컴퓨터의 지속적인 발전은 개인용 컴퓨터에서도 멀티미디어 기능이 가능토록 되었으며, 각종 패키지와의 자료교환을 이용하여 여러 분야에서 많이 활용하고 있다. 특히 멀티미디어 툴로 이용되는 TooIBook은 하이퍼미디어 시스템 개발에 많이 이용되고 있으며, 통계 패키지인 Xlisp은 다이니믹 그래픽 통계 소프트웨어로 실시간 자료계산에 많이 이용되고 있다. 본 논문은 통계에 대한 기본 지식이 없으며, 통계패키지의 사용에 익숙하지 않은 비전문가들에게 각종 통계 자료계산에 도움을 주기 위하여 TooIBook의 하이퍼미디어 기능과 Xlisp의 기능을 DDE로 결합하여 실시간에 각종 자료를 계산하므로 모수를 추정할 수 있도록 해주기 때문에 각종 통계 자료를 보다쉽게 추정할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영세한 국내 소프트웨어 개발 업체들의 인지도 향상과 소프트웨어 산업의 자발적인 품질 개선 노력 유도를 위해 소프트웨어 품질 인증 사업이 2001년 1월부로 가동되었다. 소프트웨어 품질 인증을 위해서는 소프트웨어 품질을 시험.평가하기 위한 여러 기술들이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 소프트웨어 품질 시험.평가 기술들 중 시험.평가 방법 측면에서 현재까지 연구되어 적용되고 있는 현황을 중심으로 기술하고자 한다.

The SW market has greatly growing up according as rapid progressing of the smart fusion, nowadays. But, the portion of Korea in the global SW market is no more than 2.2%. Especially, the portion of Korea's package SW is very much fragile than it of the global companies and lower than it of embedded SW in Korea. It is caused by weak competitiveness of Korea's package SW and the politic support of government is fainter than it of other SW kinds. So, this article will grasp the actual state of domestic package SW industry through data and case study, drew the improving problems of the package SW policy, and propose the cultivating policies of the package SW.

Even support-and-management efforts by government are enforced with the growing international restrictions for complying with global standard, not a few private enterprises are still suffering software management problems from lack of understanding the software asset management and carelessness of the software management. This is due to the ambiguous scope of software asset management as well as characteristics of software property such as invisibility, easiness of copy and installation. In other words, it is not easy for software managers to comply all the information throughout the software life cycle; from purchasing, procurement. distribution, preservation to disposition. Therefore, Inspector which has been developed for resolving these problems are proposed in this study. The inspection service consists of search algorithms adapted for software characteristics, standardization of software right management information, and practical use of registry information. Inspection time for a PC by using inspector make the inspection time much shorter. It is also shown that effective software management enables the enterprise to curtail software acquisition cost and to help rationalizing its business management.

최근 XML 문서가 급증함에 따라 웹-기반 XML 응용 문서의 중요성이 많이 부각되고 있는 실정이다. 웹-기반 XML 응용 문서의 대표적인 예로 OSD, CDF가 있다. OSD 포맷은 소프트웨어 패키지와 그들간의 관계를 정의하는 것으로 CDF 문서 등에서 많이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 이에 대한 객체 모델링이 제안된 바 없어, 소프트웨어를 재사용하려는 사람들마다 별도의 양식으로 이들 관계를 표현하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문은 UML의 다양한 관련성을 이용하여 OSD와 CDF 문서를 클래스 다이어그램으로 표현하고자 한다. 이를 위한 CDF와 OSD로부터 글래스 다이어그램 구성 요소로의 사상 규칙과 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 연구의 의의는 소프트웨어 패키지간의 구현과 실체 관계를 UML 형태로 일관되게 표현하고 클래스 다이어그램 형태로 출력하여, 객체지향적인 문서 관리의 기반이 되도록 하는 것이다.

외계행성 탐색시스템의 망원경-카메라 제어 시스템 및 소프트웨어 구성과 관측 유틸리티에 대해 소개한다. 망원경 제어 소프트웨어는 천문 위치보정, 포인팅, 돔 회전 등을 담당하는 PC-TCS 프로그램, 망원경 적경-적위 축 서보 제어를 담당하는 full-closed loop PID 컨트롤 프로그램, 포커서, 필터박스, 돔 셔터, 주경냉각, 온도 모니터 등의 보조 시스템을 제어하는 AUX controls 프로그램으로 구성된다. 카메라 제어 소프트웨어는 모자이크로 구성된 여러 CCD를 각각 독립적으로 제어하는 IC(Instrument Control) 패키지와 이들을 총괄 제어하는 ICS(IC Science) 패키지로 구성되며 망원경과 카메라 소프트웨어의 인터페이스 역할을 하는 TCS Agent 프로그램이 포함된다. 관측 진행을 돕는 유틸리티로서 관측제어 명령어 입력 및 관측 스크립트 구동 기능을 제공하는 OBS Agent 프로그램과 가이드 CCD를 이용한 시상 모니터링 및 자동초점조정 프로그램을 개발하여 활용하고 있다. 각 소프트웨어는 UDP, TCP/IP, RS-232, Redis server 등 다양한 인터페이스를 통하여 서로 통신하며, CCD 영상 자료 전달을 위해 RAM(Random Access Memory) 디스크와 Network File System(NSF)을 이용하고 있다.
