In railway system, the transportation plan corresponds to master plan for transport services. This service plan must be constructed to minimize operational cost or maximize revenue considering transportation demands and resource capacities in the operation company, and includes several sub-planning activities such as train operation frequency plan, train (schedule) plan, train capacity assignment plan, and rolling stock requirement plan. In this paper, we present profitability evaluation system for current transportation plan. The proposed system can be used for evaluating profitability by estimating train service revenue considering customer demands.

차폐시설내에서 고방사성 물질이 이송되는 경우에 수송대상 핵물질의 이송경로를 감시하는 분석방법을 개발하였다. 이방법은 디지탈화하여 화상처리된 카메라 영상정보와 NDA 장비 및 NCC 프로그램에 의해 모니터링된 방사선 신호를 실시간으로 통합 분석하는 신경회로망 기법에 기초하고 있다. 핵물질의 경로와 핵물질의 종류 및 용기의 종류를 파악할 수 있는 이 방법은 정상적인 움직임과 비정상적인 움직임을 판단하여 차폐시설의 보장조치 체계를 구축할 수 있으며, DUPIC 핵연료 제조 시설 같은 새로운 시설의 보장조치 시스템의 일부로 활용될 수 있다.

경제 제도의 전환기를 맞이하고 있는 중국은 20세기 마지막 20여 년간 빠른 경제 발전을 이루었으며 중국의 도시는 계획경제체제와 중국식 시장경제체제 하에서 독특한 발전 과정을 겪어왔다. 이러한 발전 과정에서 도시 간 물류의 유동과 상호작용을 가장 뚜렷하게 반영할 수 있는 것은 철도망과 철도 운수라고 할 수 있다. 특히 도시간의 장거리 수송은 철도를 위주로 하고 있으며 철도망의 발달은 중국 도시의 형성과 발전에 중요한 요인으로 간주되고 있다. 그러므로 철도망의 구조와 철도 운송 자료는 중국 도시체계의 공간구조를 이해하는데 적절한 지표라고 볼 수 있다. 현재 정부는 지금까지 관청 조직인 철도청에 의해 철도시설의 건설 및 유지관리 업무와 열차 수송 업무 등 운영부문을 일괄적으로 수행되어 오던 우리나라의 철도교통체계를 근본적으로 변화시키는 작업을 추진하고 있다. '철도구조개혁'이라 지칭되는 이러한 작업은 소위 말하는 상하분리 또는 수직적 분리의 원칙에 따라 철도청의 업무를 하부구조에 해당하는 기반시설(infrastructure) 부문과 철도차량을 운행하여 여객과 화물을 운송하는 운영부문으로 구분하여, 기반시설에 해당하는 부문은 기본적으로 사회간접자본의 개념에서 국가의 책임으로 하고 운영부문에 해당하는 부문은 타 교통수단의 운영주체 위상(예: 고속버스 회사, 항공회사 등)과 같은 민간 경영체제로 전환한 다는 것이 주 내용이다.(중략)

2007년이면 온실가스 배출통계 시스템 구축이 완료된다. 산자부는 에너지∙산업공정부문 배출통계 작성, 관리에 관한 법적근거를 에너지기본법에 신설하고, 『온실가스통계 DB구축 추진협의회』를 구성, 온실가스 인벤토리시스템(KONIS：Korean National Inventry System)을 구축한다. 또한 산업, 가정∙상업, 수송부문 최종소비단계의 온실가스 배출량 조사를 추진하여 국가에너지종합정보DB를 구축한다. 산자부는 온실가스통계 체계 구축을 통해 기술적, 경제적 감축잠재량을 분석하고, 정부-산업계가 수용 가능한 수준의 자발적 감축규모를 산정할 계획이다. 이를 통해 Post-2012 국제협상에 대비한 우리나라 대응전략을 수립하고, 산업계의 기후변화협약 대응능력과 조기감축 노력을 촉진할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

지난달 4월 25일 정부당국은 재래 시장에서 살아있는 닭ㆍ오리를 판매 금지 조치에 들어갔다. 더불어 계란을 포함한 가축의 유통상인과 수송차량에 대한 등록제가 도입될 예정이고, 지난 5월 16일부터는 도축장에 출하되는 모든 닭ㆍ오리는 AI 검사 및 증명서를 휴대키로 시행되면서 전국적으로 방역 강화에 들어갔다. 이유인 즉, 지난 03/04년도와 06/07년도 AI가 발생했을 때와 달리 재래시장에서 구입한 가금류에서 고병원성 AI가 잇따라 발생되면서 정부에서는 방역에 대한 단속 강화에 들어갔다. 이와 관련해 금년 AI 발생현황과 재래시장과 유통차량 등 허술한 방역체계에서 비롯한 확산 원인을 짚어보고 정부의 방역 강화조치에 대해 정리했다.

우편물류망 시뮬레이터는 집중국, 교환센터로 구성된 물류체계에서 각 물류거점에서의 소통계획에 따라 운송할 때, 어떠한 물류체계가 우편만족도와 비용측면에서 우수한가를 시뮬레이션 하는 기능을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 우편물 종류별 처리기준, 물류거점간 운행시간, 수송단위 등을 고려하여 각 물류거점간에 직송하는 방법, 모든 물량을 교환센터로 두는 방법, 교환센터와 직송을 혼합하는 방법, 교환센터를 2곳을 사용하는 방법, 교환센터를 2곳 사용하면서 직송을 허용하는 방법에 대한 송달기준 만족도와 서비스 처리시간의 평가지표로 대안평가할 수 있는 우편물류망 시뮬레이터를 개발하였다. 우편물류망 시물레이터는 ARENA로 작성되었으며, 우편물류망 대안들에 대하여 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 시나리오 분석을 실시하였다.

Accordingly, w are fully aware of the importance of the development of safety control System so that may prevent the sacrifice of life and disasters on the sea. The objective of this research in to investigate the more effective system by establishing the prevention of safety accident and marine information system as a national project.
