Korean uses a dual numeral system consisting of native and Chinese words. This dual numerical system is customarily selected in real life, mixed with two methods, or irregularly transformed. Therefore, the burden on both students and teachers is increased in the learning guidance process of numeral. This study recognized the need to improve the difficulty of learning guidance due to the dual numeral system. To this end, the context in which the numeral system method is selected, various modified cases, and related guidance contents of the current curriculum and textbooks were analyzed and organized. As a result of the analysis, there were characteristics of the selection and deformation of the numeral system method, which appears according to the actual situation using numerical. However, the criteria for characteristics were ambiguous and there were no specific guidance guidelines in the curriculum and textbooks. In this case, since the role of the teacher is more important, the teacher should be aware of the detailed characteristics of the actual situation related to the dual numeral system and let the student understand through experience and practice on various aspects of the use of the dual numeral system.

수사구조는 텍스트의 각 구성 성분이 맺고 있는 관계를 의미하며, 필자의 의도는 논리적인 구조를 통해서 독자에게 더 잘 전달될 수 있다. 따라서 독자의 인지적 효과를 극대화할 수 있도록 수사구조를 고려하여 단락과 문장 구조를 구성하는 것이 필요하다. 그럼에도 불구하고 지금까지 수사구조에 기초한 한국어 분류체계를 만들거나 주석 코퍼스를 설계하려는 시도가 없었다. 본 연구에서는 기존 수사구조 이론을 기반으로, 한국어 보도문 형식에 적합한 30개 유형의 분류체계를 정제하고 최소 담화 단위별로 태깅한 코퍼스를 구축하였다. 또한 구축한 코퍼스를 토대로 중심문장을 비롯한 문장 구조의 특징과 분포 비율, 신문기사의 장르적 특성 등을 살펴봄으로써 텍스트에서 응집성의 실현 양상과 구문상의 특징을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 한국어 담화 구문에 적합한 수사구조 분류체계를 설계하고 이를 이용한 주석 코퍼스를 최초로 구축하였다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

In recent years, as smart phone penetration rate is growing explosively, new forms of cyber crime data is poured out beyond the limits of management system for cyber crime investigation. These new forms of data are collected and stored in police station but, some of data are not systematically managed. As a result, investigators sometimes miss the hidden data which can be critical for a case. Crime data is usually generated by computer which produces complex and huge data and records many logs automatically, so it is necessary to simplify a collected data and cluster by crime pattern. In this paper, we categorize all kinds of cyber crime and simplify crime database and extract critical clues relative to other cases. Through data mining and network-visualization, we found there is correlation between clues of a case. From this result, we conclude cyber crime data mining helps crime prevention, early blocking and increasing the efficiency of the investigation.

디지털 범죄 수사 능력은 디지털 포렌식 기술 개발 뿐만 아니라 정책적인 수사체계가 얼마나 잘되어 있느냐에 따라 달라진다. 점차 다양화 되고 지능화 되어가는 디지털 범죄를 수사하기 위해서는 디지털 범죄 수사 체계 모델링이 필요하다. 따라서 본고에서는 디지털 범죄의 종류와 그에 적합한 수사 절차를 언급하고, UML(Unified Modeling Language)을 이용하여 디지털 범죄 수사 절차를 체계화하고 모델링하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

