The Impacts of Customer Participation and Relationship Commitment on Experience at Offline Stores and Moderating Effect of Brand Fanship -Focusing on Chinese Consumers- (고객참여 및 관계몰입이 오프라인 매장 체험에 미치는 영향 및 브랜드 팬쉽의 조절효과 -중국 소비자를 중심으로-)

  • This research examined whether and how prior customer participation and the relationship commitment of the brand enhance experiential behaviors of offline stores such as Apple, Huawei, MI, Oppo, Samsung, Vivo. A structured self-report questionnaire was administered to collected 258 survey responses and structural equation modeling was applied using SPSS and AMOS. The results of this study are as follows: First, customer participation increased normative commitment, emotional commitment, and persistent commitment. Second, the relationship commitment of consumers enhanced various experiential behaviors such as entertainment experience, educational experience, escapist experience, and aesthetic experience. Third, consumers with high brand fanship reported more positive aesthetic and escapist experience. The results of this study are expected to provide effective marketing strategies for companies setting up offline experience stores by understanding customer participation and involvement that should be considered for consumers targeted.

여성의 기업가정신이 창업성과에 미치는 영향: 경력단절여성창업자 대상으로 회복탄력성 조절효과검증

  • 대한민국은 2017년 이후 저출산·고령화사회로 진입하였고 생산가능인구가 감소함에 따라 노동생산성이 낮아지고 있으며, 여성의 경력단절 문제가 심각한 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 정부에서는 여성가족부와 고용노동부가 함께 여성의 경력단절 예방과 해결을 위해 다양한 지원창업과 경제활동을 장려하고 있지만 현실에서의 재취업장벽과 열악한 노동환경, 일과 가정의 양립 문제 등으로 인해 경력단절 여성들 특히, 고스펙·고학력의 여성들은 취업이 아닌 창업을 선택하고 있으나 창업의 성공률은 그다지 높지 않아 다양한 대비책이 요구되는 실정이다. 여성 기업가는 창업부터 성장하기까지 수많은 위험요소에 노출되어 있으며 이러한 위험요소를 체계적으로 관리하고 극복하는 노하우를 쌓아 잘 활용하였을 때 경제활동의 핵심주축으로 성장할 수 있으며 창업이라는 혁신적이고 생산적인 활동으로 전환해 일자리 창출 및 기업의 혁신과 나아가서는 국가경제발전에 기여할 수 있는 토대가 될 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 여성의 기업가정신이 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하는데 있다. 경력단절여성 창업자를 대상으로 기업가정신이 창업성과에 미치는 영향과 회복탄력성이 조절효과를 갖는지 여부를 확인하고자 하였다. 여성기업가 특유의 소비자의 욕구를 세심하고 활동적으로 파악하여 생활밀착형 아이디어가 풍성면모와 창조적인 아이디어를 갖고 적극적으로 실행해보고자 하는 진취적인 성향과 회복탄력성이 창업성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 상황에 초점을 두고 연구모형을 설정하였다. 이를 위해, 기업가정신의 구성요소를 '혁신성', '진취성', '위험감수성'을 독립변수로 구성하였고, 창업성과의 주요구성요소인 '재무성과', '비재무성과'를 종속변수로 설정하였다. 또한 회복탄력성을 조절변수로하는 연구모형을 상정하였고 이는 여성의 기업가정신과 창업성과의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 조절효과여부를 확인하여 여성의 기업가정신교육과 회복탄력성의 중요성을 밝히고 활성화를 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구는 여성의 기업가정신이 창업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 것을 규명했다는 점에서 시사점을 갖는다. 심각한 사회문제로 떠오르고 있는 여성의 경력단절 문제를 해소하기 위해 향후 중소벤처기업부 및 여성가족부, 고용노동부 등에서는 여성창업자를 대상으로 체계적인 기업가정신교육과 회복탄력성에 관한 교육을 시행할 것을 제언한다.

