A Study on the Factors of Consumer's Store Choice for Small Businesses: Focused on Gyeonggi Area (소비자의 소상공인 점포선택요인에 관한 연구: 경기지역 중심으로)

  • 정부의 지속적인 소상공인 지원정책에도 불구하고 코로나-19 발생 및 계속되는 경기침체로 소상공인 점포의 매출액 급감 등 소상공인의 생존권을 위협하는 소매업 초유의 위기 상황이 발생하였다. 본 연구는 경기지역 소상공인이 보다 경쟁력 있는 점포를 선정하기 위한 선택요인을 도출하고 이들의 상대적 중요도를 AHP를 이용하여 파악하고자 하였다. 소상공인 관련 프로젝트를 담당하는 컨설턴트를 대상으로 AHP를 실시한 결과 소상공인 점포를 이용하는 소비자는 낮은 가격으로 질 좋은 서비스 받기를 원하고 점포입지와 배달서비스가 소비자 점포선택에 있어 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 소비자가 점포선택에 있어 상품과 편의성 보다는 서비스를 가장 크게 고려한다는 유의적 의미의 결과가 나타났다. 이는 코로나-19 발생 상황 및 디지털 기기의 급속한 발전이 소비자의 점포선택에 있어 크게 영향을 준 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 TAM 모형을 기반으로 유용성과 경제성 변수에 기업의 고객 충성도를 조절변수로 하여 유무선 결합서비스(FCM)에 대한 소비자의 수용의사에 대해 연구하였다. 그 결과, 소비자들은 FCM 의 유용성과 경제성에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 기업에 대한 고객 충성도는 조절효과를 가지고 있었다. 소비자들은 현재 유선기반의 단순묶음(bundling)형태의 서비스를 주로 이용하고 있으며, 경제성(요금의 적합성)에 대한 만족도는 높지 않았다. 또한, 소비자들은 현재의 서비스와는 상관없이, 향후 FMC 활성화에 따라 통신사의 변경을 고려하고 있어 기업에 대한 신뢰보다는 제공 서비스의 품질과 효과를 우선시 하고 있음을 나타냈다. 향후 결합서비스의 중심서비스로는 이동전화를 선호하고 있었으며, 결합서비스 형태로는 인터넷과 인터넷 TV 를 결합한 서비스를 추구하고 있었다. 본 연구는 향후 통신사업자들의 바람직한 FCM 의 구성과 요금정책 전략 수립에 있어 다소나마 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 각 사업자는 유무선 결합서비스가 성공적인 비즈니스모델로 정착하기 위해 소비자들의 효용을 정확히 알고 소비자들에게 맞는 우수한 콘텐츠와 기능적 품질의 제공이 무엇보다 중요하게 될 것이다.

The Influence of Online Information on a Consumer's Purchase at Social Commerce Websites (온라인 정보가 소셜커머스 구매에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigated how online information affected consumers' purchases at social commerce websites. In the online purchase process, consumers use two types of online information: user generated content(UGC) and vendor generated content(VGC). These information types may influence consumers'purchase intention differently because each information builds entity trust and content trust, which play mediation roles between online information and purchase intention. According to the analysis results, general transactional information and safe transaction information of VGC and reputation information of UGC significantly affected entity trust. But content trust was affected only from general transactional information of VGC. And entity trust significantly affected content trust as well as purchase intention. These findings imply that social commerce vendors should focus mainly on entity trust for enhancing consumers' purchase intention. To achieve this objective, in the short term perspective, they should endeavor how to enhance general transaction information and safe transaction information qualities because these information types are easily controlled and improved by vendors. In the long term perspective, they should focus on reputation formation because reputation takes long time.

  • 간접광고의 한형태인 영화나 드라마 속에 제품배치(PPL)는 온셋 배치와 크리에이티브 배치로 분류할 수 있다. 온셋 배치(on-set placement)는 맥락효과 속에 전경(foreground)에 해당되며, 크리에이티브 배치(creative placement)는 배경에 해당되기 때문에 소비자의 정보처리에 의한 기억효과가 다르게 나타난다. 온셋배치의 경우 자극의 현저성으로 인하여 정교화 가능성 모델이론의 설득의 중심경로를 통한 정보처리효과가 나타나기 때문에 명시적 학습을 하게 된다. 반면에 드라마 배경에 해당하는 PPL의 크리에이티브 배치는 정교화의 수단이 낮아서 배경의 여러 단서들과 함께 설득의 주변경로를 통한 정보처리를 할 것이다. 따라서 암묵적 학습을 할 가능성이 높게 나타나게 된다. 이러한 제품배치의 형태에 따른 학습기억의 형태는 조절변수인 관여도에 따라 다르게 나타날 것이다. 제품관여도가 높은 경우에는 크리에이티브 배치를 하여도 명시적 학습을 할 가능성이 많은 반면 제품관여도가 낮은 경우 크리에이티브 배치를 하게 되면, 암묵적 학습효과가 미약하거나 일어나지 않을 가능성이 많다. 그러므로 제품관여도가 낮은 상품의 경우에는 제품배치시 가능한한 크리에이티브 배치피하는 것이 유리 할 것이다.

