수자원 관리 정책은 한정된 수자원의 재배분과 효율적 이용, 수요관리에 의한 물 절약 정책 등, 지속가능한 발전을 추구하면서 물 부족의 사회적 대응력을 향상시키기 위한 정책으로 전환되어 가고 있다. 환경부에서는 2000년에 "물 절약 종합대책(2000.3)"발표를 시작으로 시 도별 "물 수요관리 종합대책"을 수립하였고, "수자원장기종합계획(2006.9)"수립에서는 수요관리 시나리오에 따른 장래수요량을 예측하여 발표하였다. 그러나 수요관리에 따른 절감량 산정 및 정량화된 수요량 평가 시스템의 부재로 수요관리 정책수립이나, 장래 용수수요량 예측에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 따라 물 수요관리에 따른 물 사용량의 변화를 파악하고, 이를 이용하여 장래수요량 예측 및 물 수급전망에 연계할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 지자체별 수요관리 계획 및 추진결과에 따른 물 사용량의 변화를 분석하였다. 또한 수요관리 계획과 추진전후의 상수도 관련 지표를 비교하여 합리적인 수요관리 계획 수립을 제안하였다. 분석결과 물 절약 종합대책 및 물 수요관리 종합대책 수립이후 1인1일당 급수량의 증가가 대체로 둔화되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그렇지만 수요관리 계획을 수립한 일부 지자체는 과도한 계획수립으로 인하여 계획대비 수요관리 추진 효과가 미비한 곳도 있었다. 이러한 지자체는 현 상황을 고려한 합리적인 수요관리 계획 수립이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 장래 용수수요량 예측이나 물수요관리 정책수립에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

단일 공급자 중심으로 구성된 전력산업에 다수 참여자의 등장으로, 경쟁이 도입되는 전력 산업으로 변화가 예상되고 있으며, 이에 따라 전력 시스템의 각 구성요소에 대한 정량적 분석 및 평가가 절대적으로 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이와 같은 환경 하에서 전력산업 주체는 수요자 측의 부하분석과 평가를 위한 기본 인프라의 구축과 여러 응용의 기본이 되는 수요자의 정보의 수집 및 분석 시스템의 개발을 필요로 한다. 현재까지의 수요 정보의 분석은 월간검침에 의한 통계적인 현황이 대부분이어서 각종 수요자에 대한 수요 패턴을 고려한 평가가 불가능하였다. 본 논문에서는 검침정보를 기반으로 수요자의 부하분석을 하기 위하여 Load profile 데이터를 패턴에 따라 분류하여 유사 수요특성을 도출하였다. 그리고 분류결과에 의한 수요그룹들의 특성을 분석하였고 이를 이용한 수요관리 둥의 응용을 위한 시스템 구축을 하였다.

This paper developed the computerizing assessment system modeling of the natural gas and district heating DSM programs. It constructed as each project in accordance with the business investment plans & assessment DB, related M&V data DB and cost-effectiveness analysis data DB. It is composed of total 58 tables which are 22 tables which are used in the plan and the assessment, 16 tables which are used in the cost-effectiveness analysis, 18 tables which are used in the M&V, table which is used in qualitative evaluation, as by each programs. This computer programs can contributed to DSM business investment system construction as implementing for algorithm development and an estimation by each programs.

유역, 수계, 지역, 국가 등과 같은 거대 시스템은 사회 및 경제 시스템, 자연 시스템, 생태 시스템 등으로 구성이 되어 있으며, 이들은 상호작용과 피드백을 하면서 복잡하게 연결되어 있다. 이러한 시스템은 기후, 구성 부시스템, 사회적 선호도, 패러다임 등의 변화에 따라 변한다. 특히, 사회적 선호도나 패러다임과 같은 가치 시스템의 변화는 수자원 이용과 관리에 영향을 미치기 때문에 다양한 방법으로 수요자의 요구를 파악해야 하며, 이를 수자원 계획과 운영에 반영해야 한다. 따라서 수요자와 전문가들의 의견을 주기적으로 조사하여 수자원 상태를 평가하고 문제점을 파악하여 향후 발전 방향을 수립할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내에서 실시된 수자원 개발과 관리와 관련된 설문조사 결과를 수집하여 이들을 비교 분석하였다. 이 분석에서는 지속가능성을 맥락으로 하여 설문대상과 설문시기의 변화에 따른 수자원 개발과 관리와 관련된 의견들의 차이를 분석하였으며, 설문조사 결과들을 종합하여 향후 국내 수자원 관리와 개발 방향을 제시하였다.

