Properties of Belite with Cooling Rate (냉각속도의 변화에 따른 벨라이트의 특성)

  • Active belite cement clinker 합성을 위하여 안정제로 borax (3 wt%)를 사용하였으며, 1300, 1350, 140$0^{\circ}C$에서 소성하고, 각각의 소성온도에서 아세톤 급냉, 공냉, 로냉의 3가지 방법으로 냉각속도를 달리하여 합성하였다. 클링커의 특성분석은 TG-DTA, XRD, FT-IR, SEM-EDS로 조사 분석하였으며, free-CaO 함량은 KSL 5120의 ethylene glycol법으로 정량하였다. Borax(3 wt%)를 첨가한 시료의 시차열분석에서 ${\gamma}$상으로의 전이는 관찰되지 않았으며, 각각의 소성온도와 냉각속도에 따른 free-CaO 분석에서 0.07~0.14%의 범위로 낮게 나타났으며, borax가 첨가되지 않은 시료는 140$0^{\circ}C$에서 소성하고 급냉시켰지만 ${\gamma}$상으로 전이되어 dusting 현상을 나타내었다. Borax(3 wt%) 첨가된 시료의 SEM 미세구조는 140$0^{\circ}C$에서 소성하고 급냉시켰지만 ${\gamma}$상으로 전이되어 dusting 현상을 나타내었다. Borax(3 wt%) 첨가된 시료의 SEM 미세구조는 140$0^{\circ}C$에서 소성된 모든 시료와 135$0^{\circ}C$에서 소성하고 급냉과 공냉시킨 시료는 type I belite, type III belite($\alpha$상) 구조를 나타낸다. 135$0^{\circ}C$에서 소성하고 로냉한 시료와 130$0^{\circ}C$에서 소성된 모든 시료는 type II belite($\beta$상) 구조를 나타내었다.

Design of Unbend Braces to Satisfy Given Performance Acceptance Criteria (성능수준 만족을 위한 가새헝 소성 감쇠기의 설계)

  • Unbond brace hysteretic dampers are generally used to prevent or decrease structural damage in building structures subjected to strong earthquake by its energy dissipating hysteretic behavior. In the study, a straightforward design procedure for unbond brace hysteretic dampers was developed. The required amount of equivalent damping to satisfy given performance acceptance criteria was obtained conveniently based on the capacity spectrum method without carrying out time-consuming nonlinear dynamic time history analysis. Then the size of the unbond braces is determined from the required equivalent damping. Parametric study has been performed for the design variables such as natural period, yield strength, the stiffness after the first yield stress of the unbond brace. The procedure was applied to 5-story and 10-story steel frames for verification of the proposed method. According to the earthquake time history analysis results, the maximum displacement of the model structure with unbond braces supplied in accordance with the proposed method corresponds well with the given target displacement.

Quantitative Analysis of Rietveld Method Minerals by Sintering Temperature of Cement Clinkers with Fly Ash (리트벨트법에 의한 석탄재를 적용한 시멘트 클링커의 소성 온도별 광물 정량분석)

  • In this study, cement clinkers were sintered at each temperature by replacing some of the clay components of cement clinkers with coal materials. The mineral phase change of sintered cement clinker was quantitatively analyzed by XRD-Rietveld method. As the sintering temperature of cement clinker increased, the amount of belite decreased, the amount of alite increased, and the amount of free-CaO decreased. The form of alite and belite could be distinguished at sintering temperature of 1450℃ or higher. The crystal size was greatly increased at 1500℃ sintering. It was confirmed that the excessive sintering was progressed. Free-CaO decreased with the increase of sintering temperature. At 1450 ℃ or higher, it was less than 0.5%. In 1450℃ or greater, it is determined that enough sintering is included. Therefore, the application of fly ash as a raw material of cement clinker was judged to be usable as a source of chemical components of alumina and iron raw materials.

A Method for Calculation of Compressive Strength of a One-Sided Stiffened Plate (편면 보강판의 압축강도 해석을 위한 한 방법)

  • In this paper, a method to overcome inefficiency of the finite element method in the calculation of compressive strength of one-sided stiffened plates, is proposed. In this method the collapse modes of stiffened plates are assumed as follows. a) Overall buckling $\rightarrow$ Overall collapse b) Local buckling $\rightarrow$ Overall collapse c) Local buckling $\rightarrow$ Local collapse In each collapse mode, shape of deflection is assumed, and then elastic large deformation analysis based on the Rayleigh-Ritz method is carried out. One-sided stiffening effect is considered by taking into account of the moment due to eccentricity. Plastic analysis by assuming hinge lines is also carried out. The ultimate strength of a stiffened plate is obtained as the point of intersection of the elastic analysis curve and the plastic one. From this study, it is concluded that the angles between the plastic hinge lines in plastic collapse mode are determined as the ones which give the minimum collapse load, and these angles are different from the ones assumed in the previous studies. Minimum stiffness ratios can also be calculated. Calculated results according to this method show good agreements with the results by the finite element method.