Use of External Information Sources by Potential Adopters of IT Convergence Products: Focusing on Potential Adopters of Smartphone (IT융합제품 잠재구매자의 외부정보원천 활용에 대한 연구 : 스마트폰 잠재구매자를 중심으로)

  • In this study, we have examined how the potential users of IT convergence product use the external information sources for purchasing decision focusing on a case of smartphone. Although the specifications and price of IT convergence products, such as smartphone, tablet pc, and smart TV, are considered as major criteria for purchasing decision, the competitiveness of these factors have disappeared as many companies launch similar products in the market. External information sources play a significant role to differentiate the alternatives by offering value-added experience information. The effect of external information sources becomes stronger for experience and high-involvement product whose performance can be evaluated through only users' direct experience. In this study, we categorized the external information sources for smartphone into five; company ads, personal network, expert group, consumers, and media. Through an empirical study with potential smartphone users, we verified how these external information sources affect users' purchasing decision in the perspective of the perceived attributes of information source, quality of information, and individual's characteristics based on self-regulatory theory.

  • 우리나라의 서비스 직업에 대한 고용비중이 점차 높아지고 있는 동시에 여성의 경제활동도 함께 증가하는 추세를 보여주고 있다. 또한 현재 경영의 환경에 있어서의 소비자들은 기업과의 직접적인 대면과 함께 우량의 서비스 품질을 요구하는 경영환경의 시대에 있다. 각 기업은 차별화 전략으로서 최상의 서비스 제공을 통한 고객 만족 극대화에 초점을 맞추고 있으며 특히, 서비스 기업에서 추구하는 고객만족 또는 서비스 만족도가 기업의 경쟁우의를 결정짓고 기업의 이미지를 표현하는 중요한 요인으로 여겨지고 있다. 이러한 고객만족을 중시하는 기업과 조직의 목표에 의해 대부분의 고객센터의 여성 근로자들은 조직이 요구하는 감정표현의 규범에 의해 자신의 감정이나 느낌을 고객에게 연출하도록 강요받고 있다. 근로자의 기분과 감정과는 관계없이 고객에게 미소와 친절을 보내야 하는 고객센터 근로자들은 감정노동을 하고 있는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 서비스 산업 중에서도 여성인력에 대한 의존도가 높은 고객만족센터(텔레마케터 or 전화상담원)에 근무하는 여성근로자를 중심으로 감정적 부조화에 따른 감정노동이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보고 연구 결과를 통해 고객센터의 여성근로자들의 인적자원관리 차원에서 감정노동에 대한 인지와 직무스트레스 조절을 통한 관리에 시사점을 제안하고자 한다.

호박의 함량 및 추출시간에 따른 추출물의 품질특성변화

  • 호박은 다른 과채류에 비해 기후조건에 대한 적용범위가 넓고, 한국의 기후 풍토하에서 잠재생산 가능성이 대단히 높은 작목의 하나로 간주되고 있으며, 다른 박과 채소보다 병이 심하지 않고 약재를 살포할 필요가 거의 없으므로 무공해 식품으로도 그 가치가 높은 것으로 평가되고 있다. 최근 국민 식생활 패턴이 고급화 됨에 따라 건강을 중요시하는 소비자가 급증하면서 약품이 아닌 식품으로 인체의 조절기능에 초점이 맞춘 다양한 기능성 식품이 생산되고 있는 실정이며, 이 중 녹황색 채소류의 항산화, 항암효과가 알려지고 있어 늙은 호박을 이용한 새로운 형태의 가공제품은 향후 소비자의 구매욕구를 충동하기에 충분할 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 이러한 호박을 이용하여 가공제품을 생산하기 위한 기초자료로서 추출조건에 따른 품질변화를 모니터링하고자 하였다. 호박의 전처리의 경우 박피유무에 큰 차이가 없으므로 공정단계를 최소화하기 위해 박피를 하지 않고 사용하였으며, 파쇄의 형태는 깍둑썰기(4$\times$4$\times$4㎤)를 하여 추출조건에 사용하였다. 추출온도의 경우 호박자체의 색을 유지하는데 효율적인 95$^{\circ}C$에서 행하였다. 시료에 대한 용매비 및 추출시간에 따른 품질의 변화가 많으므로 시료에 대한 용매비(10, 20, 30, 40 50g/100$m\ell$) 및 추출시간(1, 2, 3, 4, 5 hr)에 따른 중심합성실험계획으로 추출하였다. 추출조건에 따른 추출물에 대하여 수율, 당도, 갈색도 및 탁도를 측정하여 시료에 대한 용매비 및 추출시간에 따른 반응표면분석을 실시하였다. 영향도를 분석한 결과 수율은 추출시간에 영향을 많이 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 총당 및 갈색도는 시료에 대한 용매비에 영향을 많이 받으며 탁도의 경우 두 조건 모두에 영향을 받은 것으로 나타났다. 수율에 대한 최적 추출조건은 호박량 10.03% 및 추출시간 2.89hr일 때 가장 높은 수율로 예측이 되었으며, 갈색도의 경우 호박량 15.21% 및 추출시간 1.65hr에서 최소로 나타났다.

