Pre-grouting for CHI of EPB shield TBM in difficult grounds: a case study of Daegok-Sosa railway tunnel (복합지반 EPB TBM 커터교체를 위한 그라우팅 수행 사례)

  • Railway projects have been consistently increasing in Korea. In relation to this trend, the mechanized tunneling using Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) is preferably applied for mining urban areas and passing under rivers. The TBM tunneling under difficult grounds like mixed faces with high water pressure could require ground improvements for stable TBM advance or safe cutter head intervention (CHI). In this study, pre-grouting works for CHI in Daegok-Sosa railway project are presented in terms of the grouting zone design, the executions and the results, the lessons learned from the experience. It should be mentioned that the grouting from inside TBM was carried out several times and turned out to be inefficient in the project. Therefore, grouting experiences from the surface are highlighted in this study. Jet grouting was implemented on CHI points on land, while permeation grouting off shore in the Han River, which mostly allow to access the cutter head of TBM in free air with stable faces. The results of CHI works have been analyzed and the lesson learned are suggested.

Properties of Perovskite Materials and Devices Fabricated Using the Solvent Engineered One-Step Spin Coating Method (단일 스텝 스핀 코팅 방법에서 증발 제어 공정 변경에 따른 페로브스카이트 박막 물성 및 태양 전지 소자 특성 변화에 관한 연구)

  • The one-step spin coating method is reported as an excellent thin film process because it can be easily used to fabricate high-quality methyl-ammonium lead tri-iodide ($MAPbI_3$) perovskite layers. One of the important things in the one-step spin coating method towards obtaining high-quality $MAPbI_3$ layers is the anti-solvent (AS) engineering, which consists of an one-step deposition of the $MAPbI_3$ film and dripping of the AS. The properties of the $MAPbI_3$ layer were found to be strongly influenced by the amount, dispensing speed, and spraying time of the AS solution. The $MAPbI_3$ solution was prepared by dissolving lead iodide and methyl-ammonium iodide in N,N-dimethylformamide and adding N,N-dimethyl sulfoxide. Diethyl ether (DE) was used for the AS solution. The results indicate that a $MAPbI_3$ layer appropriately sprayed with DE is beneficial for improving film quality and device efficiency because nucleation of $MAPbI_3$ layer is affected by the characteristics of DE, which affect the film's crystallinity, density, and surface morphology. The $MAPbI_3$ layer, which was optimized by using 0.7 mL of DE, a 3.03 mL/sec dispensing speed, and a 7 second time to spray after spinning showed the best efficiency of 13.74%, which was reproducible.

  • For extrusion processes in the process industry, the need to build smart factories is increasing. However, in most extrusion production sites, the production method is continuous, and because the properties of the data are undeed, it is difficult to process the data. In order to solve this problem, we present a methodology utilizing a near field communication (NFC) sensor rather than water-based data entry. To this end, a wireless network environment was built, and a data management method was designed. A non-contact NFC method was studied for the production performance-data input method, and an analysis method was implemented using the pivot function of the Excel program. As a result, data input using NFC was automated, obtaining a quantitative effect from reducing the operator's data processing time. In addition, using the input data, we present a case where a bottleneck is improved due to quality problems.

  • Vehicles experience changes in driving behavior due to the various facilities on the freeway. These sections may cause repetitive traffic congestion when the traffic volume increases, so safety issues may be raised. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to perform microscopic traffic analysis on these sections using drone images and to identify the causes of traffic problems. In the case of drone image, since trajectory data of individual vehicles can be obtained, empirical analysis of driving behavior is possible. The analysis section of this study was selected as the weaving section of Pangyo IC and the sag section of Seohae Bridge. First, the trajectory data was extracted through the drone image. And the microscopic traffic analysis performed on the speed, density, acceleration, and lane change through cell-unit analysis using Generalized definition method. This analysis results can be used as a basic study to identify the cause of the problem section in the freeway. Through this, we aim to improve the efficiency and convenience of traffic analysis.

