Recently, it has become a matter of importance concerning a distribution system of the fisheries products in our day, Especially, this paper disregards the fact of changes in demand and distribution system for fisheries products under the period of the high economic growth in Japan. The commercial capital of fisheries products has been modernized by the development of the public market place. The distribution system of fisheries products will rather play an important role than now. In this state, this study is to introduce the development of fish market theroy and attempts to explan the market trends in the production in Japan.

There are various types of predictable economic benefits to restoring beneficial uses from contaminated marine sediment cleanup. These benefits can be derived from reduction in aquatic animals died or infected, increase in their consumption recovery, increase in tourism including recreational fishing, reduction in human health risk, increase in amenity and aesthetics, increase in ecosystem integrity, and so on. The paper focuses on estimating the net increase in value for producers and consumers from producing and consuming those fish due to the pollution reduction of marine contaminated cleanup project. Almost Ideal Demand System(AIDS) is employed for estimate of the demand for fish, and the production cost function for fish are determined using market data. The result shows 10.8 billion won per year for economic surplus to the net increase for producers and consumers.

The main goal of this research is at the development of a bundle product suggestion sub-system of an internet shopping mall for fishery products, which can reduce the search cost of user. To achieve the goal, we first study tie key factors of successful direct commerce for fishery products, and second, we design a bundle product suggestion module and its sub-module. For this, we identify the objectives of system, and write out the necessary functions of the system and models(process model, data model, dynamic model) through the analysis of user requirements. Based on the functions and models, we design user interfaces, database, processes, and knowledge base. In designing knowledge base and inferencing strategy, we consider two intelligent agent approach(optimal algorithms, heuristic rules) and suggest one more approach(case-based reasoning). The intelligent agent can be used in enhancing the suggestion of multiple fishery product simultaneously. The system analysis and design documents presented as the research results can be used to provide good guidelines to the companies who consider developing an production suggestion agents.

성능인증 제도란? 중소기업이 개발한 기술개발제품을 지방중소기업청 또는 시험연구원에서 그 성능을 검사하여 성능이 확보되었음을 인증하는 제도로써 중소기업이 생산한 기술개발제품을 공공기관에서 안심하고 우선구매토록 정부가 성능을 확인하는 제도이다. 중소기업이 개발한 기술개발제품이면 성능인증을 신청할 수 있으며, 다만, 의약품, 농$\cdot$수산물, 총포, 화약류, 사행성 제품, 비가공 제품 식$\cdot음료품은 제외된다. 신청은 중소기업청에 접수하며, 지방중소기업청에서 신청을 받으면 지방청에서 성능검사가 가능한 사항은 지방청에서 직접 성능검사를 수행하고, 지방청에서 불가능한 일부 항목에 대해서는 시험연구원에 위탁하게 되며, 시험연구원은 성능검사 결과를 지방청에 제출하면 지방청은 그 결과를 토대로 성능인증을 하게 된다. 성능보험제도란? 성능인증을 받은 제품을 공공기관에 납품한 후 성능저하로 인한 손해를 보전해주는 제도로써 구매담당자가 성능보험 가입제품을 구매하여 사고가 나더라도 면책될 수 있으며, 성능보험 가입제품은 제한 또는 지명 경쟁에 우선 입찰할 수 있는 자격을 부여해 준다. 가입은 성능인증을 받은 제품이 성능보험에 가입할 수 있으며, 의무보험이 아닌 임의보험이므로 반드시 성능보험에 가입하지 않아도 된다.

The purpose of this study lies in analyzing the effects of Fukushima nuclear plant incident, due to the earthquake in the northeastern part of Japan, on South Korean consumers'responses to domestic marine products. Survey results show that the response to the event by all consumers is not significant, but not by individual consumer. Empirical results show that if consumers are relatively more interested in health issues, if they consume mollusca relatively more among marine products and if they are with children under the age of 14, they increased the consumption of domestic marine products while decreased that of Japanese seafood. On the contrary, if consumers take shellfish products relatively more among seafood, they reduced the consumption of domestic marine products as well as Japanese ones.

