  • 본 논문에서는 HEV배터리의 Lay-Out 변화의 형상 및 개수와 위치 변화에 따른 냉각 특성에 관하여 연구 하였다. Lay-Out의 형상과 위치 변화에 따른 온도, 압력, 속도를 분석 하였고, 1가지 기본 형상을 기준으로 2가지 형상 변화를 통하여 온도, 압력, 속도를 비교해 보았다. 사각형의 입, 출구의 위치의 개수 추가 했을 때 온도강하가 일어나는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 입구 형상을 원으로 하고 위치변화와 개수를 변화 하였을 때 사각형의 입구 보다 더 좋은 온도강하의 결과를 도출해 낼 수 있었다.

  • Interactions between a propeller and vortex system contained in a ship stern flow is treated theoretically. A new formulation to determine the effective velocity distributions is developed, which may be immediately applicable to the design and analysis of compound propulsors under the influence of severe vortical cross-flows around ship stern. An axisymmetric shear flow is represented by a system of ring vortices and the axial variation of the stream lines due to the action of propeller is represented by a cubic function. The strengths of ring vortices, which are varying along the stream lines, are determined by the conservation of angular momentum. Two simplified effective velocity models are proposed to confirm the theory. Sample calculations using the simplified models are made to compare with the results by other investigators.

  • The general theoretical solutions for the wavespeed and damping derived in Part 1 of this work, are incorporated into the computer code. In this paper the code is used in a parametric study of the influence of excitation frequency and variations in material properties on propagation velocity and damping. Compressional wave velocity for waves of the first kind is shown to vary as a function of the frequency-permeability product, with a zone where wavespeed transitions from a lower bound value to a higher bound value with increasing values of the product. Damping is seen to be a maximum where the rate of change in wavespeed is greatest. Waves of the second kind also show a transition in wavespeed from near zero at low values of the frequency-permeability product to an upper bound value at higher values of the product.

AN EVALUATION OF ROTATIONAL STABILITY IN ENDODONTIC ELECTRONIC MOTORS (근관치료용 전기모터의 회전 안정성 평가)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate a rotational stability of endodontic electronic motors by comparing the changes of rotational speed, depending on the number of usages and with/without static load. Twelve new endodontic electronic motors were used in this study. Non contact type digital tachometer was used for measuring the rotational speed of handpiece. True RMS Multimeter was used for measuring the voltages and the electric currents. All measurements were recorded every 10 seconds during 10 minutes and repeated 9 times. Five repetition was done per each electronic motor. To statistical analysis, student t-test, repeated measures and Scheffe's post-hoc tests were performed. In the same motor group, there was no significant difference in all measurements. In all groups, there was no significant difference in the amount of rotational speed changes depending on the number of usages and with/without static load. In the limitation of this study, the results showed that all kinds of endodontic electronic motors in this study had an established rotational stability. Therefore they could be safely used in root canal treatment with a reliable maintenance of rotational speed, regardless of the number of usages and with/without load.

A study on the change of prosodic units by speech rate and frequency of turn-taking (발화 속도와 말차례 교체 빈도에 따른 운율 단위 변화에 관한 연구)

  • This study aimed to analyze the speech appearing in the National Institute of Korean Language's Daily Conversation Speech Corpus (2020) and reveal how the speech rate and the frequency of turn-taking affect the change in prosody units. The analysis results showed a positive correlation between intonation phrase, word phrase frequency, and speaking duration as the speech speed increased; however, the correlation was low, and the suitability of the regression model of the speech rate was 3%-11%, which was weak in explanatory power. There was a significant difference in the mean speech rate according to the frequency of the turn-taking, and the speech rate decreased as the frequency of the turn-taking increased. In addition, as the frequency of turn-taking increased, the frequency of intonation phrases, the frequency of word phrases, and the speaking duration decreased; there was a high negative correlation. The suitability of the regression model of the turn-taking frequency was calculated as 27%-32%. The frequency of turn-taking functions as a factor in changing the speech rate and prosodic units. It is presumed that this can be influenced by the disfluency of the dialogue, the characteristics of turn-taking, and the active interaction between the speakers.