  • This study investigates trends and changes in gender expression in film and animation. It compares how gender, race, and class discrimination that was socially and culturally expressed differently in past and modern media contents. Indiscriminate content appreciation by the "digital native" generation is likely to unconsciously create false stereotypes. In this study, 「Aladdin」(1992) and 「Aladdin」(2019) were analyzed. This study looks at in the characters have changed since the original, which was a 2D animation in 1992, was re-released as a live-action film in 2019. For character analysis, we compare and analyze major characters and find out the differences based on the nine personality types of Enneagram, which define human personality types. As a result, Princess Jasmine's character change was remarkable. In the past, Disney animations had the majority of patriarchal and male-dependent princess characters, but now Disney is aiming for self-directed and independent female characters. Also, scenes that could instill stereotypes of gender, race, and class were changed. Disney's change can be seen as expressing the gender image that the public wants. Analysis of the change in character's personality in these works can be a useful methodology for creating attractive characters for the public.

Vascular Plant Diversity of Sambong and Jaung Mountains in Paju City, Border Area of the Korean DMZ (DMZ접경지역에 위치한 파주시 삼봉산·자웅산 일대의 관속식물 다양성)

  • This study conducted a flora survey in the areas of Mt. Sambong (282m) and Mt. Jaung (263m), located in Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do. A total of 434 taxa, including 6 forms, 34 varieties, 11 subspecies, 383 species, 271 genera, and 94 families, were surveyed in the two mountain areas. The ferns were identified as 24 taxa from 10 families, the gymnosperms as 8 taxa from 2 families, the dicotyledonous plants as 322 taxa from 73 families, and the monocotyledonous plants as 80 taxa from 9 families. Five taxa, including Salix koriyanagi, Cimicifuga heracleifolia, Forsythia koreana, Paulownia coreana, and Hemerocallis hakuunensi, were identified as the Korean endemic plants. Eight taxa, including Cimicifuga heracleifolia, Tylophora floribunda, and Iris minutiaurea as Vulnerable species, andAristolochia contorta, Viola diamantiaca, Lithospermum erythrorhizon, Lilium distichum, andArisaema heterophyllumas Least Concern species, were designated as rare and endangered plants designated by the Korea Forest Service. The invasive alien plants were 40 taxa, including Rumex crispus, Phytolacca americana, Cerastium glomeratum, Silene armeria, Chenopodium album, Chenopodium ficifolium, Magnolia obovata, Potentilla supina, Amorpha fruticosa, Medicago sativa, Robinia pseudoacacia, Trifolium repens, Euphorbia supina, Hibiscus trionum, and Oenothera biennisaccounting for 9.2 percent of the 434 taxa of the surveyed plants. As this area is a mountainous area close to settlement facilities, it is believed that ecological preservation measures and measures of specialized plants should be implemented.

An Investigation for Driving Behavior on the On-Ramp Merging Section in Urban Underground Roads Using a Driving Simulator (주행 시뮬레이터를 활용한 도심 지하도로 유입연결로 합류부 주행행태 분석)

  • Unlike ground roads, the on-ramp merging section of underground roads cannot be seen by drivers of main road due to tunnels. In this study, a driving simulator was used for analysis, and virtual driving experiments were carried out to assess the driver's visibility for different design factors. The driver's driving behavior was analyzed by setting scenarios considering the length of chevron markings and the approach speed from the main road. The results of the analysis were used to determine the design factors for ensuring visibility when constructing the virtual driving environment for each scenario. These factors, including speed, lane change points, and driver's gaze ratios, were reviewed for significance using a statistical approach. As a result, in scenarios with a higher approach speed from the main road, it was discovered that there was a difference in driver's behavior between specific scenarios depending on the length of the section with chevron markings. Based on these findings, this study suggests implications and feasible solutions to improve driver safety on the on-ramp merging section of underground roads.

Vascular Plant of Bakdal Mountain and Myeongbong Mountain in Paju-city Gyeonggi-do (경기도 파주시 박달산·명봉산의 관속식물상)