An evaluation demand and a market growth regarding evaluation and certification are increasing because the importance of information Security is gradually rising to solve the information disfunction. Therefore, it is necessary the cost-effect evaluation management of the Information Security System(ISS). In this paper, we propose the Semi-automated Evaluation Workflow Management System(Sa-EWMS) based on the Common Criteria(CC) which performs and manages evaluation work through the procedure when evaluator evaluates the Information Security System(ISS). The Sa-EWMS is solving a problem of consumption of time and effort and performing efficient evaluation, it is playing a significant role that traces workflow process of each work of the Engines and controls performance. It will be able to use useful the private evaluation enterprise which confront in an evaluation demand and a market growth.

Recent periodical boom and burst of house price have made mortgage lending issues become the main public interest in Korean real estate market. However, because mortgage-lending issues had not been discussed until then, housing market forecasting associated with mortgage lending has been difficult while using an empirical approach. Thus, comprehensive and systematic approach is required as well as validity of mortgage lending policies should be evaluated. In this regard, this research conducts a sensitivity analysis to validate the proposed policies and estimates the effects of current policies on LTV and DTI ratios with a comparison of another policies scenario. A causal loop and sensitivity analysis using system dynamics confirmed that LTV and DTI regulation is strong clout to housing market. However, to prevent transfer of potential mortgage borrowers to nonmonetary institutions, regulations in loans of nonmonetary institutions should be practiced in accompaniment with regulations of primary lending agencies.

With the emergence of new digital technologies into a supply chain, it is essential for companies to incorporate these technologies in managing their supply chains. However, various challenges have been identified in digital supply chain management, especially when it comes to its assessment. There are no universally agreed measurements for the performance of digital supply chain management within the research community so far. This paper explores an option of using user experience as one of possible measurements. Therefore, three different focus-group discussions were held and later analyzed with a qualitative content analysis. The subscription-based video on demand service, Netflix was used as an example in those discussions. Due to the fact that Netflix provides a digital product as a streamline service, user experience is critical for the company. Especially, user experience with a recommender system and related privacy issues have become significant for a company to retain existing customers and attract new customers in many fields. Since the recommender system and related privacy issues are parts of a digital supply chain, user experience can be one of appropriate measurements for digital supply chain management. This study opens a new perspective for research on performance measurements of digital supply chain management.

부산지역 전력수요의 약 65%를 담당하고 있는 한국남부발전(주) 부산천연가스발전본부는 2007년 11월부터 전사 안전시스템 선진화 시범사업장으로 선정되어 안전시스템 선진화의 초석이 되는 발전소로 거듭나고 있다. 안전보건관리시스템인 KOSHA 18001과 공정안전관리(PSM)을 기본으로 2009년 5월 도입된 재난안전관리시스템(DEMS), 행동교정프로그램인 ASA 제안안제도뿐 아니라 발전사로는 처음으로 신 작업안전시스템을 도입하여 위험성평가와 키락킹(Key-Locking)으로 인적실수나 오작동에 의한 안전사고를 사전에 방지하는 철저한 안전경영시스템 정착시켜 언제, 어디서 발생할지 모르는 안전 및 재난사로에 대비하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to propose a power demand volatility evaluation system based on LSTM and not to verify the accuracy of the demand module which is a core module, but to recognize the sudden change of power pattern by using deeplearning in the actual power demand monitoring system. Then we confirm the availability of the module. Also, we tried to provide a visualized report so that the manager can determine the fluctuation of the power usage patten by applying it as a module to the web based system. It is confirmed that the power consumption data shows a certain pattern in the case of government offices and hospitals as a result of implementation of the volatility evaluation system. On the other hand, in areas with relatively low power consumption, such as residential facilities, it was not appropriate to evaluate the volatility.
