이 연구는 2007년 1월 1일부터 동년 12월 31일까지 1년간 대전 소재 일개대학병원에서 수술 취소된 총 146명의 환자를 대상으로 하였으며, 계획된 수술의 취소율을 극소화하여 병원 경영의 합리적 개선과 진료 만족도를 증가시키고자하는 목적에서 이루어졌다. 조사대상자의 성별 분포를 보면, 남자 56.8%, 여자 43.2%로 여자보다 남자가 높은 분포를 보였다. 수술 취소 원인을 살펴보면 수술취소까지 이르지 않을 수 있었던 사항과 불가항력적으로 수술을 취소해야 할 사항으로 나눌 수 있는데, 이런 분류를 통해 전체 수술 취소 사유 중 60.0%는 예방이 가능했던 사항이라고 했다. 본 연구결과를 기초로 타 연구자와 병원관리자에게 수술 취소율 감소 개선을 위한 정책방향의 수립을 제언한다.

This study examined prevailing parents' knowledge of eye health for young children. 139 mothers responded to a questionnaire developed by the researchers. Mothers had general eye health knowledges regardless of their age, education level, and job, but they had less knowledges about children's eye health in some items. Therefore there is a need to develop education programs and materials for eye health as well as a need to provided for young children's parents.

0 현 철도조직의 운영 실태는 지능식 조직에 따른 수직적 계통의식의 심화로 부문간 협조체계가 미흡하고, 경영성과에 대한 책임소재가 불분명하며, 원가의식이 희박한 것으로 진단하고 있음 0 공사화를 계기로 시장원리에 의한 책임경영 확보를 위해 조직구조를 포함한 경영체제를 다음과 같이 개편할 계획임 0 조직구조는 현 조직을 전면 해체하여 사업부제 구조로 개편하고자 함 기본구조는 본사스랩, 사업본부, 직할기관, 지사 및 정비창 그러고 현업 기관으로 구성하되, 사업본부는 철도업무의 핵심 기능별로 영업, 시설, 건설, 차량 및 사업개발본부로 구분하며, 현재의 지방청 및 현업소속도 본부별로 재편할 계획입 0 사업본부간에는 경영성과 및 책임의 영확회를 위해 내부거래시스댐을 도입하여 상호견제와 선의의 경쟁의식을 제고시키고자 함 O 한편, 경영평가시스템을 활성화하여 부문별 성과중 부진사항에 대한 원인분석과 사후대책 수립에 활용하며, 평가의 결과에 따라 인센티브 브를 제공할 것임 0 위와같은 개편체제를 통하여 구성원들의 성과개선 의식을 함양하고, 기반이 구축된 후 중장기적으로는 외주화, 자회사화등을 통한 가벼운 조직을 추구할 것임 0 포한, 업무전산화.자동화등 운영시스댐을 정비하고, 미래의 성장 목표언 비전을 명확히 제시하여 의식 및 업무수행 스타일의 개혁을 유도하며, 철도가 생활.문화.정보의 Center로서 역할을 수행할 수 있는 철도문화를 개발.창조하고자 함

The Utilizing patterns of the library were grasped by the citation analysis of the foreign academic journals. From 2002 to 2003, the professors of J University in J city referred to 4,749 foreign journals in their 258 articles published in the domestic journals. Among them, 1,030 pieces on engineering. 741 on natural science, 2,286 on social sciences, 636 on human sciences and 56 on arts and sports were analyzed. The Result of the analysis showed that more journals were cited than the monographs in the fields of engineering, natural science and social science. In addition. $68.2\%$ of the citations were out of the journals listed in SCI. The Journals within 6-10 years in their publication were the most preferably cited.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain what kinds of books are selected for 'One Book, One City' campaign in Korea since 2003. For the purpose 473 selected books are analyzed. Based on the general overview of the campaign, selected books are analyzed by publication year, author, genre, and subject. From the analysis three preference tendencies in book selecting came out as newly published books, children's books, and regional characteristics reflected books.

