Study on the Development Model and Improvement of Social Function of Social Games (소셜게임의 사회적 기능 향상에 관한 개발 모델 제안)

  • This study is done to analyze the social function of social games, propose a development model, and demonstrate predisposing factors and consequences on the model. Therefore, the predisposing variables on social functions of social games are explored through related theory and previous studies to propose the social function developing model of social games. Social function model of social games are classified in detail in terms of emotional ties, open communication, sense of belonging to a community and interaction to derive a measure for social function improvement, to prove social function improvement elements through various social network services and social game theories and to propose a social game development model.

  • SNS를 비롯한 소셜 웹 사용자의 급격한 증가로 인하여 소셜 웹은 사회 여러 분야에 영향력이 커지게 되었을 뿐만 아니라 자료의 저장소로써 중요한 역할을 하게 되었다. 이에 따라 최근에 들어서는 방대한 소셜 웹의 자료를 분석하기 위하여 시맨틱 웹의 역할이 중요해 지고 있다. 그러나 소셜 웹 자료와 시맨틱 웹 기술을 효과적으로 융합하기 위한 프레임워크의 연구는 상대적으로 부족하다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 소셜 웹 자료를 수집하고 이를 시맨틱 웹 기술로 처리할 수 있는 프레임워크를 제안한다. 제안하는 프레임 워크는 여러 소셜 웹 서비스에서 제공하는 데이터의 수집과 시맨틱 웹 기술 기반의 자료처리를 수행한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 프레임워크를 사용하면 여러 서비스에 분산된 사용자의 메시지와 프로파일을 이용하여 보다 더 신뢰성 있는 자료의 분석이 가능하다.

  • 최근 Web 2.0 발달과 더불어 블로그나 온라인 카페 등 웹 상의 사용자가 개인적인 정보를 자유롭게 개제할 수 있도록 하는 인터넷서비스가 증가하면서, 이 사용자들 간의 관계에 초점을 맞춘 소셜 네트워크 분양의 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 많은 소셜 네트워크 서비스가 정보자원을 컴퓨터가 처리할 수 있는 의미적인 정보로 표현하고 있지 않기 때문에 서로 다른 도메인 간에 공유와 재사용이 어렵고, 사회적 개체들 간의 관계가 명확하게 정의되어 있지 않아 소셜 네트워크 분석에 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 가상 커뮤니티 사용자들이 업로드 한 사진 데이터를 이용한 시맨틱 웹 기반의 소셜 네트워크 분석 시스템을 제안한다. 온톨로지를 기반으로 사진에서 추출된 얼굴 개체와의 관계와 이미 인맥 관계를 형성하고 있는 사람들의 정보적 연결성을 명확하게 정의하고 도메인 규칙을 활용하여 의미 있는 사회적 연결 관계를 추론한다. 이를 그래프로 시각화하여 사용자에게 제공함으로써 온라인 상에서 형성된 커뮤니티 내에서 효율적인 소셜 네트워크 분석을 도모하고 이를 기반으로 다양한 응용 분야에 활용하는 방법을 모색한다.

Concept of Spatial Information Social Platform and Role of Government as a Platformer (공간정보 소셜플랫폼의 개념과 플랫포머로서 정부의 역할)

  • Moving forward on smart society, change of the way to solve the spatial issue used in information society is required. In order to be competitive and sustainable spatial information service, existing "spatial information open platform" strategy needs to be transformed into "spatial information social platform". The requirement for the spatial information open platform to be socialized and evolved into the spatial information social platform is investigated with respect to the characteristics of social platform P. Savalle(2010) suggested. Based on the investigation, the definition of spatial information social platform is formulated. Several roles of the government as a platformer to create and manage the spatial information social platform are suggested.