The main purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Korea-China free trade agreement(FTA) on Korea's fisheries trade using the partial equilibrium analysis model of Feenstra(1995). The study tries to show the impact on trade flows and welfare of the elimination of tariffs Korea-China FTA on Korea's fisheries sector among several scenarios of trade liberalization. The results of the study indicate that the increase of fisheries export to China is lower than that of fisheries import from China. Therefore Korea-China FTA results in the decrease of domestic of fisheries production even though total welfare effect is positive. The study suggest several policy proposals for soft-landing of Korea-China FTA on Korea's fisheries sector. One of them is to lengthen the term of tariff elimination to minimize the impact on domestic fisheries sectors.

수산물 가공시 흘러나오는 폐수 중에 함유되어 있는 수용성 단백질을 chitosan에 흡착시키기 위하여 albumin과 hemoglobin, albumin-myoglobin 혼합단백질을 이용하여 chitosan과의 흡착 및 chitosan 제조조건에 따른 흡착효과와 chitosan의 수용성 단백질 흡착에 미치는 인자를 살펴본 결과는 다음과 같다. Chitosan위 탈아세틸화 조건을 60, 70, 80%로 달리하여, albumin, hemoglobin, albumin-myoglobin 혼합용액에 적용했을때 chitosan의 탈아세틸화도가 높을수록 chitosan과 단백질 사이의 흡착률은 높게 나타났다. 초음파 처리에 의하여 chitosan의 분자량이 작을수록 chitosan과 단백질 사이의 흡착률은 높게 나타났다. pH변화에 따른 chitosan과 수용성 단백질의 흡착률은 albumin 및 albumin-myoglobin 혼합용액에서는 pH 4.0에서, hemoglobin용액에서는 pH 7.0에서 흡착률이 높게 나타났다 chitosan과 수용성단백질과의 흡착에서 반응시간은 albumin및 albumin-myoglobin 혼합용액에서는 4시간, hemoglobin용액에서는 3시간까지 흡착률이 증가하였고, 그 이후의 시간이 경화하여도 흡착률의 증가는 거의 보이지 않았다. 수용성 단백질 용액에 NaCl 농도를 0.1M에서 1.0M로 증가시켜 첨가했을때 염의 농도가 높을수록 chitosan과 단백질 사이의 흡착이 잘 일어나지 않았다.

The purpose of this study is to provide a program for activation in e-Marketplace of the Fisheries Sector in Gangwon Do. However, at present, the environment of e-Marketplace Infrastructure in Gangwon Do is very poor. Therefore, this study points out the problems of e-Marketplace of the Fisheries Sector in Gangwon Do and provides many considerations for a program for activation of e-Marketplace.

웹기술에 기반한 전자상거래 시스템은 시간과 공간을 초월한 상품판매를 가능하게 함으로써 새로운 전략적 도구로 떠오르고 있다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 상품 매매 에이젼트 시스템은 주어진 가격에 의해 단지 상품을 팔고 사는 단순 검색시스템이 아니라 판매자와 구매자가 서로 대화하듯이 절충함으로써 양측의 흥정을 최대한 반영할 수 있게 하고, 또한 신선도에 민감한 농축수산물과 같은 매매물품을 시간의 흐름에 따라 가격을 재조절할 수 있는 물품가격조절 모듈을 제시하여 공산품에 한정된 각종 에이젼트 시스템의 단점을 극복하고자 한다.

Recently increasing amount of efforts has been devoted to the improvement of logistics in the marine products industry. Yet, few studios have been conducted on the development of site selection models of marine products centers. This paper Proposes a systematic assessment model for the decision making, which is composed of a set of evaluation criteria and an appropriate evaluation method. In choosing criteria we consider completeness and comprehensiveness to reach a right solution. For more flexibility of the model in the future, this study proposes two sets of criteria according to the size of planned centers. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is adopted in this study, since the criteria incorporate both subjective factors and objective factors and the AHP is known effective in the situation. This study then illustrates the model application with plausible alternatives. Finally, a dependency problem in the decision criteria is discussed and the Analytic Network Process (ANP) is recommended, in the context, as e solution method.