Experimental analysis on the morphologic changes and adaption of the channels to floodplain vegetation (홍수터 식생에 의한 하도의 지형변화와 적응과정 실험적 분석)

  • This study investigates the evolution processes of alternate bars in the channel with bank stability by vegetation by laboratory experiment. Laboratory experiments are conducted to elucidate the behavior of alternate bars by the influence of riparian vegetation on the rivers with erodible banks. To control bank stability of the channel, the actual vegetation, alfalfa, is grown by adjusting the density of alfalfa on the flood plain. As the vegetation density increases in the flood plain, the bank erosion rates and the channel widening rates decrease and the bank stability increases. The alternate bars migrate slow downstream over time. Moreover, the bars in a channel with strong banks migrate rapidly, which is related with the aspect ratio, that is, width to depth ratio. The bar wavelength decrease with vegetation density. Our laboratory experiments show that the behavior of bars differ according to bank strength.

방사속도가 Poly (Ethylene 2,6-Naphtalene-dicarboxylate) 섬유의 결정화거동에 미치는 영향

  • 방사속도를 500~5,500 m/min까지 변화시켜 만든 Poly(Ethylene 2,6-Naphthalenedicarboxylate)(PEN) 섬유의 Morphology 및 결정화거동을 DSC, XRD 및 Synchrotron Radiation을 이용하여 조사하였다. 밀도 및 복굴절률을 측정하여 방사속도가 증가함에 따라서 as-spun fiber의 구조를 살펴보았다. 또 DSC의 1차 승온과정으로부터 미연신사의 승온결정화 개시온도를 관찰하였으며 ㅡㅇ온결정화과정으로부터 결정화속도를 측정하였다. XRD 및 광가속도기를 이용하여 방사속도에 따른 섬유의 미세구조를 관찰하였으며 온도가 올라감에 따라 결정형태 및 결정화거동이 어떻게 달라지는지 확인하였다.

  • 자동차용 추진축의 위험회전속도를 원심력에 의한 탄성변형의 관계로부터 유도하여 보았다. 회전체의 unbalance량은 보통 회전속도에 관계없이 거의 일정하나 자동차용 추진축과 같이 외 경에 비하여 전장이 길고 고속회전하는 경우에는 축의 탄성변형에 의하여 unbalance량이 커진다. 회전속도에 따른 unbalance 변화량을 역시 원심력-탄성변형관계로부터 구하고 balancing을 위한 최적회전속도, tube의 편심도 기타 balancing 작업을 어렵게 하는 요소들에 대하여 정리하여 보았다.

P ProPOSLD velocity pattern also shorten the landing time to the target position.

  • 분사연료의 혼합기형성과정 최적화를 통한 연소제어 기술은 디젤기관의 기관운전 및 배기특성을 향상시키기 위하여 매우 중요하다. 또한 분무의 혼합기형성 최적화를 위해서는 분사된 연료와 주위기체와의 혼합과정에 영향을 미치는 분무내부의 유동특성에 대한 연구는 필수 불가결하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 고온 고압의 증발장에서 분무의 액상 거동에 주목하고, 그 거동특성을 통하여 증발디젤분무의 혼합기형성을 해석한다. 비정상 증발분무의 중심축에 레이저 시트광을 입사한 후, 액상분무 액적의 Mie 산란광에 의한 2차원 화상을 획득하여 증발분무 액상의 속도분포 및 와도(vorticity) 등을 구하였다. 분무의 속도분포 및 와도는 2차원 화상에 PIV법을 적용하여 계산하였다. 그림 1에 본 연구에서 구한 속도분포의 일례를 보인다. 본 연구의 결과로 상변화를 동반하는 비정상 증발장에서 구한 분무액상의 거동 특성은 상변화가 일어나지 않는 비증발장에 있어서의 분무거동특성과 유사함을 확인하였다.