Effects of Message Sidedness of Fashion Salespersons on Consumer Behavior -Focusing on the Mediating Effects of Salespersons' Trust and Cognitive Effort- (패션점포 판매원 메시지의 측면성이 소비자 행동에 미치는 영향 -판매원 신뢰와 인지노력의 매개효과를 중심으로-)

  • Message sidedness of fashion salespersons on consumer behavior with the consideration of the mediating roles of trust and cognitive efforts, and the moderation of a regulatory focus of consumers. Two scenarios were devised, a single message in which a salesperson explains only the advantages of a product to customers, and the second with a double message that explains both the advantages and drawbacks of the product. The results showed that participants trusted a fashion salesperson more and perceived stronger cognitive effort for two-sided messages. The two-sided messages mediated the consumer's trust in the salesperson and cognitive effort, and influenced consumers' buying behavior. This study also found that salesperson trust was stronger in the two-sided messages scenario than in the one-sided message scenario, regardless of consumers' focused preference, and that it was more effective for promotion focus customers. The analysis of the results on consumers' cognitive effort indicated that prevention focused customers did not exhibit any difference in cognitive effort concerning two-sided messages. However, promotion focused customers exhibited an increased cognitive effort in the two-sided message scenario than in the one-sided message scenario. Marketing implications were discussed based on the findings.

The effect of trust on supervisor on job engagement and prosocial behavior -Focused on the moderating effects of supervisor's gratitude expressions- (관리자에 대한 신뢰가 직무열정 및 친사회적 행동에 미치는 영향 -감사표현의 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • It is a very important task for managers to motivate employees who work at service encounters where interaction with customers is important. The purpose of this study is to propose the trust of supervisor and supervisor's expressions as factors that can enhance or strengthen employees' prosocial behavior. Hierarchical regression analysis was used for this purpose. The results and implications are as follows. First, trust toward supervisors appeared to be a factor to improve employees'engagement. Second, job engagement has a positive effect on prosocial behavior of employees, that is, customer oriented behavior and organizational citizenship behavior. Finally, this work confirmed the moderating effect of the supervisor's gratitude expressions in the relationship between trust toward supervisor and job engagement. Research on gratitude in the marketing field is still in its infancy, and previous researches are focused on business and consumer relations. Expressing gratitude can be a natural tendency. This study suggests that gratitude expression should be introduced as part of organizational culture.

The Effects of Reward Card Types and Regulatory Focus on Transaction Coupling and Sunk Cost Perception (적립카드 유형과 조절적 초점이 소비자의 거래커플링과 매몰비용 지각에 미치는 효과)

  • Since American Airlines's mileage program emerged in market, loyalty programs have gained popularity. Many companies have generated many kinds of reward cards in order to induce precious consumers. As a result, reward cards are very important in consumer goods market and become diversified. In spite of its importance, little is known about how these cards influence consumer's perception. The prior research has not focused on reward card types and psychological variables. Accordingly this research intends to investigate psychological variables such as transaction coupling and sunk cost perception. According to the theory of regulatory focus, promotion focus consumers would point to gain-nongain frame work, but prevention focus consumers would point to loss-nonloss frame work. The paper proved the effect of reward card types and regulatory focus on transaction coupling and sunk cost perception. Based on the results from 2(type of card : visible vs invisible) ${\times}$ 2(regulatory focus: promotion vs prevention) between-subjects factorial design experiments, we found that consumer's transaction coupling and sunk cost perception of visible reward card are better recognized than invisible reward card. In addition, the results show that there is a significant interaction effect between the type of reward card and regulatory focus. Specifically promotion focused consumers tend to reveal better perception than prevention focused consumers in use of invisible cards. However, prevention focused consumers tend to show better perception than promotion focused consumers in use of visible cards. These findings will contribute to significant academic development and practically useful help to marketing managers.

