강원도 춘천시에 위치한 소양호는 북한강 상류수계로서 1973년에 준공된 우리나라 최대의 인공호이다. 소양호는 준공 이후 주변 유역의 인구밀집도가 낮고 오염물질 유입원이 적어 빈영양호의 수질을 보였다. 준공 후 소양호 수질에 영향을 미친 주요 환경요인으로는 1980-90년대 가두리 양식, 1990년대 후반부터 현재까지 지속되는 문제는 상류에서 강우시 발생된 탁수유입이 있다. 이러한 환경 문제로, 소양호에서는 식물플랑크톤 일차생산력, 동물플랑크톤 및 식물플랑크톤 장기변동, 용존산소 일주기 변동, 호수 내 유기물 분포 등의 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 가두리 양식장의 철거로 한 가지 요인은 해결되었으나 상류 탁수 유입 문제는 현재까지 진행 중이다. 소양호에서는 매해 여름철 탁수 유입이 지속적으로 발생하고 있으며 부영양화를 초래할 수 있는 주요한 문제이다. 이에 본 연구는 소양호에서의 장기적인 생태계 변동성 연구를 위해 1982년부터 현재까지 월 1-4회 수질 모니터링을 실시 중이며, 수질항목은 SS(Suspended Solids), TN(Total Nitrogen), TP(Total Phosphorus), BOD(Biochemical Oxygen Demands), TOC(Total Organic Carbon), Chl-a(Chlorophyll-a)에 대해 분석을 진행하고 있다. 기존 연구에서는 주-월 단위로 모니터링을 실시하여 강우에 의한 탁수 유입, 타 오염원에 의한 오염물질 및 유기물 유입으로 인한 실시간 수질 변동을 파악할 수 없었으며, 이벤트 발생 이후의 경과만 관찰할 수 있는 한계점이 있었다. 그러나 앞으로의 진행될 연구는 고빈도 센서를 이용하여 실시간 짧은 간격으로 모니터링하여 소양호 수질의 일주기 변동 분석과 오염원 유입과 같은 이벤트 발생 전·후 비교 및 실시간 수질변동에 대해 연구하는 것이며, 기존 데이터와 함께 진행될 연구의 데이터를 활용하게 된다면 소양호에서의 장기적인 수질 변화를 분석하는 데 효과적일 것으로 예상된다.

With advances in information and communication technologies, many innovative technologies have been developed. Those technologies are changing every aspect of our daily life. Especially smart technologies are changing our life dramatically. Smart devices such as tablet PCs and smart phones are used in education so that new concept called "smart learning" is created and used. Currently smart learning becomes popular in accordance with wide distribution of smart devices and smart contents in schools. In order to compare and check the current status and progress of individuals in smart environment, we need smart literacy standards. However, there has been only few works for smart literacy standards for teachers and students. Also, those standards need to be improved. The purpose of this paper is to develop smart literacy standards for teachers and students in smart learning environment. The proposed literacy standards are developed based on the existing ICT literacy standards. In this work, smart literacy standards consist of four main areas, smart education, smart knowledge, smart application, and smart ethics, respectively. For development of smart literacy, wide experts from teachers, professors, and researchers are selected and surveyed. Their responses are analyzed using through statistical analysis so that final smart literacy standards are obtained.

디지털 소양의 용어는 2022 개정 교육과정에서 새롭게 다루어지는 개념이다. 그동안은 디지털 소양의 의미를 담은 다양한 용어들이 각 교과 특성에 맞게 혼재되어 사용되어 왔다. 하지만 2022 개정 교육과정에서는 모든 교과에서 디지털 소양을 다룰 것을 강조하고 있기 때문에 각 교과와의 개념에 대한 합의가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 2015 개정 교육과정의 초등 각 교과에서는 디지털 소양과 관련된 어떤 용어들이 사용되어왔는지 분석해보고자 한다.

This study investigated the relationship between the ecological literacy and the sense of happiness of child day care teachers. One hundred twenty -five child care teachers in the Incheon and Kyunggi areas were participated in this study. Data responses from day care teachers were analyzed sing SPSS 17. The results were as follows. First, generally, there was a significant difference in ecological literacy depending on child day care teachers' carre, experiences in early childhood, and in-service teacher program. However, there was no difference in ecological literacy except in ecological literacy attitude depending on child day care teachers' academic area. Second, there was a correlations between the ecological literacy and the sense of happiness of child day care teachers. This study will provide basic information to better understand the relationship between the ecological literacy and the sense of happiness of child day care teachers.