  • The development of deformation texture in FCC polycystalline metals during rolling was simulated by the finite element analysis using a large-deformation, elaatic-plastic, rate-dependent polycrystalline model of crystal plasticity. Different plastic anisotropy due to different orientation of each crystal makes inhomogeneous deformation. Assuming plane strain compression condition, the simulation with a high rate sensitivity resulted in main component change from Dillamore at low rate sensitivity to Brass component.

임의 형상의 다타격 단조해석

  • 낙하햄머를 이용한 복잡형상의 다타격 단조(multi-blow forging)를 파동 방정식에 기초를둔 엑스플리시트 시간적분 유한요소법을 사용하여 해석하였다. 초기에 햄머가 일정속도로 단조 재료를 타격하고 그후 금형과 단조재료에 남아있는 탄성에너지에 의하여 금형이 단조재료로부터 완전히 분리될때 까지 계산을 수행한후 소성변형 만을 다음 타격시에 사용 하였다. 이러한 방법을 사용하여 원하는 형태가 이루어질때 까지 타격을 반복하였다. 마찰이 적을수록 그리고 햄머의 초기속도가 빠를수록 타격 효율이 증가함을 확인 하였다. 또한 일정 타격후 다이의 진동을 관찰할수 있었다.

  • Superplastic forming/diffusion bonding (SPF/DB) processes were analyzed using a rigid visco-plastic finite element method. The optimum pressure-time relationship for a target strain rate and thickness distributions were predicted by two-node line elements based on the membrane approximation for plane strain. Material behavior during SPF/DB of the integral structures having complicated shapes was investigated. The tying condition is employed for the analysis of inter-sheet contact problems. A movement of rib structure is successfully predicted during the forming.

A Study on BST Thin Films by MOD Process (MOD법에 의한 BST 박막의 특성에 대한 연구)

  • MOD법에 의해 BST박막을 제조하고 전기적 특성을 측정함으로써 마이크로 회로에 적용가능성을 타진하였다. MOD 공정의 선구물질로서 barium neodecanoate, strontium 2-ethylhexanoate 및 titanium dimethoxy 야-2-ethylheanoate를 합성하였다, 합성된 선구물 질들을 Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3가 되도록 화학양론적으로 혼합하여 공통용매인 p-xylene에 녹인다음 기판위에 spin coating 방법으로 박막을 형성하여 건조하고 소성하였다. 사용된 기판은 ITO/glass, Pt/SiO2/Si, Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si 및 Pt foil을 사용하였다. 소성 속도를 빨리했을 경우 소성속도를 느리게 했을때에 비하여 훨씬 균일하고 치밀한 박막을 얻을수 있었다, 여러 가 지 제조조건의 변화에 따른 유전상수 I-V 특성 및 C-V 측성 등의 전기적 특성을 측정하고 고찰하였다.

  • [ $H_2$ ] uptake into $Pt/MoO_{3}$ was enhanced with an increased calcination temperature. Selective CO pulse chemisorption demonstrated that free Pt surface area was decreased as calcination temperature was increased. Characteristic techniques were dedicated to elucidate the closer contact at adlineation sites between Pt and $MoO_3$ substrates. Calcination resulted in supplying the hydrogen access into more $MoO_3$ particles and controlling the kinetics of hydrogen uptake.

상하좌우 대칭으로 분포된 작은 크랙근방에서의 중앙크랙의 역학적 거동

  • 본 연구에서는 작은 크랙이 중앙 크랙선단 주위에 대칭으로 배치 분포되어 있 는 유한 평판의 경우에 대한 것으로, 우선 균일분포하중을 받는 정방형판에 분포크랙 이 있는 경우 분포크랙의 위치에 따른 중앙 크랙 선단에서의 응력확대계수의 변화를 유한요소법으로 해석하여 등응력확대계수 곡선들로 나타냈다. 그리고 크랙들 사이의 상호 간섭에 의해 일어나는 소성영역도 고려하여 그 안정성을 검토하여 보았는데, 특 히 크랙들이 서로 가까와 지면 그 크랙들 간에 상호간섭이 커져 소성영격이 크랙선단 주위에 크게 발생되므로써 크랙들은 쉽게 연결되고 합체로 인한 크랙성장이 되어 파괴 됨을 예측할 수 있고 중앙 크랙선단 주위의 분포크랙의 위치에 따른 소성영역 변화도 유한요소법으로 해석하여 도식적으로 나타냈다.