The Effects of Switching-Frustrated Situation on Negative Psychological Response (전환 좌절상황에서 소비자의 부정적 심리반응에 관한 연구)

  • Despite the voluminous research on switching barriers, the notion that they can generate negative responses has not been investigated. Further, a critical question is what determines the strength of such negative responses. To address this question, the classic theory of psychological reactance is briefly reviewed, and the idea of switching barrier is advanced. This study attempts to suggest a model on the negative effects of switching- frustrated situation, based on the studies on psychological reactance. According to psychological reactance theory(Brehm 1966), whenever a freedom is threatened or removed, individuals are motivated, at least temporarily, to restore their freedom. For example, if individuals think they are free to engage in behaviors .v, y, or z, then threatening their freedom to engage in x would cause psychological reactance. This reactance could be reduced by an increase in the perceived attractiveness of engaging in, the threatened behavior(Kivetz 2005). This investigation seeks to extend existing switching barrier research in three important ways. First, while the past research has emphasized only positive role of switching barrier, this study address negative role of it by applying psychological reactance theory. Second, to find negative results of switching barrier, I suggest negative psychological response including regret to the past choice, resentment to the present provider, and strong desire to the alternative provider. Third, I suggest the perceived severity of the switching barriers, the attractiveness of the alternative as switching-frustrated situation which can lead to negative results. And, in addition to these relationships, I added moderated effects of perceived justice for better explanation. So this study includes the following hypotheses. H1-1 ~ H1-3: The attractiveness of the alternative has a positive effect regret to the past choice (h1-1), resentment to the present provider (h1-2), and strong desire to the alternative provider (h1-3). H2-1 ~ H2-3 : The perceived severity of the switching barrier has a positive effect regret to the past choice (h2-1), resentment to the present provider (h2-2), and strong desire to the alternative provider (h2-3). H3-1 ~ H3-3 : The positive relationships between the attractiveness of the alternative and consumer' negative responses will be stronger at low level of perceived justice than at high level of perceived justice. H4-1 ~ H4-3 : The positive relationships between the perceived severity of the switching barrier and consumer' negative responses will be stronger at low level of perceived justice than at high level of perceived justice. Survey research is employed to test hypotheses involving perceived severity of the switching barrier(Hess 2008), attractiveness of the alternative(Anderson and Narus 1990; Ohanian 1990),regret(Glovich and Medvec 1995), resentment, strong desire(Alcohol Urge Questionaire: Bohn et al. 1995), perceived justice(Bies and Moag 1986; Clemmer 1993; Lind and Tyler 1998). Previous researches, such as reactance theory, emotion and service failure, have been referenced to measure constructs. All items were measured on a 7-point Likert scale ranging from "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree". We collected data involving various service field, and used 249 respondents to analyze these data using the moderated regression. The results of our analysis suggest, as expected, that the perceived severity of the switching barrier had positive effects on regret to the past choice(b = .197, p< .01), resentment to the present provider(b = .214, p< .01), and strong desire to the alternative provider(b = .254, p< .001). And the attractiveness of the alternative had positive effects on regret to the past choice(b = .353, p<.001), resentment to the present provider(b = .174, p< .01), and strong desire to the alternative provider(b = .265, p< .001). However, our findings indicate perceived justice partly moderates relationship between switching-frustrated situation and psychological negative response. The study has brought to light a number of insights between switching barriers and consumer' negative responses that have been subject to little prior research. In particular, this study adds to the existing understanding of the psychological responses to switching barriers in switching- frustrated situation. This research therefore has significance to marketers for strategic marketing programs, particularly in terms of customer retention and switching barrier strategies. Since consumers could exhibit negative responses to switching barrier, companies would be able to lose their customer when they thoughtlessly use switching barrier for remaining customer. Although the study has these contributions, there are several limitations including unsupported hypotheses and research method. So, we need to make up for these limitations in the future researches.

  • The skin is an organ that covers the outside of the human body. And it regulates body temperature, performs sensory function, deliveries the drug, and represents the abnormality of the internal organs. For these reasons, people have been expressing the condition of the body based on the state of the skin of the face to detect sign of health, "you look well", "face with vitality". Depending on the degree of aging and the environment, it is a fact that skin color, skin texture, moisture and firmness could be different. In particular, the color of the skin acts as a factor that affects to determine the subjective impression such as beauty and charm. We could expect consumer's demand through the market of whitening cosmetics and skin treatment. However, existing most of the cosmetics focus on improving whiteness. The number of studies that focused on skin color is not enough. In this study, we found out the skin color condition by carrying out surveys of 100 women between 30s and 40s. Our study would be very useful to develop new cosmetic products and to satisfy customer's needs.
