  • 최근 모바일 기기가 보급됨에 따라 모바일 기기를 활용한 상황 공유 시스템에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 상황공유를 다룬 기존 연구들은 대부분 위치를 비롯한 저수준 상황만을 공유하며 고수준 상황인 행동과 감정 공유를 효율적으로 지원하지 않고 있으며 개인정보보호 단계를 수동으로 설정해주어야하는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 기기의 센서들로부터 수집되는 저수준 상황과 행동, 감정 등의 고수준 상황을 함께 수집하였으며 베이지안 네트워크를 이용하여 설계한 소셜 네트워크를 기반으로 행동, 감정, 그리고 관계를 효과적으로 보여주도록 하였다. 또한 관계정보를 바탕으로 개인정보보호 단계를 자동으로 설정해주어 친밀한 사용자에게만 자신의 상황을 공유할 수 있는 상황 공유 시스템을 설계 구축하였다. 실험에서는 실제로 구성된 모바일 소셜 네트워크에서의 관계를 바탕으로 상황 정보를 공유하는 폰북과 맵브라우저로 구성된 컨텍스트뷰어 어플리케이션을 통해 제안하는 시스템의 유용성을 보였다.

  • 최근 소셜 네트워크 기반의 서비스들을 중심으로 거대한 시장이 형성되고 있다. 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 수가 급격하게 증가하고 있는 상황에서 소셜 네트워크에 존재하는 수많은 리소스들을 이용하여 여러 영역에서 필요한 전문가를 찾아주는 시스템을 구성해보고자 한다. 기존의 추천시스템은 특정한 상품이나 소수 사용자 피드백을 바탕으로 추천 시스템을 구성하였다. 그러나 소셜 네트워크를 이용한 추천 시스템에 관한 연구는 미비한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 거대한 소셜 네트워크의 리소스를 처리하기 위한 분산처리시스템과 소셜 네트워크를 이용하여 전문가 추천 시스템을 구성한다. 이를 이용하여 다양한 영역에서 적절한 전문가를 찾아주는 서비스를 제공해 준다.

  • In this paper, it provides social network service using context-aware for tourism. For this the service requires Anthropomorphic natural process. The service object need to provide the function analyzing, storing and processing user action. In this paper, it provides an algorithm to analysis with personalized context aware for users. Providing service is an algorithm providing social network, helped by 'Friend recommendation algorithm' which to make relations and 'Attraction recommendation algorithm' which to recommend somewhere significant. Especially when guide is used, server analysis history and location of users to provide optimal travel path, named 'Travel path recommendation algorithm'. Such as this tourism social network technology can provide more user friendly service. This proposed tour guide system is expected to be applied to a wider vary application services.

  • We proposal social network service available for disaster and include crowd-soucing in order to improve using only for notification information. Therefore, We design new mash-up which is gathering disaster information from twitter. The mash-up has differences with current systems, because it does not use application software for acquisition disaster information.

  • The importance of online communication is getting increased by the rapid growth of smartphone supply and Social Network Service (SNS) use. Catching up with the trend, firms are actively use SNS to improve brand image, promote products, and communicate with customer. On the one hand, SNS is the channel for firms' marketing activities, but on the other, it is also the channel where the events related to the firms propagate in real time. Firms are led to unexpected state of crisis, when events are quickly spread out on SNS. Then firms are assessed their image by the way they deal with the state of crisis. This paper proposes to figure out user response on SNS according to each crisis response strategies by analyzing event-related twitter data when crisis situations of firms arise. We classify crisis response strategies into response attitude, defensive and accommodative response, and response speed, fast and slow response. This paper suggests optimal crisis response strategy to firms regarding state of crisis propagated on SNS.

  • Mass multimedia contents are shared through various social media servies including social network service. As social network reveals user's current situation and interest, highly satisfactory personalized recommendation can be made when such features are applied to the recommendation system. In addition, classifying the music by emotion and using analyzed information about user's recent emotion or current situation by analyzing user's social network, it will be useful upon recommending music to the user. In this paper, we propose a music recommendation method that makes an emotion model to classify the music, classifies the music according to the emotion model, and extracts user's current emotional state represented on the social network to recommend music, and evaluates the validity of our method through experiments.