In this paper, for the cloud system by explaining how the forensic aspects of the investigation. We should treat carefully the one related to human rights among a large number of decision-making in our daily lives. As it is necessary to obtain physical evidences in the process of criminal investigation for solving a certain crime based on the principle of evidence, it leads to an increase in demand for forensic science and forensic geology. Forensic geology could be regarded as a fusion discipline of geology and forensic investigation and it is principally concerned to the study on the connection of a suspect and a crime scene with soil evidence which could be experimented using geological data and methods. So these results could be used as valuable information in a court. After its academic foundation has been builded since the last 1970s, its research objects have been expanded from soil evidence like rocks, minerals, soils, sediments to sociocultural, political, military and medical objects like ancient relics, mines, corpses. Its role is expanded from the simple finding of a particular location to the examination of archaeological theories and historical facts, the testimony of the cause of environmental pollution and the chronic demonstration of geological distribution of plants and anthropological origination. And these bring this discipline promptly to accept developed geological methodologies and to satisfy various forensic geological needs. Specialized forensic investigation institutes work actively for the R&D activities of forensic geology. In Korea, national institute of scientific investigation works a small part of forensic geological activities in total activities of forensic investigation. In conclusion, we concern to the importance of systematic discussion of building in proper position of forensic geology through its R&D methods, application cases of its performance and etc. based on geological characteristics in our country by a specialized geoscience institute.

A primary task of fire department is maintaining public safety, system maintenance and welfare improvement by protecting life, body and property of a people through prevent and extinguish of the fire in emergency. Rescue part of those affairs has supported by the people but affairs related to the fire examination and investigation could not get it. Although fire examination is a very important part of fire department administration, it has been understood indifferently due to lack of awareness and concern. There are no scientific fire examination because of lacking education study and the whole responsibility capacity about it. There are many things have to be improved at fire examination and investigation system in Korea. Especially, establishment of the whole responsibility post is urgent through assuring professionals to improve accuracy of fire examination and investigation. Equipment which can do scientific fire examination and investigation have to be fully furnished. Efficiency of fire examination and investigation has to be increased through improving law related to fire examination and investigation, giving rescuers investigation right. Through this, it systematically have to be good for fire prevent.

정보저장매체에 저장된 디지털정보로부터 범죄 단서를 찾고, 법정에 증거로 제출하기 위한 일련의 활동을 일컫는 디지털 포렌식의 개념과 기법이 국내 수사기관에 도입되어 활용된 지 10여년의 시간이 흘렀다. 그러나 디지털증거라는 새로운 개념의 탄생은 최근까지 정보의 압수대상 여부 논란 등 수사실무에서의 혼란을 초래하고 있다. 기존 증거와 구별되는 디지털정보의 특성으로 말미암아 증거로 활용함에 있어 필요한 별도의 절차적 기술적 조건이 요구되고 있으나, 과거 규정과 지침만으로는 디지털증거를 취급함에 있어 해석, 처리의 혼선을 가져 왔으며, 아직 명확하고 구체적인 실무 지침과 규정은 마련되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 디지털증거 확보체계는 이러한 혼선을 최소화하기 위해 디지털증거의 증거능력 유지를 위해 필요한 최소한의 요건을 정의하고, 이를 바탕으로 법정 제출시까지 동일성, 무결성과 이를 증명하기 위한 보관연속성(Chain of Custody) 등을 유지 관리하기 위해 수사기관간에 구축하고 있는 인프라 시스템이다. 본 고에서는 수사기관간의 디지털정보, 디지털증거 처리, 유통, 취급에 있어 문제점을 살펴보고, 이를 보완 개선하기 위한 그간의 노력과 향후 발전방향에 대해 고찰해 보고자 한다.

Nowadays contents of crimes are complicated and diversified because of differentiation and specialization of society. For this reason, special judicial police officer system that each special field officers investigate crimes related to their special fields is introduced to produce high quality private law service. Nevertheless, special judicial police officers who deal with fire crimes show many problems because they have less experiences and ability about investigation than general judicial police officers. Then, purpose of this study is deduction problems by analyzing cases of fire crimes and suggesting improvements which are ways to improve special judcial police officers's who investigate fire crimes efficiencies and professionalisms. Problems about investigation of fire crimes are absence of professional investigation agency, a shortage of professional workforce, absence of professional investigation officers education system. Improvements are creation professional investigation agency, securing experts, developing professional investigation officers education system, construction professional techniques manage system, introduction fire crime cases manage system.