This study was conducted in order to examine the effects of humanistic knowledge and empathy ability on cultural competence of nursing students. A convenience sample of 250 nursing students were recruited. The average scores were 2.50 for humanistic knowledge, 3.40 for empathy ability, and 3.33 for cultural competence. Humanistic knowledge had positive correlation with cultural competence. Also, the empathy ability was positively correlated with humanistic knowledge and cultural competence. Finally, cultural competence, empathy ability and level of academic score have shown to influence cultural competence. The research founds that humanistic knowledge, empathy ability and level of academic score influenced cultural competence of nursing students. Therefore, this study provides the basic information for improving the curriculum and quality of nursing for nursing students' cultural competency enhancement.

This study investigates the effects of the operation of science activity program on scientific literacy focusing on science cultural literacy and core competencies for pre-service teachers. 255 pre-service teachers of K University participated, and the effects of the program were examined through a paired-sample t-test with one group pretest-posttest design for science cultural literacy. Only the post-test was conducted on core competency growth perception, and differences in growth perceptions by competency were compared using ANOVA. As a result of the study, the average of pre-service teachers was higher than the pre-test for science culture literacy, and this difference was statistically significant (p<.05). In the core competency growth perception, 70.6% of pre-service teachers reported growth in scientific communication ability, and as a result of the post-hoc test using LSD, it shows statistically significant growth compared to other competencies (p<.05). Through this, it was possible to confirm the educational value of the science activity program as a way to develop pre-service teachers' scientific literacy.

오늘날 지식정보사회에서는 국가의 과학기술이 그 나라의 국가 경쟁력을 좌우하게 되기 때문에 우수한 잠재력을 가진 영재를 조기에 육성하고 교육하는 일은 매우 중요하다. 특히 요즘처럼 지식정보사회로의 전환이 급속도로 진행되고 있는 현실을 고려해 볼 때에 영재교육 중 정보과학영계교육의 중요성은 더욱 커지고 있다. 사람들은 흔히 '영재'라는 이유로 기초가 되는 부분을 소홀히 하고 넘어가는 경우가 많다. 정보과학영재를 위한 교육과정 중 기초기술소양교육도 마찬가지였다. 대부분 프로그래밍 같은 고급기술을 요하는 것만 중시하지 워드프로세서나 프리젠테이션 프로그램 활용 같은 컴퓨터 사용에 기본이 되는 것들은 간과하고 넘어가는 경우가 맡았다. 하지만 기초가 단단해야 튼튼한 건물을 지을 수 있고, 뿌리가 깊어야 바람에 안 흔들리듯이 정보과학영재를 위한 교육과정 중 기초기술소양교육의 중요성은 무시할 수가 없다. 특히 컴퓨터에 대한 강한 호기심과 높은 창의력 등 정보과학영재로써의 많은 것을 갖추고 있지만 단지 기초기술이 부족한 아동은 정보과학영재가 아니라고 단정지어 말 할 수가 없기 때문에 기초기술소양교육은 매우 필요한 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보과학영재교육의 필요성과 초등정보과학영재를 위한 기초기술소양교육의 필요성을 생각해 보고, 현재 일반적으로 이루어지고 있는 기초기술소양교육을 분석해 보고 단편적인 기능이 중심이 아닌 문제 해결 중심의 새로운 기초기술소양교육방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to give an account of the effects of the Traditional Korean herbal medicine therapy which is based on the Sasang constitutional medicine on psoriasis Methods We diagnosed her as Soyangin(少陽人) based on her nature and emotion, physical chracteristics, symptoms. We thought Leaky Gut Syndrome is related to Soyangin Food Stagnation, stuffiness and fullness(食滯痞滿). So we applied Dokhwaljihwang-tang(獨活地黃湯) which is used to Soyangin Food Stagnation, stuffiness and fullness because her symptoms recurred as a result of Food Stagnation(食滯) after eating meat. The improvement of the skin condition was observed by Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI) score Results Psoriasis patient who was treated with Soyangin Dokhwaljihwang-tang showed improvement in Psoriasis symptom. This case study describes the effectivenss on psoriasis symptoms by using Soyangin Dokhwaljihwang-tang. Conclusions The PASI score of the patient reduced from 10.8 to 1.2 after three months of treatment. According to the result, we concluded that Dokhwaljihwang-tang had a good effect on psoriasis.
