법원도서관은 재판사무를 지원하기 위하여 도서, 기타 도서관 자료 및 사법자료를 수집ㆍ정리ㆍ보존ㆍ편찬ㆍ발간하며, 도서관자료 및 사법자료에 관한 정보제공과 도서관 봉사의 역할을 수행하고 있는 전문도서관으로, 서울에 있는 법원도서관을 중심으로 각 지방법원, 사법연수원도서실 등 전국적으로 24개의 도서실에 총 22만권의 도서(이 중 19만권이 법률도서)를 소장하고 있다.

지난 3월 1일 <학교도서관저널>이 창간되었다. 도서관계로서는 무척 반갑고 기쁜 일이었기에 <학교도서관저널>을 많은 도서관인들에게 소개하고 싶었다. 이에 <도서관문화> 편집팀도 <학교도서관저널> 한기호 발행인(한국출판마케팅연구소장)을 찾아, 도서관을 연상시킬 만큼 책이 가득한 사무실에서 세상과 마주한지 얼마 되지 않은 따끈따끈한 저널이 제 집 찾아갈 준비를 하는 모습을 보면서 <학교도서관저널>에 대해 이야기를 나누었다.

본 논문에서는 먼저 조개미(趙開美)${\ulcorner}$중경전서(仲景全書)${\lrcorner}$중의 ${\ulcorner}$상한론(傷寒論)${\lrcorner}$에 ‘초각(初刻)’과 ‘보각(補刻)’의 구별이 있음을 밝혔다. 초각본(初刻本)은 일본(日本) 풍산비부(楓山秘府)에 소장되어 있는데 오자(誤字)나 궐문(闕文)이 많고 서구(書口)가 일정하지 않다. 이것을 일본(日本) 안정삼년(安政三年) (1856년(年))에 굴천제모(川濟摹)가 새겼는데, 굴천제본(川濟本)(안정본(安政本)이라고도 함)이 중국에 미친 영향은 매우 크다. 조개미(趙開美)는 원판(原版)의 판목상(板木上)에서 오자(誤字)를 바로잡고 궐문(闕文)을 보충하였으며 서구(書口)를 정렬하였는데 이것이 ‘보각(補刻)’본(本)이다. 보각본(補刻本)은 현재 대만 고궁박물원도서관(故宮博物院圖書館)과 중의연구원도서관(中硏究院圖書館)에 소장되어 있다. 북경국가도서관(北京國家圖書館)에 소장되어 있는 것은 대만본의 마이크로필름이다. 1923년(年)에 운철초가 안정본(安政本)을 저본으로 삼아 영인(影印)하고 이를 송본(宋本)${\ulcorner}$상한론(傷寒論)${\lrcorner}$이라고 칭하면서 많은 사람들이 헷갈리게 되었다. 1990년(年)에 류도주(劉渡舟)가 처음으로 북경국가도서관(北京國家圖書館)에 소장된 송본(宋本)${\ulcorner}$상한론(傷寒論)${\lrcorner}$마이크로필름을 저본으로 교주(校注)한 이후에 비로소 송본(宋本)의 전문(全文)을 볼 수 있게 되었다. 여러 판본을 자세히 비교해본 결과 초각본(初刻本)과 보각본(補刻本)에 많은 차이점이 있을 뿐만 아니라, 초각본(初刻本) 사이에도 다른 점이 있음을 발견하였는데, 쉽게 이해하기 힘든 측면이 있다.

Efforts to establish a joint preservation facility for library collection are being discussed by some of regional representative libraries recently. In order for the efficient management and preservation of public library materials and to secure the space necessary for applying new services, there is a high demand for a cooperative shared storage for public libraries. The construction of a cooperative shared storage for public libraries is to minimize the cost of expanding the preservation space for each public library and to provide a pleasant service environment by separating the low-use materials stored in the library. Accordingly, discussions on the construction of a cooperative shared storage for public libraries are being initiated by some representative libraries. This study, in this regard, tried to propose a plan to build a cooperative shared storage for public libraries by a Seoul Metropolitan Library. To this end, it surveyed the estimate size of the collections of public libraries in Seoul and, based on this, proposed the size and strategies for the facility.

정보의 급격한 증가와 내용의 전문화 경향으로 인해 개별 도서관이 이용자가 원하는 모든 정보를 소장하는 것은 오늘날 거의 불가능하게 되었고, 따라서 도서관정보망 구축을 통한 자원의 공동활용이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 미국의 대학도서관 정보망 사례 및 국내 도서관정보망의 현황을 살펴보고 효과적인 대학도서관 지역정보망의 모형을 제시하고자 한다.

Information users depend more and more on portal sites for Internet navigation. These circumstances are reflected in academic information market especially. As the path of contacting public knowledge information, many institutions of information creation and services are collaborating with portal sites. At this point in time, it is necessary to consider linking libraries services with portal sites. Especially university libraries which have been recognized as private facilities of each university must to be considered as public facilities of local community. So it is desirable to develop method for linking university library services with portal sites for revitalizing university library services. This paper presents methods linking library OPACs with portal sites, through surveying oversea's cases and situation of domestic portal sites.

정보화사회에서 정보자원의 핵심인 도서관은 출판물의 증가, 정보매체의 다양화 등으로 인해 이용자가 원하는 모든 정보를 소장한다는 것은 불가능하므로 도서관 상호대차를 통한 정보의 공유와 유통이 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 도서관정보의 공유와 유통을 활성화하기 위하여 대량의 정보를 고속으로 전송할수 있는 초고속 정보통신망을 이용한 도서관 상호 대차(ILL)시스템의 개념모델을 제안한다.