  • With the development of the IT and internet, companies try to use Blogs, Twitter, Facebook, smart phone for their marketing and customer relationship management. What is called social media marketing appear and it lead to new value creation to the company. However, until now most of libraries in Korea didn't have much interest in marketing and PR. In recent, libraries are starting to be interested in marketing and social network service. Library try to use social network service for marketing. This research introduces the various cases and status of using social network service for marketing in Korea and international library field, analyzes these cases from a marketing perspective. Finally, this research suggests the considerations and successful strategy for using social media marketing in library field.

Authing Service of Platform: Tradeoff between Information Security and Convenience (플랫폼의 소셜로그인 서비스(Authing Service): 보안과 편의 사이의 적절성)

  • Online platforms recently expanded their connectivity through an authing service. The growth of authing services enabled consumers to enjoy easy log in access without exerting extra effort. However, multiple points of access increases the security vulnerability of platform ecosystems. Despite the importance of balancing authing service and security, only a few studies examined platform connectivity. This study examines the optimal level of authing service of a platform and how authing strategies impact participants in a platform ecosystem. We used a game-theoretic approach to analyze security problems associated with authing services provided by online platforms for consumers and other linked platforms. The main findings are as follows: 1) the decreased expected loss of consumers will increase the number of players who participate in the platform; 2) linked platforms offer strong benefits from consumers involved in an authing service; 3) the main platform will increase its effort level, which includes security cost and checking of linked platform's security if the expected loss of the consumers is low. Our study contributes to the literature on the relationship between technology convenience and security risk and provides guidelines on authing strategies to platform managers.

A Comparative Study on Service Quality and Consumer Behavior of Social Network Service between Korea and China (소셜네트워크 서비스(SNS) 서비스 품질과 사용자 선택행동에 대한 한·중비교 연구)

  • According to the rapid spreading of smart phone, the use of social network service(SNS) is also increasing rapidly. Social network service(SNS) which plays an important role in customer relationship management and brand management is becoming more important. This study aims to find out if differences exist in the perceptions of service quality and the consumer behaviors between Korean and Chinese consumers using SNS. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the literatures of service quality and consumer behavior theory is reviewed. And based on the literature reviews, dimensions related to service quality and consumer behavior are derived and T-test is used to identify the differences. According to the analysis, significant differences exist in the perceptions of service quality and consumer behaviors between Korean and Chinese consumers using SNS. The results not only provide theoretical evidences for further SNS study but also provide practical evidences for companies in their overseas expansion.

  • In this paper, it provides social network service using context-aware for tourism. For this the service requires Anthropomorphic natural process. The service object need to provide the function analyzing, storing and processing user action. In this paper, it provides an algorithm to analysis with personalized context aware for users. Providing service is an algorithm providing social network, helped by 'Friend recommendation algorithm' which to make relations and 'Attraction recommendation algorithm' which to recommend somewhere significant. Especially when guide is used, server analysis history and location of users to provide optimal travel path, named 'Travel path recommendation algorithm'. Such as this tourism social network technology can provide more user friendly service. This proposed tour guide system is expected to be applied to a wider vary application services.

  • Online social networking services help people to migrate social networks from offline to online. Twitter, which has achieved incredible growth, showed that an online social networking service without offline bases can become large and successful. In this paper, we propose a twitter friend notification service using user‘s twitter messages and place recognizing technology. When there is a friend in user‘s nearby place, the service notifies the information to the users. Through the friend notification service, a user can easily extend his online social network to offline.

  • Recently, one of the received attraction fields in web based service is 'Human Relationship Service' that is called SNS. This relationship map service is able to deliver information to user more easily and visually because it is intuitive data that is linked with offline real world. While past map service put physical real information in the map, present map service is evolving into new communicative platform that expresses social relationship beyond simple search platform that shows real world. In this paper, we propose smart social grid system using sketch map that is based on online map service structure. This system has features such as standardized interface provision for various SNS, use to governance hub tool in case of establishing a personal network through expanded social grid, a role of bridge to mashup software linked with other SNS, user environment construction that reproduces social grid data, and the faster service setup by improved search technology.