As the time of edutainment has come, the importance of storytelling is attracting attention gradually in order to facilitate learners to receive and absorb information and knowledge. This research aims at observing how animations in the design of storytelling of edutainment affect elementary students and proposing learning-procedure and storyboard regarding to the storytellings based on animation. Thus, it could successfully establish plots and characters of the proverb learning appropriate to the elementary students and by applying them to the animations raise the importance of storytellings in the development of edutainment contents.

With the introduction of internet applications to the hotel industry hotel customers are very willing to use the electronic communication tools in their both searching information and purchasing behaviors. It is generally agreed that the internet communication tools can be a strategic one for less competitive hotels in the traditional marketing environment. This study found that there are significant differences among several classifications of hotels in the use of internet communications as a marketing tool. The study also found that there are some possibilities for local hotels to overcome the current marketing handicaps with internet communications.

The mobile content which adopts the subject matter of wired online game with interoperability element is in service. This is one of the plans which are the possibility of benefiting wired online game in game industry. In this paper, interoperability method of game content between wired and wireless classifies this with three branches and it tries to analyze the interrelationship of the interoperability element and interoperability types adopted in many wired online games. And, the development of interoperability server is composed of mobile server which takes charge of I/O process of mobile device and game server records all information of users in the game. With developing the content which is suitable in specific game(Ran-Online), this paper presents the development method of game content through interoperability between wired and wireless.

대전은 전국에서 R&D투자가 많은 지역으로 이는 출연연 및 출연연 출신 연구원의 기술창업의 증가로 나타나는 현상으로 볼 수 있다. R&D가 많이 투자됨에 따라 이에 따른 효율성에 대한 분석들이 많이 이루어지고 있으며, 주로 R&D 투자가 대한 지역내총생산, 기업의 생산성 등에 미치는 영향 즉 R&D투자의 효율성 분석을 많이 하고 있다. 본고에서는 지역 R&D투자가 기업의 생산성에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는 지를 분석하였다. 특히 지역특화(전략)산업 분야별로 분석하여 지역 R&D 투자의 효율적 배분을 위한 전략방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 분석을 위해서 생산성에 대한 대리변수로 종업원 1인당 매출액 종업원 1인당 부가가치를 종속변수로 설정하였고, 독립변수로 연구개발비, 종업원 1인당 영업이익, 종업원 1인당 자본집약도 등의 변수를 다중회귀모형으로 실증분석 하였다. 분석결과 R&D투자가 매출액과 부가가치에 유의한 영향을 미치지만, 연구개발비가 매출액이나 부가가치 등 생산성 증가에 결정적인 요인으로 나타나지 않았다. 산업별 분석결과 정보통신, 바이오산업보다 부품소재 산업에서 결정계수가 높게 나왔다. 또한 조절회귀모형을 설정하여 조절효과를 분석한 결과 R&D투자는 매출액에 영향을 미치지만, 부가가치는 조절효과가 발생하지 않았다. 이는 지역 R&D투자의 효율적 배분 측면에서 투자의 활성화를 이루고 연구개발 투자가 실질적으로 기업의 생산성 증가에 기여할 수 있도록 견인해야 할 것이다.

This study was carried out to investigate the publishing culture in Gwangju during the period of Japanese occupation. From the bibliographical study through the existing books, it was found that mainly genealogical records, biographies, collective literature, geography books were published. Particularly many books were published from 1929 until 1942. It was a noticeable change in this period that several modern publishers and printing houses appeared. In 1930s the active publishing companies were established in Gwangju, such as Gwangmyungdang, Namjin Printing House, Samkidang, Youngrimdang, Sungmundang etc. These companies were located at Numun-jung, Kung-jung, Daewha-jung, Myungchi-jung, Kum-jung, repectively. They published books by Seokpan(石版)-printing unlike the publishers in Seoul.