Descriptive Statistics analyze on Consumer Welfare Level of Import Product in FTA Countries (FTA 체결국 수입제품 소비자의 후생수준에 관한 기술통계분석)

  • This article stands at the junction of two usually separate fields of study: the politics of International Commerce and Consumer welfare. Conception of welfare state and Welfare society is different depending of the scholars in each country. This paper examines the consumer welfare level of import products in FTA countries. The results shows that FTA country products reaches the same welfare level in sexually, age and job. This paper contributes to this issue by considering consumers that incur consumer welfare level with import products costs.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the determinants of the effectiveness in food safety policy, focusing on the perception of consumers. For this, we apply ordered logit analysis using "The Survey on the Attitudes towards Food Safety Policy" data investigated by Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism & Ministry of Food, and Drug Safety. According to the results of the analysis, policy literacy has a significant positive impact on the effectiveness of the policy. Trust has a positive impact on the effectiveness of the policy significantly. In addition, the results show that sensitivity has a significant negative impact on the effectiveness perceived by consumers. This study imply that the government should give more information about policies and make an effort to gain trust on food safety policy.

  • The purpose of this study investigate the main factors of the diffusion of digital contents and consumer's participation behavior, consumption culture and examine the experiential perspective to consumer's information selection behavior. In digital network, the social presence, challenge, self-presentation, arousal and emotional feeling were significant variables to flow experience. Experiential perspectives focused on the search of identity and self-determination were main basic perspective to explain the diffusion of digital contents, consumer participation. This research result applied to media and device strategy to up-coming digital convergence and adapted to product planning and development, user friendly navigation and emotional human-centered service module.

Factors Affecting Consumers' Experience of Using Smart Healthcare Focusing on Health Literacy and Personal Characteristics (건강정보이해능력과 개인의 특성이 스마트 헬스케어 이용 경험에 미치는 요인 분석)

  • As the paradigm of healthcare shifts from the center of treatment to the center of prevention, products and services related to disease prevention are emerging at domestic and abroad. The government considers the smart healthcare industry as a solution to healthcare problems such as an increase in the number of chronic illnesses and an increase in the burden of medical expenses. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting the use of smart healthcare products and services focusing on Health Literacy and health related personal characteristics and to provide policy implications. The subjects of the questionnaire are 1,027 adults over 20 in the nation, and conducted an online survey. In addition, the factors were analyzed by decision tree method. As a result, most of the respondents(76.9%) did not have experience using Smart Healthcare products and services. However, in the Health Literacy question, there was a difference in use experience depending on the degree of difficulty in using the mass media information. Other factors were the degree of intention to use new technology, the understanding of counseling about family members and friends, and health checkups. In order to enable self-healthcare through smart healthcare products and services, the ability of consumers to explore and utilize health information from the mass media should be improved. In addition, government and enterprise efforts are needed to achieve this.

The Influence of Social Factors of Acceptance of Cloud Services on Consumer Usage Intentions (클라우드 서비스의 수용 관련 사회적 요인이 소비자의 이용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • With the development of information technology, the popularization of 5G and cloud computing has accelerated the circulation and digital transformation of information. In the network information society where information is rapidly increasing, it is very important to have the ability to manage and collect the required information. In particular, the information storage and management functions of cloud services are widely used among young people. This research takes the social factors of accepting cloud services as the breakthrough point, and takes young consumers aged 20-30 as the survey object, and designs a research model according to the development of cloud computing technology. The findings verify the influence of social factors on cloud service acceptance and 20-30-year-old consumers' intention to use cloud services. The partial and complete mediating effects of perceived ease of use were verified from the influence relationship between social factors and exploitation intention. Finally, this study provides inspiration for the development direction of cloud computing technology through empirical analysis.

A Study on the Relationship between Consumer Characteristics and Consumer Emotion and Satisfaction during Online Shopping - Focusing on purchasing clothes (온라인 쇼핑시 소비자특성에 따른 소비자감정 및 만족 간 관계 연구 - 의류구매를 중심으로)

  • This study tried to understand the structural relationship of consumer characteristics on consumer emotions and satisfaction in online shopping. First, consumer characteristics derived various tendencies through previous studies. Next, consumer emotion was defined as positive and negative emotions in the six purchasing processes from information search to use, and satisfaction was defined as the overall satisfaction of the purchasing experience. To this end, this study measured consumer satisfaction and positive/negative emotions in the six consumption processes in their 20s and 40s with online clothing shopping experience within the last month. Finally, structural equation modeling(SEM) was conducted. As a result, the model fit was good, and impulse purchase tendency, conspicuous consumption tendency, innovation tendency, and trendy shopping tendency only affected negative emotions. On the other hand, it was confirmed that information search tendency, hedonic shopping tendency, and economic shopping tendency directly affect positive emotions and indirectly affect consumer satisfaction. Through this, implications for improving the consumer experience in online shopping were presented by identifying consumer characteristics and enhancing consumer emotions.