  • In this study, we conducted a flora survey at Mt.Bakdal (363m) and Mt. Myeongbong (245.3m) in Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do. A total of 405 taxa, including 2 forms, 32 varieties, 8 subspecies, 363 species, 261 genera, and 87 families, were surveyed in the two mountain areas. The ferns were identified as 12 taxa from 6 families, the gymnosperms as 6 taxa from 2 families, the dicotyledonous plants as 290 taxa from 70 families, and the monocotyledonous plants as 97 taxa from 9 families. The remarkable plants included 8 taxa of the Korean endemic plants, which were Populus tomentiglandulosa, Salix koriyanagi, Clematis brachyura, Viola seoulensis, Forsythia koreana, Paulownia coreana, Weigela subsessilis, and Hemerocallis hakuunensis, and 3 taxa of the rare and endangered plants as designated by the Korea Forest Service, including Tylophora floribunda as Vulnerable (VU) species, and Viola albida and Chionanthus retusus as Least Concern (LC) species. The invasive alien plants were 35 taxa, including Rumex crispus, Phytolacca americana, Cerastium glomeratum, Chenopodium album, Chenopodium ficifolium, Lepidium virginicum, Amorpha fruticosa, Robinia pseudoacacia, and Trifolium repens, accounting for 8.5 percent of the 405 taxa of the surveyed plants. We intend to further identify plants through the studies on unsurveyed areas in the western part of the DMZ, identify the native habitats of rare and specialty plants, and use them as basic data for managing ecosystem-disturbing plants.

Ich rekonstruiere den Streit zwischen Jacobi und Lessing und danach interpretiere dessen Rezeption durch Hegel und Schleiermacher. Lessing stellt anstatt der traditionellen Begriffe der Gottheit ἑν ${\kappa}{\alpha}{\iota}$ ${\pi}{\alpha}{\nu}$ auf. $Demgegen{\ddot{u}}ber$ behauptet Jacobi Salto mortale um ihn ${\ddot{u}}berschreiten$ zu $k{\ddot{o}}nnen$, indem er Lessing als Pantheist und Atheist bestimmt. Salto mortale bei Jacobi ist der Sprung zu dem ${\ddot{U}}bernat{\ddot{u}}rlichen$ und dem Glaube. Der Streit zwischen Jacobi und Lessing ist der zwischen dem Naturalismus und ${\ddot{U}}bernaturalismus$ und $dar{\ddot{u}}berhinaus$ der zwischen dem Athismus und Theismus. $W{\ddot{a}}hrend$ die Natur der Inbegriff der Bedingten ist, ist Gott der absolute Anfang der Natur $au{\ss}erhalb$ des Naturzusammenhangs. $W{\ddot{a}}hrend$ Spinoza Gott im $nat{\ddot{u}}rlichen$ Zusammenhang begreift, $fa{\ss}t$ Jacobi den im ${\ddot{u}}bernat{\ddot{u}}rlichen$ auf. Deus sive natura bei Spinoza $ver{\ddot{a}}ndert$ sich Gott im Menschen bei Jacobi. Gott im Menschen ist nichts anders als das Prinzip des Lebens und das aller Vernuft. In diesem Zusammenhang $fa{\ss}t$ Hegel Gott als Geist denn Subjekt des Lebens auf und $h{\ddot{a}}lt$ das Wesen des Geistes $f{\ddot{u}}r$ die sich selbst vermittelnde Bewegung.   • As a new type of business model in the market competition situation of tour companies, this study has developed to the online form of the travel industry to the business form which is the combination of the electronic commerce function and the mobile service process in the provision of the simple web-site, This study explores the difficulties of change for the development of the travel industry from the point of view that recognition is not a simple marketing strategy diversification means but a change of recognition as a business model for expanding new markets or creating new markets. The factors affecting the choice of online travel agent (OTA) and the factors that influence the choice of online travel agency were analyzed. Were used for the empirical survey. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors influencing the choice of online travel agents who have experience with or experience using online travel agency (OTA), what factors are important to them, and how they differ in importance when visiting again. The results of this study are as follows: First, there was a significant difference between the first and second visitors of online travel agencies. The results of this study were as follows: Attitude toward resolving complaints, convenience of change and cancellation, delivery of tickets and documents, convenience of complaints, The emphasis should be on establishing and strengthening service environments such as the speed of updating the latest information, the simplicity of the booking procedure, the degree of satisfaction of the past, the ability of employees to handle their work, the safety of various payment methods and settlement, The results of this study are as follows: First, the satisfaction of the online travel agency is influenced by the selection factors of the selected online tour agency, and the A/S such as the convenience of prompt delivery, Environmental factors contributed to satisfaction. It is suggested that the systematic service structure such as customer satisfaction and ease of use is a necessary marketing strategy for survival and development of online travel agencies. It is suggested that the marketing concentration strategy with the first visitors as the target market is effective and this is a part of the marketing strategy for the survival of online travel agencies.
