)에서 제공하는 공공데이터를 활용하였다. 공공데이터포털의 데이터셋은 파일데이터와 오픈 API, 표준데이터와 국가중점데이터를 제공하고 있다. 파일데이터는 22,306건, 오픈 API는 2,505건, 표준데이터는 58건의 정보를 제공하고 있으며, 국민, 기업 등 수요 중심으로 개방의 효과성과 시급성 등이 높은 41개 분야의 국가중점데이터를 제공하고 있다. 또한 공공데이터를 활용하여 개발된 국내외 다양한 사례와 가공데이터를 공공데이터 활용사례를 통하여 공유하고 있다. 인벤토리 구축을 위하여 국가중점데이터와 데이터카테고리의 국토관리, 재난안전, 산업고용, 공공행정 등 다양한 공공데이터를 검토하여, SOC 시설물과 건축물의 정보를 수집하여 시설물의 중요도와 위험도, 피해액 평가 등 필요 목적에 맞게 최적화 하여 구축하였다. 또한 구축된 다양한 정보와 시설물 평가 모듈간의 원활한 데이터 수급을 위한 연계 모듈과 관리 모듈을 개발하여 구축된 데이터 정보를 표준화하여 유지 관리 할 수 있도록 인벤토리를 구축하였다. 이러한 재난대응 의사결정 지원 통합 인벤토리는 재난대응 의사결정을 신속하고도 효율적으로 가능하게 함으로써 방재업무 지원 및 대국민 서비스를 가능하게 할 것으로 판단된다.

사립대학 구조조정 방안의 큰 틀은 시장수요에 대응한 교육의 질 관리에 초점을 두고 구조조정이 이루어져야 하며, 정부에서는 각종 법률로 정하고 있는 재정·세무상의 규제를 풀고 사립대학에 대한 국고지원을 확대하여야 하며, 각 대학에서는 시장의 논리에 입각하여 대학의 본질적 역할을 재정립해 가야 할 것이다.

초정밀 가공기술은 선진국에서 기술이전을 회피하는 가장 심한 분야로 광산업의 핵심부품인 반사경, 비구면 렌즈, 광통신매체의 가공과 관련하여 국내의 초정밀 관련 기술의 한계에 의하여 전적으로 수입에 의존하고 있다. 이에 한국기초과학지원연구원은 2005년부터 기존의 측정분석위주의 단순지원에서 국가적 수요에 대응하는 대형첨단연구장비의 국산화를 위한 기술개발에 역점을 두고 있다. 이를 위한 기반기술로써 초정밀 가공 및 측정장비의 설치운영을 통한 첨단 연구장비의 핵심부품을 개발하고 있다. 특히 천문관측용 적외선(IR) 광학계의 초정밀가공기술 개발을 통한 항공우주용 광학계의 국산화 기술 향상에 기여하고 있다.

오늘날 기업의 판매형태는 Channel Partner를 통한 간접판매가 50%이상을 점유하고 점차 증가 추세에 있다. 이러한 판매형태를 지원하고 기업의 이익 극대화를 위해 Internet 기술을 이용한 가망 수요정보의 효율적 관리가 중요한 이슈로서 대두되고 있다. 본 논문은 Web을 통해 포착된 Sales Leads를 Channel Partner들을 통해 실제 판매로 연결시켜주는 기능을 담당하는 Lead Management 시스템 (LM)의 기능을 Rule기반으로 구축하여 Dynamic Market에 신속하게 대응함으로써 Vendor 와 Partner간의 상호 Win-Win 결과를 얻을 수 있는 방안을 제공하고자 한다.

정보보호 벤더를 비롯해 정보보호에 대한 학문적 연구와 제품 개발이 수도권에 집중되 있다는 착각을 하게 된다. 이는 정보보호 벤더나 정보보호 제품 수요가 수도권에 집중돼 있기 때문이다. 하지만 각 지역별로 정보보호 연구는 지금 이 순간에도 지속되고 있고, 또 의미있는 연구결과들이 제시되고 있다. 이를 반영하듯 정보보호 분야에서 ITRC 지원대상인 5개 대학기관 중 3곳은 지방 대학 연구소가 차지하고 있다. 그중 충남대학교는 지난 2003년 인터넷침해대응기술연구센터를 설림, 각종 침해사고에 대비한 연구개발을 통해 최상의 연구 성과를 내놓고 있는 곳이다.
