  • 2000년 이후 세계적인 기상이변과 환경변화는 지구촌 곳곳에 많은 인적 물적 피해를 가져 오고 있으며, 이러한 다양한 화재들은 우리에게도 예외 일 수는 없다. 여러 가지 원인으로 반복된 낙산사화재, 숭례문화재, 항일암 등. 문화재 화재는 우리의 유구한 문화유산의 소실은 물론 많은 국민들에게도 적지 않은 충격을 주고 있으며, 이러한 일들이 더 이상 반복되지 않도록 하기 위해서는 문화재 화재안전 및 방재 시스템에 적합한 보다 체계적인 수막설비의 인프라 구축과 문화재 화재 예방에 효과적인 방재시스템의 적용 및 관리규정 그리고 메뉼의 연구가 있어야 한다.

  • This paper aims to suggest the water curtain installation guideline for prevention of fire spread. The water curtain systems play a role in preventing fire spread which is caused by fire flames and radiation heat release from a fire source. The radiation attenuation ratio is affected by the water droplet size, vertical distance from the nozzle and flow rate. This study suggests the water curtain installation guideline as follows : (1) Investigation of a reference store array (2) Calculation of the number of drencher heads (3) Review of the relationship between droplet size and attenuation factor depending on the height of the drencher head (4) Review of a drencher head array and spray overlapping. The reference traditional market in which a fire compartment is installed using a water curtain can be predicted to have a radiation attenuation ratio of 50%.

  • 본 연구는 산림 공간에서 산불소화시설인 수관수막타워의 방수시간에 따른 화재에 미치는 영향을 FDS(Fire Dynamics Simulator, 화재시뮬레이션)로 비교하였다. 본 연구를 진행하기 위한 기본 조건은 수관수막타워 높이 20m, 방수길이 40m, 방수량 400Lpm으로 해석공간 상에 수막타워를 3기 설치하였다. 수관수막타워 작동 초반 화재온도 $668.5^{\circ}C$에서 작동 450초 후 $145.6^{\circ}C$으로 감소되는 효과를 볼 수 있다. 이는 '산불소화시설 설치 및 운영 관리 지침'의 제3조 11절 6항의 '수관수막설비는 산불 접근 예상시간보다 10분전에 가동되도록 해야 한다.'의 타당성을 마련할 수 있다.

  • 최근 우리 사회는 다양한 환경변화와 산업화 및 경제발전이라는 미명하에 그간 쉽게 생각한 것들이 이제는 새로운 사회의 문제로 이슈화 되고 있다. 그중 상가 밀집지역 및 주택가 등의 화재로 인한 피해가 가중되고 있으며 이러한 화재의 초기 대응이 원활하지 못할시 피해는 가중되어 상상을 초월하며 이러한 다양한 화재 예방 및 대응을 위한 이동형 수막설비와 모바일 소방장비의 도입이 좁은 통로길 화재예방 및 피해 저감을 위한 길이라 모색되어 연구를 하고자 한다.

  • This paper is study that the mathemetical model of water mebrane splinklikler capacity in fire prevention block. The methmetical investigation are performed about prediction of five temperature in room and water membrane splinkler capacity by use of experimental model. The good correlation between predicted and experimental results is indication the adequacy of the mothemetical model. However. further experimental and analytical worke are needed before a more general mathemetical model can be proposed.

Analysis of Correclations between Flow Rate, Pressure and Average Size of Droplet with Hydraulic Diameter of Water Curtain Nozzle (수막설비용 노즐의 수력직경 변화에 따른 방사유량, 방사압 그리고 액적의 평균 크기 상관관계 분석)

  • In this study, the correlations between flow rate, exhaust pressure, and droplet mean diameter with the shape factor of a water curtain nozzle were investigated. To analyze the flow coefficient and the distribution constant on the effects of the hydraulic diameter, five nozzles (D5W3, D5W6, D5W8, D4W6, and D7W6) were mocked up with a consideration of the internal diameter and width. The results showed that the flow coefficient increased in proportion to the constant 0.79 and 62.8 of the hydraulic diameters according to the diameter. As the nozzle width increased, the average droplet size decreased to the -0.235 exponential of the pressure. The average volume was reduced, in which the size distribution of the volume indeterminate decreased with increasing pressure for the same nozzle of the water-curtain. The distribution constants of droplet increased in proportion to the 0.258 exponential of the hydraulic diameter and 244.21. These results are expected to be useful to the design of pressure, flow meter, and average droplet size from a water curtain nozzle to predict the flow characteristics.

  • This paper is study about establishment with water membrane sprinkler in fire prevention block of special Building. The testing program was directed toward investigating the temperature of fire and adjacent room. The results of fire test indicated that under the test conditions in this study, adjacent room temperature is very low in compare with fire room temperature at operating of water membrane sprinkler. Therefore, if exclusion of smoking can be soluted, substitution of water membrance sprinkler in fire resistance wall of fire prevention block is possible.

  • Korea rapidly arranged urbanization and overpopulation with high growth of economy and all kinds of decrepit facilities are scattered all over the downtown. If there is a strong wind in fire, fire is rapidly increased by various fire spread factors. And Korea cannot build prediction model of urban fire combustion phenomena because there is no studies that physically explains the suitable flame phenomena for its real state.
