Ownership of an asset can be identified with the right to exercise "residual control" where the contract is silent about decision rights, or with the right to receive any "residual returns" that remain after contractual. obligations are fulfilled. Although the concept of "ownership" seems reasonably clear in many of the cases, the concepts of residual control and the residual returns that define ownership are actually quite elusive. For large corporations, there is really no single individual who owns both the residual returns and the residual control. Despite the limited qualifications, ownership is clearly. the most common and effective meas to motivate people to create, maintain, and improve the value of assets. In this paper, we try to clarify the relationships among financial structure, ownership, and corporate control with the concept of ownership defined as the residual control and the residual returns, Financial securities are not just claims to part of a firm's net income. They give the security holder certain rights. A careful matching of rights of control and returns can create incentives that increase total value of the firms. In the corporate firms, managers, lenders, and shareholders have different interests. And the financial structure affects how different those interests are and what decisions management will make. Managers are, in general, better informed than investors about the firm's prospects. The financial decisions by managers may affect investors' beliefs and, therefore, the price of shares and the value of the firm.

The intellectual property system was very important to the past industrial society. It is so important to the 21C information age. It is a leading role to developing these information society. Not only the digital content control but the technology of program source code for the intellectual property is so much mean to international competition. On occurring disputation property, we have to prove the fact, there is a problem to show the original source code. In this paper, we simulate the digital licence for program source code to prevent the infringement of copyright and the tipping-off information.

The digital watermark is one of important techniques to solve copyright authentication problems of digital media. Researches on the digital watermark are rapidly increasing in various media. The watermark system can resist some attacks such as signal attack, geometric attack and protocol attach. However, so far the robustness of the watermark needs to be improved. This paper suggests a watermarking technique with which a watermark is embedded on a coefficient of wavelet-based frequency band and extracted from it for protection of property rights and authentication of Blackfin processor-based digital sound. By carrying out hardware implementation of the suggested sound watermarking, the commercialization of protection of property rights and robustness of watermarks resulted from development of high-level programs can be confirmed.

This study proposes a land action plan for stabilization of the North Korea in fundamental guarantees of life, social security and social system in order to minimize the social disruption and economic losses by identifying the administrative and operational status of the land in North Korea. Land action plan for North Korea is that the state holds the whole land ownership for a certain period through re-nationalization of the land by not admitting the former owner's ownership and distributes the land to the currently occupying personal and set the land use permission and later land ownership will be introduced and land use permit will be gradually privatized.

RFID thecnology has been widely adopted by industries for supply chain management. When a product item is manufactured RFID tag is attached to the product item and supply chain management among factories, distributors, retailers and customers needs to handle ownership transfer for the product item carefully. With RFID technology, the secure and efficient ownership transfer protocol is an important issue for the identification of product items and the overall system efficiency on supply chain. Many ownership transfer protocols have been proposed now. They have security problems and use complex operations such as encryption operation and hash function. Lo et al. proposed a protocol using lightweight operations such as shift, addition, XOR, and random number generation[1]. However, this protocol has a security problem in which the secret key between the tag and the new owner is disclosed to the attackers, and it is also weak against the Fraud attack[2]. In this paper, we propose a new ownership transfer protocol using lightweight operations such as shift, addition, and random number generation. This protocol is the modified version of Lo et al.'s protocol and is secure against the security attacks.

This study examines performances of cooperatives relative to investor-owned firms in the US electric power industry. Using a panel data of firms from 2001 to 2014, the results show that cooperatives operate under conditions of more difficult capital constraints associated with the higher cost of debt and limited access to external equity capital. While investor-owned utilities, especially the large utilities that are less capital constrained, take benefits from substantial scale economies existing in the industry, the marginal cost of operation substantially increases with output for cooperatives. I do not find differences in profitability between the two ownership structures, measured by return on assets and return on equity. Plant capacity utilization, which is a measure of plant efficiency conditional on the operation, is also not statistically different between the two groups.

Digital contents such as image need both secure proving and publicly verification scheme on embedded digital watermark for contents distribution and copyright protection. Specially, we must provide publicly verification mechanism on digital watermark without revealing any of the secret information hidden on digital contents. In this paper, we review on the existing zero knowledge proofs and digital watermarking system, and propose advanced interactive zero knowledge proofs mechanism for enhancing the performance and security of watermark verification process. And it Provides a new watermark verification scheme without revealing any secret on the contents owner's copyright in formation.

웹 콘텐츠의 특성상 분배, 복제 및 조작이 용이하기 때문에 원 정보의 저작권 침해로 인한 재산권 침해 피해가 나날이 증가하고 있어, 막대한 비용이 투자된 웹 콘텐츠의 무단도용을 방지하고 분쟁 발생시 소유권에 대한 분쟁을 해결하기 위한 노력이 계속되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 콘텐츠의 소유권 및 저작권 보호를 위한 오디오 콘텐츠에 대한 워터마크 생성, 삽입 및 검출, 검증 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 본 시스템은 저작권 보호에 대한 전문지식이 없는 일반관리자도 용이하게 이용할 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스를 갖추고 있으며, 이러한 디지털 오디오 워터마킹의 적용을 통한 소유권 및 저작권 보호는 궁극적으로 콘텐츠 제작 의뢰자로 하여금 제작 의지를 강화하여 제작 의뢰 건수를 증가시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대되어 문화콘텐츠 등의 디지털 콘텐츠 제작업체의 매출 신장에 도움을 주게될 것이다.

암호데이터 중복제거 기술이란 클라우드 서버에 전송된 데이터를 기존의 클라우드 서버에 저장된 데이터와 비교하여 데이터의 중복된 저장을 방지하는 기술이다. 이러한 데이터 중복제거 기술은 다양한 보안 위협이 발생하는데, 이 중 소유권 위조 공격은 원본 데이터를 소유하지 않은 공격자가 데이터의 소유권을 획득하여 클라우드 스토리지에 저장된 데이터를 취득할 수 있는 위협이다. 이러한 위협을 해결하기 위해 암호화 기술을 적용한 여러 기술들이 제안되어왔지만 과도하게 많은 통신 횟수와 연산량으로 인해 효율성이 떨어지는 문제가 존재한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 클라우드 스토리지에 저장되는 데이터의 기밀성과 무결성을 보장하며, 연산량과 통신량 측면에서 효율적인 암호데이터 중복제거 기술을 제안한다.