A Study on Consumer Characteristics According to Social Media Use Clusters When Purchasing Agri-food Online (온라인 농식품 구매시 소셜미디어 이용 군집에 따른 소비자특성에 대한 연구)

  • According to the 2019-2020 social media usage survey conducted by the Seoul e-commerce center, 5 out of 10 consumers have experienced shopping through social media. The cost of traditional advertising media has been reduced and advertising spending on social media has risen by 74%, indicating that social media is becoming a more important marketing element. While the number of users of social media has increased and corporate marketing activities have increased accordingly, research has been conducted in various aspects of marketing such as user motivation for social media, satisfaction, and purchase intention. There was no subdivided study on the differences in the social media usage frequency of consumers in actual purchasing behavior. This study attempted to identify differences in consumer characteristics by cluster in the agrifood purchase situation by grouping them by type according to the frequency of use of social media for consumers who purchase agri-food online. Product involvement, product need, and online purchase channel Consumer characteristics such as demographic distribution, perceived risk, and eating and lifestyle in each cluster were checked for the three agrifood purchase situations including choice, and types for each cluster were presented. To this end, questionnaire data on the frequency of social media use and online agrifood purchase behavior were collected from 245 consumers, and the validity of the measurement variables was secured through factor analysis and reliability analysis. As a result of cluster analysis according to the frequency of social media use, it was divided into three clusters. The first cluster was a group that mainly used open social media, and the second cluster was a group that used both open and closed social media and online shopping malls; The third cluster was a group with low online media usage overall, and the characteristics of each cluster appeared. Through regression analysis, the effect on product involvement, product need, and purchase channel selection when purchasing agri-food online through each of the three clusters was confirmed through regression analysis. As a result of the regression analysis, the characteristic of cluster 1 in the situation of purchasing agri-food online is a male in his 30s living in a rural area who has no reluctance to purchase agri-food on social media or online shopping malls. The characteristics of cluster 2 are mainly consumers who are interested in purchasing health food, and the consumer characteristics are represented. In the case of cluster 3, when purchasing products online, they purchase after considering quality and price a lot, and the consumer characteristics are represented as people who are more confident in purchasing offline than online. Through this study, it is judged that by identifying the differences in consumer characteristics that appear in the agri-food purchase situation according to the frequency of social media use, it can be helpful in strategic judgments in marketing practice on social media customer targeting and customer segmentation.

Modeling message dissemination over multi-channel social network (다중 채널 소셜 네트워크상의 메시지 전송 모델링)

  • In these days, along with the extreme popularity of online social network services, it becomes an important problem understanding the role of social network in the research of message dissemination. Past studies of message dissemination over online social network services mostly consider the coverage of message dissemination and the methods to maximize it. But, these works lack of the consideration of the impact of multi channel social network, which has multiple communication channel with distinct properties of message transfer and various users with distinct channel preferences. In this paper, the new message dissemination model over multi-modal multi-channel social network, the Delay Weighted Independent Cascade Model, is proposed. The proposed model considers various channels including online social network service, email, SMS messaging, phone and mouth-to-mouth and their distinct message transfer properties. In order to consider the various user properties, the different value of probability of forwarding a message and the different preference of communication channel is considered. Moreover, the proposed model considers the distribution of user location and allows to analyze the properties of message dissemination under various scenarios. Based on the proposed model, a message dissemination simulator is generated and the message disseminations on various scenarios are analyzed.

A Study on the Effects of Social Media Marketing of Language Schools on Brand Equity and Consumer Purchase Intent (어학원의 소셜 미디어 마케팅이 브랜드 자산과 소비자 구매 의도에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • Companies are now using SNS as an online marketing channel and increasingly using it for customer relationship management(CRM). Although companies are actively using social media for marketing, language study brands in South Korea are using social media marketing in widely different ways. Among various components of social media marketing activities, this study analyzed the effects of informativeness, content suitability, and recency of social media marketing on consumers from the perspectives of brand equity and purchase intent. In the results, components of social media marketing activities had significant effects on brand equity, in the order of recency, content suitability, and informativeness. Second, brand equity and consumer purchase intent had significant correlation. And having a child also influenced purchase intent. The results of this study can be used as basic data for research on social media marketing of language schools and propose a theoretical direction for future research in the field as there is little academic data related to the subject.

  • 본 논문은 사회적 협동조합과 소셜 프랜차이즈에 대한 정의, 특성, 성공요인 등을 선행연구를 통해 분석하고, 각 모델별 현직자 인터뷰를 통해 모델의 차이를 규명하여, 현재 국내에서의 소셜 프랜차이즈가 활성화 되지 못하고 있는 현상을 분석해보고자 한다. 이를 통해 현 상황에 대한 진단 뿐 아니라 소셜 프랜차이즈의 본질적 목표인 사회적 영향력 확대를 위해서 갖추어야 할 제반사항에 대해 고찰해 보고 나아가 사회적 협동조합과 함께 소셜 프랜차이즈 모델의 성장에 유의미한 제언을 하고자 본 연구를 진행하고자 한다. 연구의 독창성과 연구적 가치를 위해 소셜 프랜차이즈 및 사회적 협동조합 관련자 들에 대해 심층 인터뷰를 진행하고자 하며, 각 사업 모델별 목표, 조직구성, 운영방식, 사업확장 방식 등을 확인하여 두 모델간의 공통점과 차이점을 분석하고 이를 통해 소셜 프랜차이즈의 목표에 대한 정립과 국내 소셜 프랜차이즈의 활성화를 위한 이론적, 실무적 인사이트를 제공하고자 한다.
